      • 초등학교 교사의 체육과 지도 능력에 대한 연구

        This research intends to suggest a guideline for physical education by evaluating teaching abilities of both experienced male teachers and novice male and female teachers in elementary school. A survey was conducted for this purpose and the questionnaire is made up of total 38 questions with Likert's five scale of measurement. The self administration method is used and the data is processed in SAS package(Window ver 6.11). The followings are the results of the research : First. Experienced teachers are superior to novice male and female teachers in every factor except for that of faculty. Second. Novice female teachers excel in the factor of faculty, instruction and knowledge while novice male teachers in factor of research, attitude and effort. Third. The reciprocal factors in elementary school teachers' physical education are as follows : the factor of research is related to that of attitude and knowledge : the factor of attitude is that of knowledge and effort : the factor of faculty is that of knowledge. Fourth. The result of analysing teaching abilities of physical education by the factor and the group, and analysing the factor and the group's reciprocal action with two - way ANOVA appeared significantly as follows : the factor relation was in the order of attitude, effort, faculty, instruction, research, knowledge, and the group relation was in the order of experienced teachers, novice female teachers, novice male teachers. Fifth. As a result of analyzing teaching abilities of the physical education by the group, novice female male teacher as well as experienced teachers were worthy of notice. Novice female teachers were shown in the order of instruction, research, knowledge, faculty, effort, attitude, and novice male teachers were in the order of knowledge, attitude, research, effort, faculty. Experienced teachers were in the order of knowledge, research, faculty, instruction, effort, attitude. Sixth. The result of analysing teaching abilities of physical education by the factor with one - way ANOVA was that attitude, instruction, and effort were not significant, but research, faculty, and knowledge appeared as noteworthy factors.

      • 중등학교 체육교사의 직무만족에 관한 연구

        Seven factors that were associated with the job satisfaction of secondary school and national physical secondary school were examined. Specifically, physical education teachers' expressed satisfaction with their job was assessed. 818 subjects from secondary school responded to a questionnaire that assessed their perceptions regarding job satisfaction. The data analyzed using factor analysis, correlation, correspondence analysis with the SAS programs and one-way analysis of variance(ANOVA) were employed to test significant differences. On the basis of the analysis of the data obtained from the teachers of secondary school surveyed, the following conclusions can be stated within the scope of this study. First, the general job satisfaction of physical education teacher in physical secondary school is higher than that of general curriculum teacher but, they are negative to compensation system. Second, the physical education teacher of general secondary school compared with general curriculum teacher has high tendency of job satisfaction. Third, the physical education teacher of general secondary school compared with on of general secondary school regards the mutual receptive human relationship and circumstances which are showed the duty of teacher, job condition and speciality of teacher as the main factor of job satisfaction. Finally, the physical education teacher compared with the general curriculum teacher has affirmative tendency to emotional attitude on goal achievement of individual and group.

      • A Study on the relations between the type of Gymnastic teachers and Self-motive of students

        It was the purpose of this study to inquire into the mutual relations between the assigned types of gymnastic teachers of primary school and self motive of students. First : In the field of gymnastic teaching of primary schools, the figures of internal factors influencing children were calculated in order of importance as exchange teacher, specialized-teacher and class-teacher. second : In the process of gymnastic lesson, the differential effect between male and female was statistically in-significant for the exchange teachers. All of the internal-factors other than aspect of efforts/importance were statistically significant for the specialized teachers. Third : In the aspect of "interest", "efforts/importance", "realized self-confidence" and "stimulus/mental pressure", the figures of co-relations were statistically highly co related and the effects of self-motivation were statistically significant in the aspects of types of teachers, sex of children and co-relations between types of teachers and sex of children. Forth : In gymnastic lesson, taken by class teachers, the aspects of interest and stimulus/mental pressure were statistically highly significant for the boys, and those of realized self-confidence and stimulus/mental pressure were highly evaluated for the girls. There was no difference male and female teachers.

      • 초등학교 운동회의 교육적 효과에 대한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to suggest that analyze educational effect of game and problems and reform of it. the result was show interaction consistency. Statistical technique to analyze question papers were IBM PC SAS package( Window ver 6,11) The result of this study were follow as: The questionnaire was distributes to the subjects after verifying the reliability(a=.901) using the Conbach's alpha. Firstly In case of children, the factors interaction of educational effect in interest were significant difference in perceived ability, effort, important, tension, pressure, perceived ability in relate with effort, important were show high in interaction. The teacher presented high correlation in relation as six factor. Secondly, In case of male child, the educational effect of game were show high in interest, effort, important, learning dimension. While female child were presented high in interest, effort, important, learning dimension. Totally, educational effect were show high in interest, effort, important, learning dimension. Thirdly, In case of male-teacher, the educational effect of game were show high in interest, effort, important, learning dimension, While female teacher in presented high interest, effort, important, learning dimension, While female teacher presented high in interest, effort, important, learning dimension were show high. The male teacher presented more high than female. Fourthly, Totally, interaction between class type and sex type were show significant difference. Fifthly. The effect difference of male and female is nothing. the effect difference of male and female presented high dimension. Except effort and important, effect difference between male teacher and male child were show significant difference and effort and important behavior dimension presented high in male teacher then male child. The effect difference between female teacher and female child were show not significant difference in effort, important behavior dimension ,But female teacher presented high more behavior than female child. Sexly. The educational effect of child and typical difference presented as follow: perceived ability, interest dimension, behavior aspect, effort, important, learning dimension, tension, pressure aspect. In conclusion, The perceived ability behavior, interest aspect is effect of education. While effort, important, tension, pressure, learning dimension presented as without educational effect.

        The purpose of this study was to remove competitive trait anxiety in the scene of sports relation to the improvement of athlete`s shooting performance through mental practice. The result of this study were as follows; First, experimental group maintained stability and consistency in comparison with control group. Second, Experimental group showed higher development than control group in monthly average exercise records.
