Transparent conductive oxides (TCOs) have been extensively used in optoelectronic device because of their high visible transmittance, low DC resistivity, high infra-red reflectance and absorbance in the microwave region. Zinc oxide is a direct wide-band 8ap II-VI n-type semiconductor material with the structure of wurtzite hexagonal structure. Zinc oxide has energy bandgap 3.37 eV and exciton binding energy of 60 meV at room temperature. We study using ZnO/Ag/ZnO films were deposited onto PET substrate at room temperature with the inclined opposite target type DC magnetron sputtering equipment. ZnO/Ag/ZnO multilayer films having high transmittance of 78.3% and low sheet resistance of 1.974 O/sq. are successfully fabricated and oan be reproduced by controlling the preparation process parameters properly.

도시철도시스템 구축과 System Engineering 지원 전산도구 활용을 통한 요구사항 관리 효율성 향상 고찰

도시철도시스템 구축 사업에서 사업의 수명주기에 맞춰 이해관계자의 요구사항을 식별하고 정의, 속성 분류, 검증 구분 등이 과정을 거쳐 시스템의 요구사항이 요구조건에 부합되도록 과정상의 관리와, 결과상의 검증 및 확인(Verification & Validation)을 관리하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 신림선 경전철 시스템 구축 사업에서 수행하고 있는 System Engineering의 요구사항관리 업무를 중심으로 SE 업무에 특화된 전산도구의 활용을 예시하고, 실시설계 단계에서 수행한 요구사항관리 업무를 살펴 봄으로서 제작 설계 및 제작, 시공, T&C, 운영유지보수 단계에서 전산 도구 활용을 통해 요구사항관리 업무의 효율성 향상 방안을 고찰하고자 한다 It is very important to manage and verify the requirements of the system by identifying the requirements of the system, classification of property, classification of verification etc in view of each project life cycle so as to check whether its requirement meet the stakeholder’s required conditions. In this paper, we show the use of computerized tools specialized in the SE task and the requirements management tasks performed at the stage of implementation design, focusing on the requirements management tasks of System Engineering, We will consider how to improve the efficiency of requirements management by maximizing the use of computer tools in design and production, construction, T & C, and operation maintenance
