Recently, many problem occurred from poor air quality because of VOCs, HCHO, and Rn that cause sick house syndrome. To reduce this problem, it is important that harmful chemical materials have to be emitted into outdoor quickly. So air environment could be more comfortable. But it is careful problem in energy saving due to change of heat and humidity indoor. In this paper, ventilation rating in apartment will be investigated and energy saving rate will be analyzed and compared considering the ventilation rating in a apartment with Building Energy Rating System's evaluation tool.
내외부온도 변화에 따른 스터드 건식벽체의 표면온도 측정 분석

Dry wall using steel stud has the advantage of possibility to install various building, so it used to many buildings inside and outside of the country very rapidly. But, the use of steel studs in wall system cause thermal problems such as thermal performance and pattern staing on walls. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to measure thermal performance of dry wall which uses steel stud transformed one by using measurement equipment to decrease heat bridge of steel stud and ensure heat performance as dry wall. The test was conducted by setting those stud on the chamber and heating them. As the results of test and photograping by using TVS, there was temperature gap of each stud, and surface temperature of each section was appeared differently due to shape of stud delaying thermal bridge.
건축물 에너지효율등급 인증제도 인센티브 개선방안에 관한 연구

Recently, Government’s Energy-saving policy in Korea as ‘Green Growth’ is very remarkable effort. By intensive policies, the private is encouraged to participate in policy. Especially, it is very important in the field of architecture and we have to work for construction of law system. The purpose of this study is to prepare obligation of the Building Energy Efficiency Rating System according to government’s energy conservation policy and to prepare incentives improvement for enabling. Through previous research, we investigate incentive situation relating to building energy efficiency rating system and survey to make infrastructure for obligation of the building energy efficiency rating system. Nowaday incentive system’s coverage and object are too narrow. So it is required that incentive system improve according to expansion of the applicable standards, coverage, object and other details.

Until now, measures for energy saving in buildings have been tried. Because particularly the role of buildings area is very important for implementing national greenhouse gas reduction targets and Green growth. But, lack of business linkages between each sector or the interest and participation of private sector are not enough. In addition, relevant personnel to do had not been systematized. It is expected that certification services will be increased according to the activation of Building Energy Efficiency Rating System and expansion of the target buildings so Government must be prepared to expand of certification system by training Professional staff. In this study, the basic data for the introduction of obligation of Building Energy Efficiency Rating System is suggested through analysis of the operating and laws system of Building Energy Efficiency Rating System along with efforts of Government for diffusion low energy buildings.
차폐계수와 창면적비에 따른 공동주택의 건물에너지효율등급 평가

Enhancement of exterior's insulation performance like wall or window etc. is general way for building's energy efficient and thermal performance. But exterior's opening plan is important for minimizing the energy consumption and heat loss. In this paper, energy saving rate will be analyzed and compared considering the window area's rate and window's SC(Shading Coefficient) in a apartment with Building Energy Efficiency Rating System's evaluation tool. In the process of evaluation, energy saving rate is measured at each stage of the window area's rate from 20% to 60% every 10% term and the shading coefficient value from 1.0 to 0.6. As a result of this research, energy saving evaluation could not be measured exactly with existing evaluation tool. Accord this research, Building Energy Rating System's evaluation range is needed to be broaden for exact evaluation of energy saving rate.
기존건물의 시뮬레이션 및 실측 데이터를 활용한 냉방에너지 절감방안 연구

Despite of government’s continued support for building sector, Korea lacks practical technology for building energy management. To achieve this, first of all the system that measures and manages actual building energy is necessary. But, in the case of existing buildings, only a few buildings are equipped with these systems. In this study, First, meters were installed inside a building to measure and manage existing building’s energy consumption. Second, improvement measures that can reduce energy consumption were identified by analyzing the measured data. Finally, it is suggested the ways to save energy of building. The result of this study, the case applied blinds and daylight control has energy savings up to 7.8% and keeps down electric charges about 76 million won.

In this paper, energy saving rate will be analyzed and compared considering the window‘s thermal performance in a apartment with Building Energy Rating System's evaluation tool. In the process of evaluation, energy saving rate is measured at each stage of the window's thermal performance from 3.3 to 2.0. As a result of this research, reduction rating of heating energy depending on the building law in comparision with standard house will be used in a plan for degree of Building Energy Efficiency Rating System.

Generally, the building's windows and ventilation for the purpose of mining and the vista and windows by emotional engineering design area is a growing trend. According to the flow of energy is lost from the building, will be achieved through the walls and roof and windows. Although the basic concept of vacuum window was already initiated in 1893, it has not been developed completely until now because of the lack of manufacturing technology. Recently KIER (Korea Institute of Energy Research) succeeded in developing prototype vacuum window glazing in the lab. By applying the results of this experiment to building energy efficience rating tool, this study compares energy efficiency rates depending on a region.-Jeju, South, Central. And it shows how much does Super window reduce Building energy consumption.
