Purpose: This study was conducted to examine the structural relationships among mothers' parenting practices, child's selfesteem, and child's well-being and to explore the mediating effects of mothers' parenting practices on child's well-being through child's self-esteem. Research design, data, and methodology: Data from the 10th and 13th waves of the Korean Child Study Panel were used for the study, and data from 1,213 mothers and child were analyzed using SPSS 28.0 and the R statistical program. Results: First, in the relationship between the mother's parenting practices, the child's self-esteem, and well-being, the mother's authoritative parenting practices were positively correlated with the child's self-esteem and well-being. Second, the mother's authoritative parenting practices in preschool directly influenced the child's self-esteem in late school, and the child's self-esteem directly influenced the child's well-being. Third, mothers' authoritative parenting practices in the preschool years had a static effect on child's Well-being through the mediation of child's Self-Esteem in the late school years. The direct mediation effect of the Child's Self-Esteem was confirmed. Conclusions: To promote child's Well-being, mothers should adopt authoritative parenting practices with affection and control and try to improve child's self-esteem. In addition, programs that focus on improving child's self-esteem can be expected to enhance school-aged child's well-being.

설명적 문헌고찰을 통한 치위생윤리 연구 동향 분석(2000-2022)

본 연구는 치위생윤리 연구를 설명적 문헌고찰을 통하여 연구의 특징, 동향을 분석하고자 한다. ‘Ethics education’, ‘Ethical dilemma‘. ’Ethical type’, ‘Ethical climate’, ‘Ethical decision making’, ‘Professional Ethics’ 조합하여 2000년부터 2022년 간 치위생윤리 관련 논문은 50편이며, 이 중 22편의 논문을 최종 분석한 결과 연구 대상자는 치과위생사 8편, 치과위생사와 치위생(학)과 모두는 1편, 학생 대상 논문은 13편이었다. 연구 주제어는 윤리 역량 2편, 윤리 의식 5편, 윤리적 가치관 및 도덕적 판단 4편, 윤리적 딜레마 4편, 윤리적 성향 3편이 있었으며, 윤리적 의사결정 및 직무 행동, 윤리 풍토, 윤리적 책임감 논문은 각 1편이었다. 연도별 논문 수는 2005년 1편으로 시작하여 2010년 이후 꾸준하게 발표되었고, 2012년과 2021년에 논문 수가 증가하였다. 논문은 설문조사로 진행되었으며, 치위생윤리 관련 변수를 적절하게 평가할 수 있는 측정 도구가 전무하였다. 이에 치위생윤리 관련 도구 개발과 교육프로그램 적용에 대한 기초자료를 제공하고 향후 연구 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

치과위생사의 윤리적 성향이 윤리적 가치관에 미치는 영향

Background: Dental hygienists emphasize the ethics of healthcare workers. To effectively cope with various ethical conflicts, it is necessary to establish a reasonable ethical value system. Therefore, this study intends to use basic data to develop ethics education programs and ethical value evaluation tools. Methods: We conducted a questionnaire survey targeting dental hygienists between January 1 and 15, 2023. A total of 251 people’s responses were analyzed with SPSS Win 25.0, to perform frequency, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. Results: The idealistic propensity (3.82 points) was higher than the relativistic propensity (3.42 points), and the absolutists showed a deontological position in the partnership area and dental hygiene work relationship area(P < 0.001). Regression analysis of factors affecting ethical values revealed that idealism (β=,444, p=0.000), marital status (β=-0.123, P = 0.035), and position (β=-0.154, P = 0.009) were significantly related to ethical propensity. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop an ethics education program that considers the ethical propensity of dental hygienists and establish firm ethical values by implementing situation-oriented ethics education that can respond to many changes and conflicts.

Background: In this study, it is necessary to understand ethical principles in order to improve judgment in ethical problem situations. Ethical values for each situational ethical problem arising in various fields are analyzed according to utilitarianism and deontology. Methods: From December 7, 2022, to January 11, 2013, 259 dental hygienists working in dental hospitals and clinics in the Seoul metropolitan area received informed consent for the study and were administered a self-administered questionnaire (using a combination of face-to-face and social network Google Forms). Results: Dental hygienists were 2.82±0.55 in the area of human life, 3.73±0.69 in the area of partnership, 3.49±0.47 in the area of dental hygiene work, and 3.20±0.41 in the area of patient relations. Conclusion: Dental hygienists showed a more obligatory position than a utilitarian position. It is necessary to emphasize the importance of ethical education and continuous self-development to properly cope with the ethical situation that occurs when performing dental hygiene work.
