사회적자본찾기 프로그램이 여대생의 임파워먼트와 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 융합연구

본 연구는 사회적자본찾기 프로그램이 여대생의 임파워먼트와 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 융합 연구이다. K시 소재 4년제 여자대학에 재학하는 대학생들을 대상으로 실험집단 30명과 통제집단 30명을 선정하여 사전-사후 통제집단 설계(Pre test-Post test Group Design) 방법을 사용하였다. 연구결과 사회적자본찾기 프로그 램은 여대생의 임파워먼트 하위 영역가운데 개인내적, 정치·사회적 영역에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였으며, 대인관계 영역은 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 또한 사회적자본찾기 프로그램이 여대생의 진로준비행동 하위 영역 가운데 정보수집활동, 실천행동 부분에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 사회적자 본찾기 프로그램이 여대생의 임파워먼트와 진로준비행동에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것을 증명한 것이다. 앞으로 여대생의 임파워먼트와 진로준비행동 향상을 위해 더욱더 활발한 사회적자본찾기 프로그램에 대한 연구가 필요하 며 실제로 활용도를 높여 가야 할 것이다. This research was convergence study conducted to understand the effect that a recovery program for social capital has on empowerment and career preparation activity in female college students. The subjects were female college students located in K city, and Experimental Group 30, Control Group 30 questionnaires were used as the data for analysis. As a result of this study, it was discovered that there was a statistically significant difference in personally-internal, political and social areas in the sub-areas of empowerment in female college students while there was no significant difference in personal relationships. Also, in the sub-area of career preparation activity in female college students in the recovery program for social capital, information collection activity and practice activity were different and the differences were statistically significant. It is suggested that further studies are needed on recovery programs for social capital for improved empowerment, career preparation behavior and usability.

비선형 육상이동위성 채널에서 OFDM M-ary PSK 시스템의 수신성능 개선방안

육상이동위성 채널에서 고속 광대역의 정보를 효율적으로 전송하기 위한 최적 방안으로 OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) M-ary PSK를 들 수 있다. 그러나 가입자 단말기 또는 위성중계기의 송신단 고출력 증폭기(HPA : High Power Amplifier)를 전력효율적인 비선형 mode에서 동작할 때, OFDM M-ary PSK 시스템의 최대 전력 대 평균전력의 비(PAPR : Peak-to-Average Power Ratio)가 부바송파 개수만큼 선형적으로 커져 단일 반송파 변조방식에 비해 비선형 왜곡에 의한 성능 열화가 심각하다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 성능 열화를 개선하기 위하여 전송채널에서 대역효율과 BER(Bit Error Rate) 성능이 우수한 PC(Parallel Combinatory) OFDM 방식과 개선된 PAPR을 가지는 PTS(Partial Transmit Sequence) OFDM 방식을 결합한 Combined PC & PTS OFDM 방식을 제안하고 그 성능을 분석하였다.

코로나 판데믹 이후 대학생의 대학생활 만족도, 학업성취도, 자아존중감이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향

This study was to provide the baseline data that analyze the influence of academic ability and social/psychological variables on adjustment to college and develop various educational and guide programs. To analyze the effect of college students’ life satisfaction, academic achievement, and self-esteem on adjustment to college with 566 college students. Multiple regression analysis and moderated regression analysis were carried out. The effect of college students’ life satisfaction, academic achievement, and self-esteem on adjustment to college, the moderating effect of college students’ life satisfaction was examined. With the outbreak of the COVID-19 Pandemic, self-esteem, college students’ life satisfaction, and academic achievement have an influence orderly on predicting adjustment to college. In the post study, it is necessary to study a variety of predictors related to social and psychological factors in changeable circumstances due to disasters.

실감형 콘텐츠 활성화를 위한 교육 프로그램 제안: 미디어아트의 스토리텔링 필요성 중심으로

In order to consider ways to revitalize the domestic realistic content industry by fostering talents based on convergence education in storytelling, art, and cultural technology, we looked at the current status of the realistic content industry and education at home and abroad. He also raised the need for efforts to secure universality and reliability of the curriculum aimed at providing optimized manpower on the site to improve the current realistic content education. It also raised the need for interdisciplinary education, such as social science, engineering, art, and humanities, in conjunction with public educational institutions, universities, graduate schools, and digital content companies. Through this, it was concluded that companies representing the demands of the market, digital content companies, research institutes, and public institutions should create an educational structure that can collaborate. In particular, the establishment of an industry-academic cooperation network of "university-public institution-enterprise" based on realistic content can produce customized talent required at industrial sites throughon-site training and internship courses. It is expected that this will be a driving force for Korea's realistic content industry to secure competitiveness and promote development. 스토리텔링·예술·문화기술 분야의 융 복합형 교육에 따른 인재양성을 통해 국내 실감형 콘텐츠 산업의 활성화 방안을 고찰하기 위해 국내외 실감 형 콘텐츠 산업 현황과 교육 현황 등을 살펴봤다. 그리고 현재 실감형 콘텐 츠 교육을 개선하기 위해 산업 현장에 가장 적합한 인재를 제공하는 것을 목표로 하는 교육과정의 보편성과 신뢰성을 확보하는 노력이 필요하다는 문제의식을 제기했다. 또한 공공교육기관, 대학·대학원, 디지털콘텐츠기 업 등과 연계해 사회과학, 공학, 예술, 인문학 등 학문간 융합 이뤄지는 학 제 간 교육의 필요성도 제기했다. 이를 통해 시장의 수요 대변하는 영리기 업과 대학 등 연구기관, 공공기관 등이 협업 가능한 교육 구조를 만들어야 한다는 결론에 이르렀다. 특히 실감형 콘텐츠를 기반으로 한 ‘대학-공공기 관-기업’의 산학협력 네트워크 구축은 현장실습 교육 및 인턴십 과정을 통 해 산업현장에서 요구되는 맞춤형 인재 배출할 수 있다. 이를 통해 우리나 라 실감형 콘텐츠 산업이 경쟁력을 확보함으로써 향후 발전을 도모할 수 있 을 것으로 기대된다.

