광고윤리의 현황과 과제

Advertising, which is recognized as an essential element of marketing today, is spreading in various ways due to intense market competition and diversification of consumer desires. Especially, the change of the advertising environment based on the Internet is raising the possibility of deceptive advertising such as false, exaggeration, manipulation due to intensified competition between the advertisements. In this context, the necessity of research on advertising ethics is emphasized more than ever. However, except for some discussions, the domestic advertising ethics research field is still in the side of research on general advertising. In this context, I sought to clarify the current status and issues of advertising ethics from a comprehensive viewpoint with this thesis. For this purpose, I identified the conceptual characteristics of the advertisement and the necessity of advertising ethics in accordance with it in Chapter Ⅱ. In Chapter Ⅲ, I reviewed the status of domestic advertising ethics research and reviewed the historical development process of US advertising ethics which can be taken as precedence for our advertising ethics. Finally, I focused on the main tasks of advertising ethics as the truthfulness of the contents of the advertisement, the ethical considerations of the advertisement production and the selection of the advertising target, and the ethical considerations of the ad environment change in Chapter Ⅳ. 오늘날 마케팅의 필수요소로 인식되는 광고는 치열한 시장 경쟁과 소비자의 욕구 다변화로 인해 다양한 방식으로 확산되는 추세에 있다. 특히 인터넷 등을 기반으로 한 광고 환경의 변화는 광고 간 경쟁을 심화로 인해 허위, 과장, 조작 등 기만적인 광고 가능성을 높이고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 광고윤리 연구의 필요성은 그 어느 때보다 높다. 그러나 일부 논의를 제외하면, 국내 광고윤리 연구 분야는 광고 일반에 관한 연구의 부수적 지위에서 논의되고 있는 형편이다. 이러한 맥락에서 연구자는 본 논문을 통해 광고윤리의 현황과 과제를 종합적인 관점에서 밝히고자 하였다. 이를 위해 연구자는 먼저 Ⅱ장에서 광고의 개념적 특성을 확인하고 이에 따른 광고윤리의 필요성을 밝히고, Ⅲ장에서 국내 광고윤리 현황을 점검한 후 우리가 선례로 삼을 만한 미국의 광고윤리 전개 과정도 함께 검토하였다. 마지막으로 Ⅳ장에서는 광고윤리의 중심 과제를 광고 내용의 진실성, 광고 제작물과 광고 대상 선정의 윤리적 고려 사항, 광고 환경 변화에 따른 윤리적 고려 사항 등으로 구분하여 제시 하였다.

2022 개정 도덕과 교육과정(안)의 개선을 위한 과제

The purpose of this study is to analyze the 'characteristic' and 'goal' of the curriculum (draft) presented by the primary researcher of the 2022 revised moral and curriculum, and propose improvement tasks before the finalization of the new moral and curriculum. In accordance with this purpose, in Chapter II of this thesis, the need for improvement indicated in the 'personality' of the 2022 revision of the moral curriculum (draft) 1) whether it is appropriate in presenting the 'personality' of the moral subject, 2) the concept of 'morality' In Chapter III, the improvement tasks indicated in the 'goals' presented in the relevant curriculum (draft) are divided into 1) formal and content problems in the statement of the moral curriculum goal, 2) the problem of presenting the ability of the moral curriculum. , 3) The problem of mixing 'core values' and 'core ideas' is divided and reviewed. It is hoped that the improvement needs reviewed in this study will be helpful for the preparation of the 2022 revised moral and curriculum of researchers preparing for a new curriculum. 『본 연구의 목적은 2022 개정 도덕과 교육과정 1차 연구진이 제시한 교육과정(안)의 ‘성격’과 ‘목표’를 분석하여 새로운 도덕과 교육과정의 확정 이전에 필요한 개선 과제를 제안하는 것이다. 이러한 목적에 따라 본 논문의 Ⅱ장에서는 2022 개정 도덕과 교육과정(안)의 ‘성격’에 나타난 개선 필요사항을 1) 도덕 교과의 ‘성격’ 제시의 적절성 여부, 2)‘도덕함’개념 유지의 문제로 나누어 검토하고, Ⅲ장에서는 해당 교육과정(안)에 제시된 ‘목표’에 나타난 개선 과제를 1) 도덕 교과 목표 진술의 형식과 내용의 문제, 2) 도덕 교과의 능력 제시 문제, 3) ‘핵심 가치’와 ‘핵심 아이디어’의 혼용 문제 등으로 나누어 검토한다. 본 연구에서 검토된 개선 필요사항들이 새로운 교육과정을 준비하는 연구진의 2022 개정 도덕과 교육과정 준비에 도움이 될 수 있기를 바란다.

