본 연구는 지리산 가문비나무 임분의 산림식생유형분류를 위하여 지리산 가문비나무 자생지 일대 61개소의 산림식생조사 자료를 토대로 Z-M 식물사회학적 방법에 의해 식생구조의 유형분류를 실시한 결과, 6개의 식생단위로 분류되었다. 군락단위에서 가문비나무군락, 신갈나무군락으로 분류되었으며 가문비나무군락은 군단위에서 돌양지꽃군과 나도옥잠화군, 부게꽃나무군, 가문비나무전형군으로 세분되었으며, 신갈나무군락은 노각나무군, 신갈나무전형군으로 세분되었다. 평균상대우점치의 분석결과 가문비나무(27.58), 구상나무(16.32), 신갈나무(9.84), 잣나무(7.62), 사스래나무(7.56), 당단풍(5.07), 마가목(4.88), 철쭉(4.63), 시닥나무(4.37) 등의 순으로 나타났으며, 아고산 침엽수종인 구상나무, 잣나무가 다소 높았으며, 활엽수종 중에서는 신갈나무가 가장 높았고 사스래나무, 당단풍나무, 마가목 등의 순으로 높았다. In this study, for the forest vegetation classification of the Picea jezoensis stand in Mt. Jirisan, the type classification of the vegetation structure was performed with Z-M phytosociological method , and as a result, it was classified into the Picea jezoensis community and Quercus mongolica community in the community unity. The Picea jezoensis community was subdivided into the Potentilla dickinsii group, the Clintonia udensis group and the Acer ukurunduense group in the group unit and the Quercus mongolica community was subdivided into the Stewartia pseudocamellia group. In the result of estimating the importance value based on the classified vegetation unity, it was deemed that the dominance was Picea jezoensis(27.85), Abies koreana(16.32), Quercus mongolica(9.84), Pinus koraiensis(7.62), Betula ermanii (7.56), Acer pseudosieboldianum(5.07), Sorbus commixta(4.88), Rhododendron schlippenbachii (4.63), Acer komarovii (4.37).

An observation of the changes in blood pressure in accordance with supine and left lateral postures was acids in 100 women in later half ofpergnancy, and obtainedthe following results. 1. Systolic blood pressure showed lowering tendency in supine compared to left lateral postures. Cases of lowering 30 mmHg or more were 12(12%) and those of 20 mmHg or more were 27(27%). 2. Diastolic blood pressure showed same tendency with systolic but the degree was less. 3. Lowering tendency of systolic blood pressure in supine compared to left lateral posture was more markedly noted in cases of longer gestational periods, fetal engagement, shorter and lighter women, and complicated with toxemia of pregnancy.
Omental Histiocytic Sarcoma - A Case Report -

We report a case of perigastric histiocytic sarcoma (HS) involving the lesser omental sac in a 30-year-old man. HS is an exceedingly rare malignancy of mature tissue histiocyte. The tumor was a multi-lobulated, bulging enhancing mass in the lesser omentum with metastasis to lymph nodes and liver. The tumor consisted of diffuse non-cohesive proliferation of pleomorphic large oval to round neoplastic cells with giant cells showing vesicular chromatin and ample eosinophilic cytoplasm. In some areas, the tumor cells showed spindling with elongation of the nuclei and cellular shapes. Many of the tumor cells, especially giant forms contained phagocytosed lymphocytes. Immunohistochemical analysis of the tumor cells showed expression of leukocyte common antigen, CD68, lysozyme, vimentin, CD4, and CD163. Ki-67 index was 50-60%. 구강내 연조직에 대한 무통적조사를 위한 Nd:YAG laser의 출력조절에 관한 임상적 연구

Most dentists are very interested in laser therapy on the intraoral soft tissue lesions because they want to accomplish the analgesic and aseptic surgery with little or no bleeding. In order to determine the difference of pain threshold according to different gingival tissues with or without inflammation, 25 patients with inflammatory periodontal disease and 10 volunteers with good general and oral health were selected as the inflamed group and the normal group, respectively. Interdental papilla, marginal gingiva, attached gingiva, and alveolar mucosa were irradiated by the contact delivery($300{\mu]m$ fiber optic, for 5 seconds) of a pulsed Nd:YAG laser(EN.EL.EN06O, Italy). And the laser power was gradually increased from 0.5W by the increment of 0.1W. The highest laser power was recorded as the first painful power when the painful gesture was recognized at first. The difference of the first painful power of laser according to different gingival tissues with or without inflammation was statistically analyzed by paired t-test in MICROSTAT program. Following results were obtained: 1. In the comparison related with the inflammation, the first painful power was significantly lower in the inflamed group than in the normal group, regardless of interdental papilla and marginal gingiva(p<0.05). 2. In the comparison related with the tissue structure, the first painful. power was significantly lower in alveolar mucosa than in attached gingiva(p<0.05). The results suggest that, for the painless therapy by a pulsed-Nd:YAG laser irradiation, the laser surgery over 2.0W of power should be necessarily accomplished under the local anethesia, and the local anesthesia should be considered according to the degree of inflammation, the tissue structure, and the purpose of laser therapy.
