Al₂O₃ 나노유체 농도변화에 따른 풀비등열전달 특성에 대한 실험적 연구

To investigate the boiling characteristics about Al₂O₃ nanofluid, the pool boiling experiment was carried out by using the Al₂O₃ nanofluid with the concentration of 20 nm-Al₂O₃ nanoparticle that was changed from 0.001 to 0.1wt%. As a result, the natural convection boiling was extended, the critical heat flux(CHF) increased up to 661.96 kW/m2. Besides, the boiling heat transfer coefficient(BHTC) increased up to 25.85 kW/㎡·℃ as the concentration of Al₂O₃ nanofluid was varied from 0wt% to 0.1wt%. However, at the 0.2wt%, the CHF decreased 537.3 kW/㎡ which was lower than 0.1wt% and the BHTC was lower measured than water as basefluid. It is because the thermal properties of nanofluid is enhanced with increasing of the concentration and a little deposied nanoparticles help the bubble growth and departure while the a lot of deposited nanoparticles ccause the thermal resistance in high concentration of nanofluid.
