Analyzing how the E-Learning technical training course affects the student's achievement and satisfaction, results of the study are as below. The purpose of this study is to improve technical training courses by surveying the students analyzing achievements and satisfactions of students those who took the E-learning technical training cours. It was mostly a psychological effect such as easy access to the course, well mixed interesting elements, requests being satisfied and direct contact with tutors. E-Learning technical training course would be a good method that can improve the quality of learning and reduce the burden of an on-line class by being free from a physical learning environment. The conclusion from the students was that E-Learning training needs an appropriate design and operation strategy that fits the curriculum technical training curriculum.

This case study is to analyze the pedestrian accidents related to collision speed with both mathematical model and 3D simulation. In general, the throw distance of pedestrian is proportionally increased with the collision speed. The speed calculated by mathematical model format is around 30~52km/h. Based on the simulation result, it"s estimated that the optimal collision speed matching with the field of accident is in the range of 40~50km/h. This simulation is supposed to verify the pedestrian accidents more objectively and improve the reliability for accident reconstruction.

An experimental investigation was conducted to investigate the effect of Bio-ethanol fuel on the engine performance and exhaust emission characteristics under various engine operating conditions. To investigate the effect of bio-ethanol fuel, the commercial 1.6L SI engine equipped with 4 cylinder was tested on EC dynamometer. The engine performance including brake torque, brake specific fuel consumption, and barke specific energy consumption of bio-ethanol fuel was compared to those obtained by pure gasoline. Furthermore, the exhaust emissions were analyzed in terms of regulated exhaust emissions such as unburned hydrocarbon, oxides of nitrogen, and carbon monoxide.Result of this work shows that the effect of blending of ethanol to gasoline caused drastic decrease of emissions under various operating conditions. Also, improved engine performance such as brake torque and brake power were indicated for bio-ethanol fuel.

‘국가 주요 정보통신 기반시설과 목표시설’로 지정되어 있는 증권전산통신망의 차세대 네트워크화 준비는 국가경쟁력 강화와 국가경제력 향상을 위해 반드시 필요하다. 본 논문은 현재의 정부정책과 네트워크, 보안 및 증권전산망을 연구하고, 기존의 SONET/SDH 기반의 증권전산망을 대체하여, 차세대 증권전산망은 국가간 GMG 서비스를 위한 MPLS 기반의 ALL-IP서비스를 제공하도록 설계한다. 설계 시에 안정성, 표준화, 보안성, 확장성의 기준을 설정하여, 현재와 차세대 증권전산망을 각 기준별로 비교한다. 또한 차세대 증권전산망 특징과 장점 및 대역폭과 QoS, 통신기술, 정보보호시스템 등에서 향상된 기대효과를 분석한다. 본 논문의 연구결과는 u-Korea를 이룩하는 국가경쟁력 강화와 국가경제력 향상에 기여할 것이다. The next generation network preparation of stock computer network designated to facilities and goal facilities-based national main information communication certainly necessary for 'national competitiveness enhancement and national economic strength elevations'. This paper studies current government policy and network, security and securities computer network, and substitute for securities computer network-based the existing SONET/SDH, and next generation securities computer network designs so as to provide ALL-IP service-based MPLS for international GMG service. Set up stability, standardization, security, a basis of expansibility, and compare is current next generation securities computer network by each bases in case of designs. Analyze an expected effect to have been improved at next generation stockc omputer network characteristics and merits and substitution width and QoS, communication instrument liquor, an information protection system etc. too. Result of research of this paper will contribute to national competitiveness enhancement and a national economic strength elevation to accomplish u-Korea.
