전극 표면에 부착된 IPN 형태의 전해질 고분자의 제조 및 그들의 감습특성

IPN 구조를 가지는 감습성 고분자 전해질로 사용하기 위하여 디브로모알칸과 가교가 가능한 copoly(2-(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate) (DAEMA)/butyl acrylate (BA)와 광가교가 가능한 copoly(methyl methacrylate)(MMA)/BA/2-(cinnamoyloxy)ethyl methacryate(CEMA)를 제조하였다. 전극의 기재 표면에 광조사에 의한 IPN-감습성 전해질의 부착을 위하여 3-(triethoxysilyl)propyl cinnamate(TESPC)을 전극표면에 처리하였다. IPN 구조의 감습성 고분자 필름은 copoly(DAEMA/BA). copoly(MMA/BA/CEMA) 및 1,4-dibromobutane(DBB) 가교제의 혼합 용액에 침적한 후에 UV 조사와 동사와 동시에 가열하여 제조하였다. IPN-전해질 고분자의 전극 기재와의 부작은 광화학적 [2π+2π] 환화반응에 의하여 진행하였다. 얻어진 습도센서는 20~94%RH의 영역에서 매우 높은 감도와 1.5RH 이하의 작은 히스테리시스를 보여주었다. 또한, 33~94RH 사이에서 가습과 제습과정의 응답 및 회복 속도는 각각 48초와 65초로 나타나 매우 빠름을 알 수 있었다. 그 밖에 감습액 중의 공중합체의 농도, 가교제의 양, 가교반응 시간 등이 내수성을 포함한 감습성질에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. Copoly(2-(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate)(DAEMA)/butyl acrylate(BA) and copoly(methyl methacrylate)(MMA)/BA/2-(cinnamoyloxy)ethyl methacryate(CEMA), which were crosslinked with dibromoalkane and UV irradiation. respectively, were prepared for the precursors of interpenetrating polymer network (IPN) humidity-sensitive films. 3-(Triethoxysilyl)propyl cinnamate (TESPC) was used as a surface-pretreating agent for the attachment of IPN-polyelectrolyte to the electrode surface by UV irradiation. Humidity sensitive polymeric thin films with an IPN structure were prepared by cross-linking reactions of copoly(DAEMA/BA) with 1,4-dibromobutane (DBB) and copoly(MMA/BA/CEMA) by UV-irradiation. The anchoring of an IPN-polyelectrolyte into the substrate was carried out via the photochemical [2π+2π] cycloaddition. The resulting humidity sensors showed a high sensitivity in the range of 20~95%RH and a small hysteresis (<1.5%RH). The response time for adsorption and desorption process at 33~94%RH was 48 and 65 s. respectively, indicating a fast response. The effects of the concentration of copolymers, molar ratio of crosslinking agents and time of the precursor solution for dip-coating on their humidity sensitive properties including water durability were investigated.

In this study, The method to produce anticorrosive paint using reproductive wastepaint was investigated. The liquid-phase resin, BHO-500 and powder-phase paint BHO-300 were produced through wastepaint reproductive process. BHO-500 and BHO-300 could be replaced respectively polyvinylchloride resin and filler, which are thr components of anticorrosive paint. The properties of the anticorrosive paint produced through this process were excellent in comparison with the existing anticorrosive paint.

In this study, the process and equipment to recycle wastepaint were designed and development. The characteristic of this recycling process is to improve the recycling efficiency by dividing the previous recycling process into two processes, liquid-phase process and powder-phase process, with the hardness of wastepaint. As the result of this study, we confirm that this process may be helpful to recycle wastepaint.
수정진동자 분석기를 이용한 폴리우레탄 합성반응의 특성분석

In this study, we investigated the characteristics of polyurethane synthesis by simultaneously measuring resonant frequency and resonant resistance with a quartz crystal analyzer. The rapid decrease of resonant frequency was appeared because automatic catalytic reaction was caused by the polyurethane formed in initial stage of polyurethane synthesis. In prepolymer(PP) synthesis, the resonant frequency was slowly stabilized after a rapid decrease at a certain point of time. But in segmented polyurethane synthesis in which chain-extender was involved, the resonant frequency increased again after a rapid decrease at a certain point of time. It was considered that this tendency took place because the chain-extender, 1,4-butandiol, caused a soft segment to change to a hard segment. The resonant resistance was used in the analysis of mechanism. From the results, the characteristics of polyurethane synthesis could be analyzed on-line using a quartz crystal analyzer, and the systhesis mechanism could also be interpreted.
