        영양수준이 닭의 성장율 및 조직의 화학적 성분에 미치는 영향 (Ⅰ . 식물성유지의 공급수준이 숫병아리의 성장및 체조성에 미치는 효과 )

        This experiment was conducted to study the effects of level of dietary perilla oil(0, 6, 12%) on the growth rate, feed intake, feed efficiency and body composition of chicken. One hundred and nine male baby chicken of Leghorn was used for 56 days. To analyze the body composition of chicken bodies, 10 birds at 0-day, 18 birds at 4-week age, and 10 birds as 12-week age were sacrificed by the standard slaughter-analysis method. The results obtained from this study may be summarized as follows: 1. Although no statistical difference: was found, 6% of perilla oil fed group gained slightly more than those fed either 0 or 12% of perilla oil in the total gain or average daily gain. 2. Amount of feed consumed was significantly (p$lt;0.05) less for the chicken fed 12% of perilla oil than for control group. In feed efficiency, chickens fed either 6% or 12% of perilla oil was much (p$lt;0.05) superior to the chicken fed 0% of perilla oil. 3. Concentration of moisture in chicken bodies was lower and that of fat was higher as the level of oil increases in the ration, even though statistical significance was not found. As a reflection of fat content, calorific value was also higher for oil fed chickens. 4. Amount of fat and protein in the gained portion of chicken bodies was increased as the level of oil in the ration was increased. Although there was no difference in the ash content in gained portion, energy concentration of chickens fed 6% or 12% oil was significantly (p$lt;0.05) higher than that of control group. $lt;표생략$gt;

        환원유를 혼입한 생유의 검출방법에 관한 연구

        한인규 ( I K Han ),김현욱 ( H U Kim ),육종융 ( C Y Yuk ),허환녕 ( H Y Huh ) 한국축산학회 1968 한국축산학회지 Vol.10 No.1

        This experiment was conducted to develope a method of detection for adulteration of raw milk with spray-dried milk powder. Five ㎖. of milk to be tested was treated with 4 ㎖. of 15% ammonium moybdate solution (w/v). After being shaken, the tube was heated at 77.50℃ for 90 minutes. In order to estimate the intensity of color, the methods involved diluting the 3 ㎖. of the sample treated above to 15 ㎖. with distilled H₂O, precipitating with 10% TCA solution and filtering. The degree of blue color developed upon heating was measured by the coleman spectrophotometer at 490 mμ and hemoglobinometer. An attempt was made to explain the mechanism for which the blue color was developed. The results obtained are summarized as follows; I. Raw milk resulted a light color, whereas the milk which has been reconstituted with spray-dried milk powder gave a deep blue color. There was a highly positive correlation (r=0.94) between the amount of spray-dried milk added in raw milk and intensity of blue color developed. Results revealed that this method could be used to detect 4% of addition of reconstituted milk with spray-dried milk powder. 3. It was also found that there was a positive correlation (r=0.97) between adulteration and Hb-meter reading. Eight percentage or more of adding reconstituted milk could bed erected by Hb-meter reading. 3. It was also found a straight linear relationship (r=0.95) between intensity of blue color and reducing capacity of milk. The reducing capacity of spray-dried milk was much higher than that of raw milk. 4. The cause of developing blue color described in this method could be resulted from the occurrence of inorganic phosphate and reducing capacity of the milk and the difference in blue color was due to the difference in reducing capacity between raw and reconstituted milk.

        산란계에 대한 고추씨 깨묵의 배합율에 따른 사료가치에 관한 연구

        허환녕,육종융 한국축산학회 1969 한국축산학회지 Vol.11 No.1

        This experiment was conducted for fifty days to determine the effect of supplementing(0%, 3%, 6%, 9%,) red pepper seed oil meal(RPSOM) as a source of new protein feed in the laying feed on egg production, egg weight and blood picture change of Leghorn laying hens and digestibility of red pepper seed oil meal was determined with artificial annus operated hens. The results obtained are as follows: The amount of feed consumed was not affected for by the supplementation of any rate of red pepper seed oil meal. The decrease in body weight was observed for each of the four groups, but this was statistically insignificant. No significant difference among the four treatments were observed for egg production, egg weight and feed consumed per egg produced. In blood picture change, the red count (red blood corpusle) and white count (leucocyte) in feeding RPSOM, decreased significantly comparing the control group. The hemoglebin content showed no significant difference between the control and the 3% of supplementing RPSOM, although 6% and 9% RPSOM supplementing showed large decrease (P$lt;0.01) of hemoglobin content. The digestibility and digestible nutrients of RPSOM were determined $lt;표생략$gt;
