Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans(DFSP) is a rare, distinctive cutaneous tumor, which consists of spindle shaped ceils arranged in densely packed interlacing bundles with the storiform or cartwheel pattern. Histologically, it resembles deep growing dermatofibroma, nodular fasciitis, neurofibroma and neural sheath tumors. DFSP is one of t.he connective tissue tumors which is difficult. to diagnose histologically as well as clinically. Recently, the immunochemical staining with a monoclonal antibody to CD34 is reported to give assistance in the clear differential diagnosis of DFSP from other fibrous or neural tumors. Herein, three cases of DFSP were stained by immunohistochemical staining with S-100 protein, vimentin, factor VIII and anti-CD34 antibody in order to assess the use of anti-CD34 in the differential diagnosis of DFSP. 본 논문에서는 TMS320C67x를 사용한 병렬신호처리시스템의 설계와 성능을 분석한다. 특히 보드 단위의 프로세서부 설계에 중점을 두어 메모리의 구성 및 내부버스 연결방식 면에서 서로 다른 네 가지의 모델을 제안하고 성능분석을 위하여 2D FFT를 병렬로 처리할 수 있는 여러 가지의 방식을 제시한다. 그리고 제안된 구조상에서 여러 방식으로 2D FFT를 실행할 경우의 지역메모리의 접근, 프로세서간 통신, 그리고 보드간 통신에 소용되는 시간을 척도로 하여 네 가지 보드 모델들의 성능을 비교${\cdot}$분석한다. 성능분석 결과, 성능과 보드 구성의 복잡도를 종합적으로 고려할 때 지역메모리와 공유메모리를 함께 갖춘 모델이 가장 바람직한 것으로 나타났다. 범안면 골절 후 발생한 접구개 동맥의 가성 동맥류 치험례

Traumatic aneurysms in the head and neck area are rare vascular lesions. Among them, pseudoaneurysm of the internal maxillary artery is extremely rare. We experience a case of pseudoaneurysm in the sphenopalatine artery which is a branch of the internal maxillary artery. A 33 year old woman suffered from panfacial bone fracture due to traffic accident. Twelve days after the accident, fractured segments were reduced and wired succesfully. Forty days after the operation, a sudden profuse epistaxis was developed and uncontrolled by anterior and posterior nasal packings. A 7mm diametered pseudoaneurysm was detected in the left sphenopalatine artery by the selective internal carotid arteriography. The nasal bleeding stopped immediately after the selective embolization of the left internal maxillary artery and the left superficial temporal artery.
자가 주상와연골 (Autogenous scapha cartilage) 이식을 이용한 하안검 내반증의 교정

The lower eyelid entropion is characterized by a turning inward of the eyelid margin. Ocular inflammation and tearing may result from lashes or keratinized epithelium. Moreover inversed lower eyelids are considered one of the cosmetic defects. To correct an entropion surgically, the procedure should be chosen individually. Simple excision, suture repair, marginal rotation and tarsal strip procedure may be considered, but in cases of cicatrical entropion or lower lid defect, the main surgical principle involves release of scarred tissue and replacement of the deficient tissue with appropriate graft. We used scapha cartilage only as a spacer, in patients with cicatrical entropion or involutional entropion. The result was satisfactory and the raw surface of the graft facing to the eyeball was epithelialized from the surrounding mucosa within a couple of weeks. We report our concept of scapha cartilage graft and simple technique for the treatment of cicatrical entropion or entropion caused by lower lid defect .
화상을 입힌 생쥐의 흉선과 비장 임파구아형과 조직학적 소견의 변화

Due to various documented abnormalities of cell mediated immunity, sepsis still remains the major cause of morbidity and mortality after initial survival from extensive thermal burn. However, the exact mechanisms of immunosuppression after extensive thermal burn remains uncertain. For th observation of immune state, changes of lymphocyte subpopulation have been usually measured in lymphocyte samples from peripheral blood by many reports, but it is only a small fraction of the total lymphocyte pool in the body, and may not present valid picture of the immunological state of the individual. Therefore, analysis of lymphocyte phenotype in thymus and spleen is thought to be necessary in understanding more exact mechanism of immunological changes in extensive thermal burn. The aim of this study is to evaluate the changes of immunocompetency by observing the changes of subpopulation of spleen and thymus lymphocyte using monoclolnal antibodies and changes of tissue with light microscope in burned mice. Cell populations were isolated from spleen and thymus of control and burned mice on the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 14th and 21st postburn days(PBD). The cell populations were measured with monoclonal antibody by flow cytometry. The results were as follows: 1.In thymus, Thy 1.2+, L3T4+ and LYt2+ cells decreased markedly on the 3rd PBD. Thy 1.2+ and L3T4+ cells decreased also on 5th, 7th, 14th PBD and returned to control level on 21st PBD, but Lyt2+ cells increased more significantly than control after 3rd PBD and returned to normal on 21st PBD. Qa2+ cells revealed most significant reduction on 7th PBD. 2.In spleen, Thy 1.2+, L3T4+ and Ia+ cells increased on 3rd PBD and then decreased on 7th and 14th PBD. Lyt2+ cells increased in all the burned groups. Qa2+ cells increased on 3rd, 5th PBD and returned to normal level. L3T4+ cell/Lyt2+ cell ratio revealed signicant reduction, but they recovered by the 21st PBD. 3.In histopathologic findings of the spleen & thymus, the all cell subpoulations decreased at 1st PBD, but more increased than that of group of 3rd PBD. And then they revealed normal architecture after 5th PBD.
