        Kano 모델 및 PCSI 지수를 통한 의류점포의 서비스품질에 관한 연구

        The purposes of this study are to classify apparel service quality elements using the Kano`s model, and to identify how much service quality can increase the degree of customer satisfaction when the service quality is fully fulfilled. Women over 20 years-old from metropolitan areas participated in the study. Data from 254 questionnaires were used for the statistical analysis. The results were as follows: First, 17 service quality elements were categorized into one-dimensional quality which could lead to both satisfaction and dissatisfaction, and 3 services quality elements were categorized into indifferent quality which neither result in satisfaction nor dissatisfaction. Second, potential customer satisfaction improvement(PCSI) Index was developed using Kano model and CS coeffient. Findings of this study provide both industry and academic researchers with a guide to increase customer satisfaction in fashion retail store.

        Super elements methods for large structural systems have been reviewed. It is necessary to use subdivided finite elements for accurate analysis of the large structural systems. However it would take significant amount of computational time and memory if the entire spatial structure is subdivided into a finer mesh. Recently, the computing resources and technologies have been expanded so fast that the huge matrices involved in the analysis of structural system can be processed without serious difficulties. For, most users, however, the computer facilities are limited.

        소비자의 인터넷 쇼핑몰 사이트 항해형태(Navigation Pattern)의 유형화(Typology)에 관한 연구

        Navigation patterns such as width of navigation and depth of navigation differ depending on the purpose of visit. Navigation pattern has a close relationship with purchasing behaviors of website visitors. Many researchers have shown that different shopping strategy of consumers results in different navigation patterns in the shopping mall. Thus, it is very important to investigate the relationship between consumer`s purchase behaviors and navigation patterns. In this research, we study the typology of navigation pattern using online panel data. The typology of navigation pattern was developed using such variables as stickiness of navigation, width of navigation, depth of navigation, purchase relativeness of navigation. We found that navigation pattern can be divided into four categories product purchase related, simple visit, interaction, and information seeking navigation pattern. We also found that width of navigation pattern along with stickiness of navigation and depth of navigation are highly related with purchase behaviors.

        This study investigates the effectiveness of proposed modal analysis method to deal with non-classical damping in the seismic analysis of elastic systems. On this study, the three-story one-way asymmetric building with supplemental damping on each floor is considered because these has non-classical damping due to damping. For the purpose of this study, the analysis is performed and compared to estimate the accuracy. Then the CPU running times are compared to confirm the effect of additional procedure on proposed methods. It is found that the proposed methods can significantly improve the accuracy of the analytical results compared to conventional approximate method although it need a little additional analysis time.

        유한킴벌리의 경영혁신

        공유가치창출(Creating Shared Value, CSV)이 무엇인지를 이해하는 것은 그리 어렵지 않지만, 이를 실천에 옮기는 것은 그리 쉽지 않다. 이런 점에서 볼 때, 유한킴벌리의 시니어 비즈니스 CSV는 주목할 만한 실천 사례라고 평가된다. 유한킴벌리가 추진하고 있는 ‘시니어 비즈니스’는 우리 사회가 당면하고 있는 고령화 문제를 해결함과 동시에 기업의 새로운 사업영역을 개발한다는 성격을 가지고 있다. 물론 CSV의 성과를 거두기 위해서는, 내부적으로는 기업의 사업 성격과 적합해야할 뿐 아니라 이를 통해 일정 수준 이상의 수익을 거둬야 한다. 동시에 외부적으로는 사회 문제의 해결에 도움이 되어야 한다. 이런 기준에서 볼 때, 유한킴벌리가 추진하고 있는 CSV 활동은 그 성격상 기업내적 여건(예: 제품특성, 조직규모 및 역량, 기업문화 등)과 어울리고 또한 해결하고자 하는 사회문제 역시 시의 적절하다고 평가된다. 특히 유한킴벌리의 CSV 활동은 하나의 선순환체계를 구축하고, 이를 통해 직간접적으로 CSV 활동의 성과를 추구한다는 점에서도 연구가치가 크다고 평가된다. 이는 기존 대다수의 CSV 활동이 기업과 수혜집단간의 직접적 상호작용 또는 상생관계의 구축을 통해 그 성과를 거두는 것과 차별되기 때문이다. CSV의 이론적 발전과 현실적 활성화를 위해서는 다양한 사례들을 발굴하고 이를 확산하는 노력이 요구된다. 유한킴벌리의 사례는 이론 및 실무에 공헌하는 하나의 모범사례가 될 것으로 기대된다. Understanding the concept of Creating Shared Value (in short, CSV) is not difficult, but putting it into practice is a complex matter. Therefore, Yuhan Kimberly’s CSV through ‘Senior Business’ is an example that deserves attention. ‘Senior Business’, the CSV which Yuhan Kimberly’s pushing forward has characteristic of solving the aging phenomenon of our society while creating and developing a new business area. To gain outcomes through CSV activities, company’s internal circumstances such as quality of products, scale/capability of organization, organizational culture, etc. should be suitable internally, while assisting problem solving of society externally. From this point of view, Yuhan Kimberly’s CSV fits with company’s internal conditions as well as helps with the company’s external situation. Especially, the CSV of Yuhan Kimberly is a valuable topic to research since it seeks direct-indirect outcomes through the virtuous circle the act creates. It is different from most of the previous CSV activities which achieve outcomes by direct interaction or coexistence of company and beneficiaries. For theoretical development and realistic vitalization, effort on discovering and accumulating diverse cases is needed. Yuhan Kimberly’s example is expected to be a model case for both academy and practice.

