전자상거래 지급결제의 핀테크 활성화를 위한 보안 및 법제도적 과제

정보통신의 발전과 금융서비스의 첨단화로 전자적 방식의 지급수단이 증가하고 혁신기술을 보유한 IT비금융권의 지급결제 참여가 활발해지고 있다. 시대적 요구에 부합하기 위해 정부에서도 최근 지급결제 간소화와 비금융기관 진출 여건 마련 정책을 발표한 바 있다. 그러나 전자금융 침해사고 빈도가 높은 국내 환경에서 안전성 담보가 없는 간소화 정책과 무분별한 비금융기관의 참여 확대는 보안과 책임문제에 있어 많은 문제점을 내포하고 있다. 당국에서는 비금융 참여기관의 요건을 강화하는 등의 조치를 마련하고 있으나, 강제성에 있어 민간차원의 자율에 맡기고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구는 정부의 전자상거래 규제완화 정책에 부응하여 지급결제시스템의 핀테크 활성화를 유도하기 위한 문제점과 해결방안을 검토해 보려는 것이다. 이를 위해 기존 지급결제서비스에 혁신기술을 접목함에 있어 발생할 수 있는 안전성 문제와 비금융회사의 법적 지위에 따른 책임 문제 등을 짚어보고 바람직한 법제 개선 방향을 제안하고자 한다. While information and communication develop, the Electronic commerce payment system is progressing. Recently, a government established the electronic commerce activation policy which simplified a payment Through this policy, the information which the financial company monopolizes can be fused with the other industry and create the popularization use of the electronic payment service and value added services. But on the other hand, the concern for the security is very high, Accordingly, the finnancial institute take a restriction of the requirements for the participation company according to the financial scale, this policy is led by the private institue, rather making a participation of fin tech venture difficulty. This paper tries to deal with the technical and legal problems for the activation of electronic payment system and fin tech. So I will examine the security matter that follows in grifting the innovation technology onto the existing payment service and propose a desirable way to improve the current legislation.

구강편평상피암종에서 Aurora-2 kinase 발현에 대한 면역조직화학적 연구

Aurora kinases represent a novel family of serine/threonine kinases crucial for cell cycle control. Aurora-2 kinase is mainly involved in centrosome function, mitotic entry, and spindle assembly. Aurora-2 kinase overexpression causes centrosome amplification and the formation of multipolar mitotic spindles, which leads to tumor aneuploidy and so it has been found to play an important role in tumorigenicity in many cancers such as colorectal cancer, breast cancer and cervical cancer. Hence, the goal of this study is to identify the correlation of clinicopathlogical factors and overexpression of Aurora-2 kinase in oral squamous cell carcinoma. We studied the immunohistochemical staining of Aurora-2 kinase in 20 specimens of 20 patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma and the relationships between Aurora-2 kinase over expression and each of the clinico-pathological parameters were analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis. Statistical significance was set at P < 0.05. The results were as follows. 1. In the immunohistochemical study of poorly differentiated and invasive oral squamous cell carcinoma, the high level staining of Aurora-2 kinase was observed. 2. The correlation between immunohistochemical Aurora-2 kinase expression and histopathological differentiation of specimens was significant. These findings suggest that overexpression of Aurora-2 kinase may play a important role in carcinogenesis of oral squamous cell carcinoma.

해외파병 구강악안면외과 전문의의 역할: 증례보고

After the Iraq war, the Korean government established an Iraq Peace and Reconstruction Division, 'Zaytun'. Zaytun division has been dispatched in northern Iraq, since August 3, 2004. As one of our missions, 'Zaytun Hospital' was built to support the demand for the insufficient medical facilities and supplies in Iraq, which was opened on November 27, 2004. Zaytun Hospital, equipped with modern operation room and general ward, has been composed of 12 clinical departments. Although we had many problems, such as difficulty of communication with Iraqis, connection with medical facilities of Iraq and risk of terrorism, we overcame these difficulties and were able to achieve our missions successfully. I wish that our special experience in Iraq are will be the guideline to other oral and maxillofacial surgeons, who want to help those individual in unfortunate areas such as Iraq.