수련활동, 여가문화활동이 청소년의 자아정체감 형성에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 청소년들이 올바른 자아정체감을 형성하는데 영향을 미치는 요인을 수련활동, 여가문화활동에서 진단하고, 인과모형에 의한 분석결과를 통해 향후 청소년 정책수립을 위한 시사점 및 방안을 제언하였다. 이와 같은 연구모형과 가설을 검증하기 위하여 수련활동, 여가문화활동을 독립변수로, 자아정체감 형성의 구성요인으로 자아존중감, 성취동기, 사회성, 도덕성을 종속변수로 제시하였다. 연구모형과 변수간의 가설을 검증하기 위하여 각 변수별 조작화에 따른 설문문항을 5점 구성하고, 설문지를 광주광역시와 전라남도 내의 중 · 고등학교(인문계 · 실업계) 남 · 여학생들을 대상으로 하여 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 회수된 설문지를 통해 통계분석을 척도로 실시하였다. 먼저 측정도구에 대한 검증을 수행하기 위해 신뢰성 및 요인분석을 실시하였으며, 유의성 있는 문항을 중심으로 개인 및 집단간 차이검증을 실시하였다. 다음으로 연구모형에 의한 가설을 검증하기 위하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 실증분석 결과 청소년의 수련활동, 여가문화활동이 자아정체감 형성에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인으로 확인되어 이에 대한 정책적 방안이 모색되어야 할 것으로 시사되었다. This study aims to diagnose factors that influence on proper ego-identity development of adolescents through a training activity, voluntary service for future adolescent policy through analysis of a causal model. As a result of the analysis, it was reported that training, leisure and cultural activites have an statistically significant influence on ego-identity formation of adolescents except the motive to achieve, a member of dependant variables. First, training activities have a significant influence on self-esteem, motive to achieve, sociality and morality, especially on development of sociality, So it was suggested that for the adolescents who need to be socially developed, active participation in training activities should be recommended to promote self-identity formation. Second, it was reported that leisure and cultural activites have a statistically significant influence on self-esteem, motive to achieve, sociality and morality, and especially on morality development. Therefore, it was suggested that leisure and cultural activites should be actively developed to help their self-esteem development. According to the results of analyses, it was confirmed that the training activity, leisure and cultural activity is an important factor that influences on ego-identity formation. It is suggested that a development program should be politically promoted. Therefore, this study presents suggestions for a future adolescent educational program in view of training activities, leisure and cultural activites.

임파워먼트 향상 프로그램이 보호관찰소 청소년의 진로준비행동과 자아존중감에 미치는 영향

This study aimed to investigate the effects of empowerment enhancement program on career preparation behaviors and self-esteem of adolescents on probation. From September 7 to December 21, 2018, with the use of the SPSS program, a pre- and post test design for the control group was made The subjects were 30 female teenagers who were on probation in the Gwagnju Probation Office. As a result of the analysis, in the experimental group, a statistically significant difference was made through the empowerment enhancement program in career search, job experience and employment preparation while no significant result was found in information collection. Also, in the same group, a statistically significant difference was made through the program in the general and social self-esteem area while no significant result was found in the domestic self-esteem area. The results indicate that the empowerment enhancement program had a positive effect on career preparation behavior and self-esteem. Therefore, for enhancement of career preparation behaviors and self-esteem of adolescents on probation, continuing studies on the program are needed. 본 연구의 목적은 임파워먼트 향상 프로그램이 보호관찰소 청소년의 진로준비행동과 자아존중감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 검증하는 것이다. 2018년 9월 7일부터 12월 21일까지 총 14회기에 걸쳐 광주광역시 보호관찰소 여자청소년 30명을 대상으로 SPSS 프로그램을 사용하여 통제집단 사전·사후검사 설계를 실시하였다. 분석결과 실험집단은 통제집단에 비해 임파워먼트 향상 프로그램을 통해 진로준비행동 하위영역 가운데 진로탐색, 직업체험, 취업준비에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였지만, 정보수집에서는 유의미한 결과가 나오지 않았다. 또한 실험집단은 통제집단에 비해 임파워먼트 향상 프로그램을 통해 자아존중감 하위영역 가운데 일반적, 사회적 자아존중감 영역에서는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 나타냈지만, 가정적 자아존중감에서는 유의미한 결과를 보이지 않았다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 임파워먼트 향상 프로그램이 보호관찰소 청소년의 진로준비행동과 자아존중감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 보호관찰소 청소년의 진로준비행동과 자아존중감 향상을 위해서는 임파워먼트 향상 프로그램에 대한 지속적인 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다.
