IN order to use it for high-temperature fire, Fireproof boards mainly composed of Ca and Mg used. Korea does not have a fireproof board for explosive high temperatuer fire in tunnel, and it is applying existing fireproof coating.However, when a high-temperature fire(1350℃)with explosion occurs, it can not sustain its strength and can not be destroyed to have fire resistance. Each year,more than 100,100tons of wastes are produced by using Ca as an oyster shell. In this study, we try to determine whether or not to reuse the heat-heated fireproof board.

Oyster packs generate about 150,000 tons a year. Various studies are under way to utilize this oyster shell. Ca is the main component of oyster shell and is used as a raw material of refractory board. Studies on application of refractory board using oyster shell are also continuing. It is expected that the refractory characteristics will be improved as the mass of oyster shell, that is Ca, increases. In this study, mortar specimens and board specimens were fabricated by increasing the mass ratio of oyster shells classified below 0.6mm, 1.2 ~ 0.6mm, 2.5 ~ 1.2mm and 5.0 ~ 2.5mm, and the strength and fire resistance characteristics were examined

Foamed concrete is a porous concrete that is cured by mixing bubbles into cement slurry. It is lighter than ordinary concrete and is characterized by higher insulation. Lightweight foamed concerte is mainly used as a sandwich panel in Korea, and is also used as a refractory filler in fireproof safes. Studies on lightwight foamed concrete have been carried out on strength, density and thermal conductivity. However, it is confirmed that the research on the fire resistance performance is very limited. Based on this study, fire resistance of lightweight foamed concrete using expanded polystyrene beads is investigated.

The development of insulation, the most important factor, is slow. The curtain wall market is getting bigger as the bulidings are getting bigger, but the insulation of the window is getting a problem. In order to solve this problem, we want to develop the insulation block used in the window frames. We will examine the insulation effect by using the existing Azon insulation block and the thermal worm convex which is to be developed with Therm 7.4 program.

Research has been conducted in many fields for the zero energy of domestic buildings. Among them, the development of insulation has become an essential element. Accordingly, researches are being made to improve the performance of organic insulating materials, and PF boards having the lowest thermal conductivity among organic insulating materials have been in the spotlight. However, problems have arisen due to the problems of durability of insulation materials such as PF boards and past acidification, and the durability of insulation materials is deteriorated when moisture or water enters due to crack gaps during the insulation of the basement layer or the external insulation method. In regard to the durability of the insulation, when the organic insulators of different kinds were placed in water, the pH was weakly basic in all organic insulation materials except PF, and the PF was about 4 pH. As a result, the PF should be continuously reviewed, and further analysis should be carried out to determine what causes acidification.

Research for heat insulation of buildings is being carried out, in which a heat exchange barrier is used around the openings and balcony parts as a method for heat exchange blocks. However, the preparation for a fire is inadequate. In order to improve the EPS used as a heat exchange barrier in an attempt to solve this, there is a study on lightweight foamed concrete, but as the amount of EPS used for strengthening fire resistance increases, it becomes lower. There is no strength applied to buildings, and also. There is a limit to the amount of EPS used. In the study, we use oyster shells to secure the EPS replacement rate limit of lightweight Foamed concrete, and try to measure the change of physical properties depending on the unit cement content.
