In the event of a fire in the lower space, a high temperature of 1000℃ or more and an explosive fire may occur due to the closed structural features and combustible materials. On the other hand, more than 90% of oyster shells are made of CaCO<sub>3</sub>, and when heated to about 70 0℃ or higher, CaO and CO<sub>2</sub> is generated due to decarboxylation reaction. In this study, we try to infer the amount generated by CO<sub>2</sub> changing the weight of mortar using oyster shells as fine aggregates after heating. in conclusion It is considered that the smaller the particle, the greater the decarboxylation reaction and the greater the weight change.

ESS refers to a device that can store electrical energy produced by renewable energy generation, etc. and use it when necessary. Lithium-ion batteries are composed of high energy density and combustible electrolyte, so once ignited, it is difficult to extinguish. Many studies have been conducted to solve the problem of the battery itself as the cause of the fire. However, there is also a problem with the structure in which ESS(hereinafter referred to as ESS storage) is installed itself. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to provide data to solve the problems related to ignition and fire spread due to the problem of ESS storage. In summer, the internal temperature of the ESS storage rises due to solar radiation to trigger a fire, so it is necessary to prevent an internal temperature rise due to solar radiation. Research on standards, materials used, structures, etc. for ESS storage and new regulations are required.

During the molding process of the existing interlocking block, the pigment is firstly laid, and cement is poured on the pigment secondly to give vibration. Interlocking blocks made of conventional cement are entirely dark where the pigment area is removed. On the other hand, when looking at the mortar with oyster shells added, the color is closer to that of the existing cement mortar. Therefore, if an interlocking block is produced by adding a pigment to a mortar with an oyster shell added, it is considered that the amount of pigment is less than that of the existing interlocking block. This study is a basic study of interlocking blocks. To investigate the strength characteristics of mortar using oyster shell powder as aggregate, W/C is 25%, 50%, oyster shell replacement rate is 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%. , 100% was substituted to make a mortar and its strength change was studied.

External insulation method is used to conserve energy of buildings. However, the current external insulation method uses organic insulating materials to become a diffusion path in case of fire. In this study, the purpose of this study is to provide basic data on the required performance of the plastering material according to the CaCO<sub>3</sub>powder addition of the finishing material of the external insulation method. In Figure 1, when powder was added, the adhesion strength decreased by 30% to 35% at 10% and 0% to 50% at 20% compared to Plain. In Figure 2, the moisture permeability increases approximately twice when powder is added. The results for the water absorption coefficient are shown in Figure 3.

Rigid urethane foam is widely applied because it is light and has superior insulation performance compared to insulation materials such as EPS or glass wool. However, it has the disadvantage of being vulnerable to fire. Therefore, in this study, before proceeding with the research to improve the fire resistance of the rigid polyurethane foam, we would like to investigate the change in density and thermal conductivity of the rigid polyurethane foam according to the change in the mixed weight of the main material and the curing agent. It was found that the density increased as the mixed weight increased. The thermal conductivity showed similar values overall. As for the density distribution, the central part was low and the outer part was high.

Research for heat insulation of buildings is being carried out, in which a heat exchange barrier is used around the openings and balcony parts as a method for heat exchange blocks. However, the preparation for a fire is inadequate. In order to improve the EPS used as a heat exchange barrier in an attempt to solve this, there is a study on lightweight foamed concrete, but as the amount of EPS used for strengthening fire resistance increases, it becomes lower. There is no strength applied to buildings, and also. There is a limit to the amount of EPS used. In the study, we use oyster shells to secure the EPS replacement rate limit of lightweight Foamed concrete, and try to measure the change of physical properties depending on the unit cement content.

Oyster shells are characterized by coarse and coarse grains, but similar in strength to sand, and egg shells are fine grains but weak in strength. In terms of supply and demand of raw materials, oyster shells can be supplied only in limited periods and regions in winter and south coast of the year, but egg shells have the advantage of being able to supply and supply nationwide 365 days. This study aims to study the change in strength characteristics by mixing oyster shell powder and egg shell powder with the same particle size and mixing up to 150%. The conclusions of the flexural and compressive strength tests of mortar mixed with oyster shell powder and egg shell powder are as follows. The 7-day flexural and compressive strength with ESP added and the 3-day flexural and compressive strength with OSP added were similar, which is thought to be because the strength of OSP is higher than that of ESP.

Insulation material absorption rate is closely related to thermal conductivity. In Korea, there is no study on the change of insulation material in a long-term continuous exposure environment. In this study, basic data on the long-term durability of insulation materials were obtained by measuring the absorption rate of insulation materials over time. For the purpose of providing, as a result of the measurement, PIR class2 No.2 and PIR noncombustible show similar absorption rate trends, which is thought to be due to the fact that both are made of rigid urethane foam, and flame retardant EPS has the highest absorption rate except for PF. This is thought to be because there is a space for absorption between the beads and the beads. In the case of XPS, it is thought that the reason for showing the lowest absorption rate is that because it is produced by extrusion, it has a high density and thus has less space for moisture to penetrate.

The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for applying oyster shells and egg shells as fireproof cladding materials by substituting fine aggregates for oyster shell powder and egg shell powder, and comparing strength and fire resistance performance. The reason for the high strength was thought to be that the oyster shell had higher strength than the egg shell itself, and both ESP and OSP were measured at a backside temperature of less than 500℃, so it was judged that it could be used as a fireproof coating for steel structures.
