변증논치(辨證論治)와 병증변치(病證辨治) 장단점의 비교고찰 - 고혈압과 두통의 예를 중심으로 -

Objectives : Comparative review was rendered to evaluate strengths and weaknesses of two common treatment approaches of treatment based on syndrome differentiation and treatment based on syndrome differentiation from disease. A typical symptom of headache from hypertension was chosen for substantial approach of this review. Methods : Pros and cons of two different approaches to disease were evaluated based on literatures and texts focusing treatment based on syndrome differentiation and treatment based on syndrome differentiation from disease. Headache can be correlated with hypertension yet it can be induced by multiple other factors, and headache may/may not accompany hypertension. Hypertension is an example of treatment based on syndrome differentiation from disease and headache can be an example of treatment based on syndrome differentiation. Results : Treatment based on syndrome differentiation can give more autonomy and flexibility in approach to the disease, Intuition, experience, and traditional medical theory can be applied with ease. However, management and eradication of diseases are difficult and standardization of treatment is not easy among practitioners. Treatment based on syndrome differentiation from disease incorporated merits of both eastern and western medicines, achieving more evidence based diagnosis and treatment. Eradication and standardization of disorders are possible with the latter approach. Conclusions : Comparing two systems of treatment based on syndrome differentiation and treatment based on syndrome differentiation from disease with emphasis on hypertension and headache yielded medical values. Treatment based on syndrome differentiation from disease appears to be superior in medical values and effectiveness, but further evaluation and interest are needed to make advancement in Korean traditional medicine.

메타버스란 가상과 현실이 융합된 공간에서 사람·사물이 상호작용하며 경제·사회·문화적 가치를 창출하는 세계(플랫폼)를 말한다. 사회 전반에 메타버스 활용에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 교육 분야 또한 메타버스 활용방안을 학문적으로 탐색하고 있지만 기존 연구들은 실증적 연구의 부족과 제한된 시각에서의 활용방안(성인학습자 대상, 행사 및 비교과 활동 운영 목적) 탐색이라는 한계점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 메타버스 기반의 원격수업 사례를 소개하는 것에 있다. 구체적으로 원격수업에서 교사의 메타버스 활용을 지원하기 위해 메타버스 기반의 원격수업 사례를 개발하는 데 연구의 목적이 있다. 수업 사례는 교수자에게 수업설계 및 운영에 활용할 수 있는 유용한 교수자원 중 하나이다. 본 연구는 교수자원으로서 메타버스 기반 원격수업 사례 개발을 위해 연구에 참여한 각 온라인 교사의 메타버스 기반 원격수업 사례를 수업설계, 수업운영, 교사성찰로 구분하여 탐색하였다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 국어, 영어, 수학, 사회, 과학 온라인 교사의 메타버스 기반 원격수업 운영 사례를 탐색하였다. 연구결과는 교과별 실제적인 메타버스 기반의 원격수업 설계전략, 운영전략을 제공한다. 연구결과는 자신의 수업에서 메타버스를 활용하고자 하는 교사들에게 수업설계 및 운영에 대한 이해과 전략 개발을 돕는 교수 자원으로 활용될 수 있을 것이라 기대한다. Metaverse refers to a world(platform) in which people and objects interact and create economic, social, and cultural values in a space where virtual and real worlds are fused. Interest in the use of metaverse is increasing. The field of education is also exploring ways to use metaverse, but existing studies have limitations in that they lack empirical research and explore ways to use them from a limited perspective. The purpose of this study is to introduce cases of metaverse-based online courses. Specifically, the purpose of the study is to develop cases of metaverse-based online courses to support teachers use of metaverse in their online courses. Course cases are one of the useful teaching resources that can be used for instructional design and operation for instructors. This study explored metaverse-based online course cases of each online teacher as teaching resources by course design, course operation, and teacher reflection. In order to achieve the research purpose, the cases of online courses based on metaverse by online teachers of Korean Language English, Mathematics, Social Studies, and Science. The research results provide practical metaverse-based online course design and operation strategies for each subject. The research results are expected to be used as a resource to help teachers who want to adapt metaverse in their own courses understand instructional design and operation and develop strategies for metaverse-based online courses.

A new small red bean cultivar, ‘Geomguseul’, was artificially crossed between ‘Chilbo’ and ‘SA8412-3-1-4-3-3-2-3’ in 1998, fixed excellent agronomic characters by pedigree breeding method, and selected for the further trials with the name of ‘Miryang 10’. It was prominent and showed good result, such as high grain quality, lodging resistance, and high-antioxidant activity in the regional adaptation yield trials (RYT) for three years from 2009 to 2011 and released for the public consumption as the name of ‘SA9801-24-4-3-1’ in 2011. ‘Geomguseul’ has a semi-determinate growth habit, yellow flower, green embryonic axis, black seed coat, white hilum, and small spherical seed (12.2 grams per 100 seeds). The average yield of ‘Geomguseul’ was 2.01 MT/ha in the regional yield trials (RYT) carried out for three years from 2009 to 2011 which was a little higher than that (1.98 MT/ha) of the check variety, ‘Chungju’.

A new small red bean cultivar, ‘Arari’, was artificially crossed between ‘SA9411-2B-1-1-2’ and ‘Suweon38’ in 1997, fixed excellent agronomic characters by pedigree breeding method, and selected for the further trials with the name of Milyang 8 . It was prominent and showed good result, such as high grain quality, Lodging resistance, and high yielding, from the regional adaptation yield trials (RYT) for three years from 2009 to 2011 and released for the public consumption as the name of ‘Arari’in 2011. ‘Arari’ has a semi-determinate growth habit, yellow flower, green embryonic axis, dark red seed coat, white hilum, and small spherical seed (13.1 grams per 100 seeds). The average yield of ‘Arari’ was 2.05 MT/ha in the regional yield trials (RYT) carried out for three years from 2009 to 2011 which was a little higher than that (1.99 MT/ha) of check variety, ‘Chungju’.
