Objective : This study is designed to evaluate the effects of an oriental medical therapy, the Chuna Manual Relaxation Therapy on symptom of Panic disorder. Method : The clinical data was analyzed on a patient with Panic disorder whose main symptoms were palpitation, perpirtion, hydrodipsomania, chest pain, burning sensation. Result : After treatment, the patient's main symptoms were disappeared and secondary symptoms were improved. Conclusion : This study suggests that the Chuna Manual Relaxation Therapy is significantly effective in treatment of Panic disorders.
급성요통을 주소로 내원한 환자치료에 있어 추나치료의 효과에 대한 임상적 고찰

Objective : This study was designed to compare the effect of chuna manupulation on acute low back pain. Method : We diveded the acute low back pain patients who visited ER into two groups, one was patients who were treated with only acupuncture and the other was patients who were treated with acupuncture and chuna manupulation. and then compared the VNRS measurments of each group. Result : The improvement rate of the combined treatment group was higher than the single treatment group. Conclusion : In case of acute low back pain, it is more effective to treat with acupuncture with chuna manupulation than to treat with only acupuncture.

현대 사회를 살아가는 사람들은 각종 스트레스에 노출되어 있다. 불안한 미래와 과다한 업무, 가족 간의 불화, 각종 사회적 위험요소가 팽배한 현실에서 현대인들이 받은 스트레스는 회피할 수도, 저항할 수도 없는 삶의 과정에서 자연스럽게 나타나는 것이다. 심한 스트레스는 우리의 정신적인 안정을 깨뜨리고 불안감과 긴장감을 유발한다. 스트레스는 정신건강을 해치는 주범이 되기도 하지만 그렇다고 스트레스가 모두 다 해로운 것만은 아니다. 스트레스는 어려움을 극복하게 하고, 목표를 성취하도록 힘을 주며, 동기를 유발시키고 삶의 활력을 불어넣기도 한다. 따라서 건설적일 수도 있고, 파괴적일 수도 있는 스트레스를 어떻게 다루는가에 따라 우리의 건강과 행복을 크게 영향을 받게 된다. 이번 10월호에서는 고디 안산병원 한창수 교수와 한국 심리적성센터 전현두 원장의 도움말로 스트레스에 관해 자세히 알아본다.
열 플라즈마 인가 전류변화에 의한 ZrVFe 합금 나노분말의 제조특성에 관한 연구

Plasma Display Panel (PDP), among various FPD’s, is considered as the most promising candidate for large area display due to its manufacturing process appropriate for a large displaying area, and a good display quality. The getter which can be continuously absorbed and eliminated the generated impurities gas such as O 2 , H 2 , CO, etc. from MgO, barrier rib and fluorescent substances during operation, should be installed in the PDP cell. As a result of install getter in the cell, we could obtain the extending the life time of the PDP with a good display quality. To manufacture getter possessing excellent absorption efficiency, it was produced particles of nano size. In this research, alloy nano powders are synthesized by transferred thermal plasma process which is a promising method to produce composite nano powders of various metals, and also provides high temperature environment(104 K), extremely fast and intense chemical reactions. In this study, the thermal plasma system was operated in a transferred mode and the raw material was used Zr, V ,Fe (57 : 35.8 : 7.2) alloy of ingot type which made from arc melting method, and the produced particles were analyzed according to changing plasma input current range from 120[A] to 160[A] by SEM, EDS, PSA, XRD, BET, PSA (Particle Size Analyzer) and BET analysis of particles synthesized by changing thermal plasma input current. Average size of particles is from 83.2[nm] to 47.8[nm] smaller, in result, we confirmed difference of approximately 35[nm] in diameter of the synthesized particle according to increasing plasma input current because particles was rapidly condensate from difference in temperature of between plasma column area of a high temperature and surround area of plasma column. Result of BET analysis is in inverse proportion to PSA result which has small value of particle diameter by increasing plasma input current. In case of 120[A], BET surface area of particle is 100.9[m2/g],and surface area of particle in condition of 160[A] is 211.2[m2/g]. Thus, as increasing plasma input current, BET surface area of the synthesized particle is more extend.

A first attempt is presented at investigating the problems of the automatic control of a diammonium phosphate granulation plant. This system is chosen for its simplicity, requiring one solid and one liquid feed stream to the granulator. A dynamic model is developed for the granulator in the form of a set of nonlinear differential equations in the zeroth, first and second moments of the granulator discharge stream particle size distribution. The equations are linearized and it is shown that the responses to similar disturbances of both the nonlinear and linear systems agree closely. Using the linear form, the model is extended to include the entire plant and a feed forward controller is designed by which disturbances in feed rate are used for manipulating the product recycle ratio to maintain constant the average particle size of granulator product.