「お~あ(や)る」考 : 虎明本狂言を中心に

本稿では, 虎明本『狂言』を對象として, 4種の敬語である「候ふ」「で す」「まらする」「ます」の用例を抽出し, その意味用法について考察し た。また, 現代語で聞き手に對する敬意を表わす「です」「ます」との共通点と相違点に對しても考察してみた。その結果は, 次のとおりである。一, 4 種の敬語の共通点はすべて丁寧の意味を表している用例が見られることであった。しかし, 謙樣の意味を表わしているのは「候ふ」「まらする」「ます」であり, 「です」にはこのような意味を表わす用例は見られなかった。 二, 上位者が下位者に對して使っている用例を分析した結果, 「候ふ」と 「です」には自分に對して尊大の氣持ちを表わしたり, 心理的に距離を置い て詰問するために, このような表現が使われていた。しかし, 「まらする」 の場合は自分が不利な狀況で自分のことを相手に賴むときに使われ, 「ます」にはこのように上位者が下位者に對して使っている用例は見られなかっ た。三, 「名乘り」では, 直接自分を紹介するのに使われているのは「候ふ」と「です」であった。「まらする」と「ます」にはこのように直接自分を紹介する場合には使われておらず, 「名乘り」で他の登場人物がいない狀 態で動詞に接續され, 觀客に對する敬意を表わしている用例があった。四, 現代語の「です」「ます」と比較してみた結果, 虎明本『狂言』の「です」 「ます」には現代語の用法には見られない意味用法として, 「です」には自分に對して尊大の氣持ちを表わしている用例があり, 「ます」には謙讓の意味を表わしている用例が見られた。 In this paper, all the examples of four types of polite expressions such as soro, desu, marasuru, and masu that are targeted towards Toraakirabon “Kyogen” have been extracted and analyzed for its usage. In addition, the similarities and differences of desu and masu that shows respect for the listener have been studied. The results are as followed. First, the similarity among all four types of polite expressions was that they are all examples that show the meaning of respect. But soro, marasuru, and masu showed the meaning of modesty and there were no examples of showing such meanings in desu. Second, when examples of being used by an upper-person to the lower-person, soro and desu was being used in order to cross-question by psychologically putting distance or to show-off oneself. Marasuru was being used in a scene where one is in an unfavorable situation and asking a favor from another. But there were no examples of masu being used by an upper-person to the lower-person. Third, soro and desu was being used as a polite expression to reveal themselves of who they are in a Nanori. Marasuru and masu did not have any examples of being used in a situation to reveal themselves but in a Nanori, in a situation where there are no other characters, it was being used to show respect to the audience by a connection to the verb. Fourth, when it was compared to the modern usage of desu and masu, unlike the usage in “Toraakirabon Kyogen”, there were examples of being used to show-off oneself and also some examples of showing modesty in masu.

일본어학,일어교육 편 : 「おぢゃる」,「おりゃる」考 -대장호명본(大藏虎明本)『광언(狂言)』을 중심으로

本稿では、天草本『平家物語』においての尊敬の助動詞「~(ら)るる」の意味用法を依据本である覺一本『平家物語』と對照し、「~(ら)るる」が表わす敬意の對象と敬意度について考察した。その結果は、以下のとおりである。覺一本に比べて、天草本では「~(ら)るる」が多く使われていたことが明らかになった。特に天草本では「會話文」よりは「地の文」での增加が目立つことがわかった。まず、「~(ら)るる」が第一のグル―プに使われた場合、次のように整理することができる。「~(ら)るる」が第一のグル―プに使われた場合、「會話文」と「地の文」ともに同じ文脈で使われた他の敬語と同じレベルの敬意で用いられたと言える。次に、「~(ら)るる」が第二のグル―プに使われた場合は次のように整理することができる。「會話文」では、話者が上位者に對して敬意を表わすために「~(ら)るる」を使った例と對等な關係でお互いに尊敬を表わすために「~(ら)るる」を使った例が見えた。また、話者が自分より下位のグル―プに對して使った場合は、自分の品位を表わすために使うか、または、威壓的な態度を表わすために「~(ら)るる」が用いられた。なお、「地の文」では、主に第二のグル―プに屬する話題の人物に敬意を表わすために「~(ら)るる」が使われていた。しかし第一のグル―プの「~(ら)るる」が同じ文脈で使われた他の敬語と同じ敬意度をもって用いられたことについては『平家物語』の他の版本との對照も必要であり、同時代の他の文獻との對照硏究も必要であると思われる。これについては今後の課題にしたい。

악교정 수술과 함께하는 mandibular angle management

Orthognathic surgery(2-jaw or 1-jaw surgery) is very famous one of cosmetic techniques. However, primary purpose of orthognathic surgery is to improve the occlusion of jaw and secondary purpose is to improve the esthetic result. Unfortunately, many patients don’t only confuse often primary and secondary purpose of orthognathic surgery but they think the esthetic result is more important than the occlusion. Therefore, oral and maxillofacial surgeon has to fully understand cosmetic needs of patient and reflect that in the treatment plan. Patients with prominent mandibular angle want to have the narrower face of so called ‘V-line’ shape. Various techniques like the angle shaving, ostectomy of the lateral cortex around the mandibular angle and masseter musclectomy can be used for improving the mandibular angle hypertrophy. These techniques also can be applied in orthognathic surgery at the same time. We operated patients of orthognathic surgery, especially, with wide lower face and post-operative results were satisfactory in all cases. So, we propose mandibular angle management for improving the esthetic result of orthognathic surgery.