        풍하중을 받는 개방형 하이브리드 돔 구조시스템의 동적 거동 특성

        Cable-domes are representative of Hybrid structures. For their material properties and pretensions, they can generate large deformation which shows geometrical non-linearity. Because Hybrid structures are flexible structures whose stiffness and self-weight are very small, when carry out dynamic analysis, wind load is more dominant than seismic load. Hybrid structures are composed of closed shape like Seoul Olympic Gymnasium and open(irregular) shape like Busan Asiad Main Stadium as cable-dome's shape. Thus, we analyze these behavior character of the open-shapes at this study, and the analysis method for solving nonlinear finite element equations is modified Newton-Raphson method. Furthermore, for dynamic analysis method is Stiffly Stable Method which is based on backward-difference. Then, we compare its convergence criteria with Newmark-β method, and we find out dynamic behavior characteristics when it comes to member force, when some cable members such as upper or lower diagonal cables and upper or lower inner ring cables are broken.

        경험학습을 통한 名醫의 전문성 발달과정

        본 연구는 생애사적 관점에서 명의의 경험학습을 분석하여 의사의 전문성 발달과 경험학습에 시사점을 제시하고자 의학 다큐멘터리 '명의'에 출연하였고, 분야별 전문학회의 학회장을 역임한 의사 3명을 대상으로 한 실증연구이다. 심층면담과 중요사건기법을 통해 자료를 수집하였으며 전사된 면담자료에 대한 영역분석과 분류분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 명의들의 생애는 전문성 발달과정에 따라 진로탐색기, 교육수련기, 전문성학습기, 가치창조기의 4단계로 구분되었다. 약 10년을 사이에 두고 전문성의 도약이 있었으며, 전문성학습기의 멘토와의 만남과 해외연수가 전문성 발달과정에서 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 전문성 발달과정의 각 단계별로 다른 특성을 보이고 있다. 셋째, 명의의 경험학습은 경험, 성찰과정, 결과의 3단계 과정을 통해 이루어졌으며, 성찰과정이 경험학습의 필수적인 과정으로 나타났으며, 과거의 성공 또는 실패에 대한 경험이 현재의 경험학습에 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 명의의 전문성은 전 생애에 걸쳐 점진적으로 발달한다. 따라서 생애관점의 연속적인 교육을 위한 제도와 발달단계의 특성을 고려한 맞춤형 지원이 필요하다는 것을 본 연구에서는 제시한다. The purpose of this study was to suggest implications which could obtain by analyzing the top doctors' expertise development process from the biographical perspectives. In-depth interviews and critical incident technique were used to collect the data. The study was conducted with domain analysis and taxonomic analysis of the transcripts. The results of this study were as follows. First, top doctors' lives were divided into four stages as per expertise development processes: career exploration, education and training, expertise learning, and value creation. The expertise advanced every ten years, and meeting the mentor and overseas training played an important role in top doctors' expertise development process. Secondly, each stage had different characteristics. Lastly, the top doctors' experiential learning was consisted of three steps of process: experiences, reflective process, and outcome. Moreover, this study discovered that the reflection process is essential for the experiential learning. Top doctors' expertise were gradually developed throughout their whole lives. For continuous education based on the perspective from the lifetime, consultative group should be considered. Therefore, customized supports considering differences of stages should be accompanied.
