위절제술을 받은 위암 환자의 위장관 증상 경험, 디스트레스, 암에 대한 대처가 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 위절제술을 받은 위암환자의 위장관 증상경험, 디스트레스, 암에 대한 대처가 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 확인하여 위절제술을 받은 위암환자의 삶의 질을 향상시키는데 기초 자료로 활용되고자 시행된 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상은 전국의 위암진단을 받고 위절제술을 받은 지 1개월이 경과한 위암환자 127명을 대상으로 하였으며, 온라인 설문조사를 통해 모집되었다. 본 연구결과, 성별(β=.09, p=.028), 항암치료 여부(β=.08, p<.001), 위장관 증상 경험(β=.04, p=.003), 디스트레스(β=-.21, p=.023)가 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 위절제술을 받은 위암 환자의 삶의 질을 향상시키기 위해서는 간호 중재시 성별, 항암화학요법 유무를 고려해야 하며, 위장관 증상과 디스트레스를 감소시키기 위하여 환자의 신체적·정신적 문제를 파악하고 정도를 세분화할 수 있는 적절한 측정 도구가 제공되어야 하며 효율적인 관리 및 중재를 통해 삶의 질을 증진시킬 수 있는 방안을 마련해야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of gastrointestinal symptoms, distress, and cancer coping on the quality of life of gastric patients after gastrectomy. In this descriptive study, the data of 127 patients diagnosed with gastric cancer one month after gastrectomy were analyzed. Sex (β=.09, p =.028), chemotherapy (β=.08, p <.001), gastrointestinal symptoms (β=.04, p =.003), and distress issues (β=.21, p =.023) significantly affected quality of life with an explanatory power of 51.1%. The study shows that considerations of sex and chemotherapy are required to improve the quality of life of gastric cancer patients after gastrectomy. Furthermore, an appropriate measurement tool is needed to identify and classify gastric cancer patients with symptoms and distress after gastrectomy, and a plan should be devised to improve quality of life through effective management and nursing interventions.
의료서비스조직 기혼 여성근로자의 직장-가정 갈등, 조직 지원이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to shed light on the effect of work-family conflict on organizational effectiveness, focusing on the moderating effect of organizational support among married working women of health services organizations. Data were collected from 149 married working women of health services organizations located in Busan Metropolitan areas by structured self-administered questionnaire. Main results of this study is as the following: First, based on the type of work-household conflicts, namely time-based conflict(2.82 points), strain-based conflict(2.81 points) and behavior-based conflict(2.69 points), working women mainly experienced time and strain-based conflicts. The level of work-household conflicts was significantly higher among younger groups, highly educated, nurses, and regular workers. Second, the perceived organizational effectiveness found to be an above-average. Especially scores were high in the subcategories of customer orientation(3.84), followed by organizational commitment (3.42) and job satisfaction(3.19). The level of organizational effectiveness was significantly higher among older groups, medical technician and administrative job holders, day-time workers, and higher income groups. Third, the results of the regression analysis on the effects of work-household conflicts on organizational effectiveness showed that strain-based conflicts have a significant negative effect on organizational effectiveness such as job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Fourth, organizational support found to have a strong controlling effect for strain-based conflicts on organizational effectiveness. Above results imply that practical family-supportive policies for lessening the work-household conflicts is crucial for enhancing organizational effectiveness in health services organization.

N/A The SWTR(Surface Water Treatment Rule) requires surface water treatment plants to achieve a 3log removal of Giardia cysts and 4log removal of viruses based on filtration, maintenance of CT[disinfectant concentration(㎎/L)×time(min)] through the disinfection process. Conventional treatment without disinfection is capable of achieving up to 2∼3log removal of Giardia cysts and up to a 1∼3log removal of viruses. Additional removals must be accomplished with disinfection(C×T value). Tracer-test was used in this study to calculate T_(10) of C×T value for achieving up to a 1log removal of Giardia cysts in disinfection process. Evaluations were implemented at three WTPs(Water Treatment Plants A, B, C). If CT product for a WTP meets or exceeds those in the SWTR tables, it is assumed that the degree of inactivation has been achieved. A WTP has not been achieved for the degree of inactivation result from CT_(cal)/CT_(req)=0.7 and the three WTPs have not been achieved for the degree of inactivation in worst case condition.
소규모정수장의 기능진단에 의한 성능제한 인자의 도출 및 검증 연구

In this study, DWTP Advisor developed from U.S. EPA was adapted for performance assessment in small water treatment plant and studied for improvement advice about the problem. From results of performance assessment, the ability of each major unit process meets to Peak Instantaneous Flow(PIF) as Type I (above 95% of PIF) in N WTP. But, outlet condition in the sedimentation basin are permitting the loss of solids from the basin and the lack of proper solids removal is degrading the performance in N WTP. From results of the hydraulic analysis using fluoride tracer, flow rate in sedimentation basin is rapidly more lower than upper. The Reynolds number, Re, and Froude number, Fr which are used to predict flow condition in sedimentation basin is calculated to be 3159.98 and 2.06×10exp(-7), respectively. There is possibility of occurrence of short-circuiting and turbulence. Also, the different type of effluent trough makes unstable flow in sedimentation basin and increases carry-overing of sedimented solids.

In water treatment plants, open channel is used to distribute incoming flow to parallel treatment unit, such as flocculation basin and sedimentation basin. These control devices must be designed so that the incoming flow evenly distributed to the process unit. this is important in the view of optimizing process unit. In the recent past, significant insights into the sedimentation process have been developed. In this study, the 2-D computer program is developed to investigate fluid flow field and velocity vectors in flocculationㆍsedimentation inlet distribution weir and calculate flow rates in each inlet weir. The specific purpose of this study is to analyze physical design factors, such as flow rates, shape of channel, tapered angle in tapered type channel and main channel width.
