화학공학은 화학관련 제품의 생산공정을 설계하고 건설할 뿐 아니라 공장을 운전하는 기술들을 체계화하는 학문으로 백화점이나 가게에 진열된 상품들은 대부분 화학공학 기술로 만들어진 것이다. 한국화학공학회는 이러한 화학공학을 교육하고 연구하거나 생산에 종사하는 사람들이 모여 1962년 창립한 학술단체로 현재 4천3백여명의 회원이 규합하여 왕성한 학술활동을 하고 있다.

논문(論文) : 삼국지(三國志)에 나타난 인물 관우(關羽)의 성격(性格)

可以更加妥當的顯示他的思考判斷基准不在于外部而在于自身就是內部。而且對于自身的自豪感格外强的行動模式也顯示他非常重視自己的想法。通過這些方面的觀察從性格類型可以認定關羽是內向思考型人物。完全在關羽的主導下激烈進行的打開恢復中原之窓的樊城之戰突出他的性格類型上的長處-就是不被現實拘束爲了實現自己的目標而推進的强烈的開展力,這種開展力在樊城之戰里起着積極的作用,可以被認爲是謀求改革的代表事例,但又是使他落入失敗深淵的交叉明暗的代表事例。樊城之戰的初期戰況因顯著刻畵了關羽的性格類型上的長處,戰況往對關羽有利的局面展開,但隨着進入長期對峙局面,從戰爭的中,后期會顯示盲目的獻身或不合适于計算的缺乏靈活性的行動等所謂的內向思考型的短處,因爲自己沒能控制這些短處,使短處起了關羽失敗的決定性催化劑作用。

나이에 따라 혈관평활근 세포증식에 미치는 fetal bovine serum,angiotensin II 및 phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate의 영향

본 연구는 개체의 나이에 따라 혈관 평활근 세포의 성장의 차이를 나타내는지 보기 위하여, 흰쥐 대동맥에서 평활근세 포를 일차 배양하여 세포 성장촉진물질인 fetal bovine serum (FBS), angiotensin II (Ang II) 및 phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate(PMA)에 대한 세포증식 반응 양상을 비교하였다. 일차 배양에 이용한 흰쥐는 나이에 따라 4군으로 나누었는데 5, 9, 12와17주령으로 하였다. 세포증식은 1%, 5% 및 10% FBS 농도에 비례하여 증가하였고, 10% FBS에서 세포증식은 5주령군에 비하여 다른 군들이 유의하게 높았다. 다양한 농도의 Ang II (0.1~10 μM)를 5% FBS 배지에서 자극한 경우, 5주령군을 제외한 다른 군들에서 세포 증식이 유의하게 증가하였다. 그러나 0.1% BSA나 10% FBS 배지에서는 Ang II의 세포증식 촉진작용이 나타나지 않 았다. Ang II의 성장촉진 효과가 FBS나 세포 내에 존재하는 Ang II의 작용에 의한 것인지 알아보기 위하여 Ang II 수용체억제제인 ibersartan과 angiotensin 전환효소 억제제인 captopril 10 μM을 각각 5% FBS로 배양되는 모든 세포군에 처치하여본 결과 세포 증식에 영향이 없었으므로, FBS에 의한 세포 증식이 Ang II와는 관련이 없는 것으로 나타났다. PMA를 10과100 nM의 두 농도로 5%와 10% FBS, 그리고 0.1% BSA 배지에서 처치하였는데, 5% FBS 배지에서만 9와 17주령군의 세포증식이 증가하였다. Ang II의 경우와 마찬가지로, 0.1% BSA와 10% FBS 배지에서는 PMA가 세포증식에 유의한 영향이 없었다. 이상의 결과는 개체의 나이에 따라 혈관 평활근 세포의 증식 반응이 다르며, Ang II와 PMA는 5% FBS에 의한 세포증식을 더 촉진함을 나타내고 있다. The present study investigated effects of fetal bovine serum (FBS), angiotensin II (Ang II) and phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA) on proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMC) isolated from aorta of 5, 9, 12 and 17 week old Sprague-Dawley rats. With 10% FBS, proliferation rate of VSMCs was markedly greater in 17 week old group than in 5 week old group. Treatment of 0.1~10 μM Ang II or 10 and 100 μM PMA in 0.1% bovine serum albumin and 10% FBS media did not influence the cell proliferation. However, in 5% FBS media, Ang II and PMA enhanced the proliferation of the VSMC from all age groups except 5 week. To test the effects of Ang II in the FBS, captopril, an Ang converting enzyme inhibitor, and ibersartan, an Ang II receptor antagonist, were pretreated. Neither 10 μM captopril nor ibersartan in 5% FBS influenced the VSMC proliferation. These results indicate that the VSMCs from older rats proliferate faster than those from 5 week-old rats, and 5% FBS-induced proliferation was enhanced by Ang II and PMA.

전립선비대증이나 요도협착에 의해 유발된 방광하부 부분폐색은 배뇨장애의 흔한 원인이다. 이 연구는 단기간 방광하부 부분폐색을 유발하여 배뇨장애 발생 초기에 일어나는 수축자극에 대한 반응을 비교하고 그 기전을 연구하고자 한다. 10주령의 Sprague-Dawley 수컷에 7일 동안 방광하부 부분폐색을 유발하였다. 방광근절편을 이용하여 전장자극(1, 2, 5, 10 and 20 Hz), KCl (50 and 100 mM) 및 carbachol (10-9 to 5M)에 의하여 유발된 수축력을 측정하였다. 방광근의 총 단백질 및 DNA 양을 정량하였다. Connexin 43의 유전자 발현을 RT-PCR을 이용하여 측정하였고 고정된 방광조직에서 connexin 43 단백질의 변화를 면역염색법으로 관찰하였다. 전장 자극과 KCl에 의해 유발된 수축은 방광하부 부분폐색에 의해 영향을 받지 않았으나 carbachol에 의한 수축은 증가되었다. 방광근의 총 단백질 및 DNA 양은 부분폐색 후 증가하였다. Connexin 43 mRNA와 단백질은 정상 방광에서도 관찰되었으나 부분폐색으로 인해 증가되었다. 본 연구의 실험 결과는 방광하부 부분폐색의 초기에 방광 수축에 변화가 일어나고 이러한 변화는 방광근의 기질적 변화에 기인한다고 보인다. 이러한 변화 중 connexin 43이 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 예상된다. Partial outlet obstruction induced by benign prostatic hypertrophy or urethral stricture are common urologic conditions showing voiding dysfunction. This study was performed to compare the effects of short-term partial outlet obstruction on the contractile responses to different stimuli and to elucidate the mechanism of altered contractile response during the development of significant voiding dysfunction. Sprague-Dawley rats, 10 week old, were subjected to partial outlet obstruction for 7 days. Contractile responses of the urinary bladder detrusor muscle strips to electrical field stimulation (1, 2, 5, 10 and 20 Hz), KCl (50 and 100 mM) and carbachol (10-9 to 5 M) were measured. Total protein and DNA contents of the bladder were measured. Connexin 43 mRNA expression was measured using RT-PCR and connexin 43 protein was observed in the fixed bladder tissue using immunohistochemistry. The electrical field stimulation-induced contractile response and KCl-induced contraction was not changed after partial outlet obstruction. Contraction induced by carbachol was enhanced by the partial outlet obstruction. Total protein and DNA contents were increased in the partial outlet obstruction group. Connexin 43 mRNA and protein expression were detectable in the normal bladders and increased after 7 days of obstruction. These results suggest that the altered contractile responses during the early stage of the partial outlet obstruction are the result of the changes of the contraction mechanisms or structure of bladder muscle. Connexin 43 may play an important role in those alterations.

The residential policy will do macroscopic analysis of economic change and what kind of changes in residential market until now, thoroughly synthesis and system from analysis internal organs good eye, the effect of residential policy considered what is established the appropriate residential demand and supply, could be doubled.