에피쿠로스의 죽음관에 대한 비판적 고찰

The purpose of this thesis is to critically examine the Epicurean view which disgraced the value of caring about death. According to this purpose, this thesis found the limits of epicurean’s position about death from the historical situations, including the people’s emotions of the times, and the inheritance of the Democritos’s materialistic traditions. And this thesis also organized the Epicurean view as empirical pleasure and pain, which the epicurean’s view of death has a purpose to eliminate not only the fear of God but also death itself. On this regards, I examined the Lucretius’s literature which praised Epicurus and accounted for the view. Finally, I critically examined the epicurean view of death on these three problems; the problem of a subjectivist perspective on the death of Epicurus, the problem of, the problem of possible harm unrelated to sense, the problem of comparing life time to eternal time. 본 연구의 목적은 죽음에 대한 두려움을 무가치한 것으로 평가한 에피쿠로스의 죽음관을 비판적으로 검토하는 것이다. 이러한 목적에 따라서 본 논문에서는 에피쿠로스의 입장이 지닌 한계를 당대의 시대적 상황과 당시 사람들의 정서, 그리고 데모크리토스로부터 이어진 유물론적 전통의 계승에서 찾고, 이와 관련한 에피쿠로스의 입장을 감각적 쾌락과 고통을 중심으로 정리하고자 하였다. 또한 에피쿠로스의 죽음관의 특징을 신에 대한 두려움과 죽음의 고통에 대한 두려움의 제거로 구분하여, 이러한 두 가지 두려움의 제거를 목적으로 하는 에피쿠로스의 논의를 검토하였다. 다만, 해당 부분에 대해서는 에피쿠로스를 찬양하고 그의 주장을 해설한 루크레티우스의 정리를 함께 보충․검토하였다. 이러한 과정을 통해 본 논문에서는 에피쿠로스의 죽음관이 지닌 의문점을 죽음에 대한 주관주의적 해석이 지닌 문제, 감각과 무관한 해악의 발생 가능성 문제, 인생의 시간을 영원한 시간과 비교하는 문제 등 세 가지 관점에서 비판적으로 검토하고자 하였다.

지속가능발전에 대한 윤리적 성찰 - 지속가능성과 인간 존엄성의 관계를 중심으로 -

본 논문에서 연구자는, 그간 학계에서 당연한 것처럼 쓰이고 있는 지속가능발전(SD) 개념이 그 내용을 이루고 있는 ‘필요’, ‘미래 세대’, ‘발전’을 해석할 때 그다지 명료하지 못한 개념적인 한계를 지니고 있음을 논구하였다. 특히 연구자는 SD의 주요 이행 목표로 제시되고 있는 경제, 사회, 환경의 영역이 서로 잠재적인 불균형과 갈등 관계에 있음을 밝히고자 하였다. 이러한 SD의 한계에도 불구하고, 인류의 지속 가능한 번영을 성취하기 위해 지속가능발전목표(SDGs)를 이행하여 교육하고자 한다면, 우리는 경제, 사회, 환경 영역을 관통하는 가치의 기초로서 인간 존엄성을 중요한 기준으로 삼아 덕성을 함양하고 인간 존엄성 보장을 위해 실천해야 할 것이다. Based on a critical review of the concept of sustainable development (SD), this paper aims to reveal that learners' ethical reflection on sustainable development is the basis for the success or failure of education for sustainable development (ESD). To this end, in Chapter 2, I reveal that the SD concept declared by the United Nations still has unclear conceptual limitations from its emergence to today. I also briefly reviewed the factors that make it difficult to implement the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) due to this conceptual ambiguity. In Chapter 3, I examine the ethical issues that can be raised from the concepts of ‘need’, ‘future generations’ and ‘development’ embedded in SD as a foundation for ESD, Lastly, in Chapter 4, I mentioned the importance of cultivating virtue and educating human dignity as elements of ethical education necessary for SD.

스토아학파의 덕 이해가 지닌 도덕교육적 의미

오가노이드의 연구와 이용을 위한 윤리적 과제: 오가노이드 연구의 대상, 기증 절차, 향후 이용을 중심으로

Worldwide, organoids are being used in an increasing range and variety of research contexts, including certain forms of drug testing and transplantation research. In Korea, however, the ethical issues raised by organoid research have received little attention and there are currently no laws or regulations governing this form of research. Accordingly, this study was conducted to identify and examine the ethical challenges for organoid research. The article is structured as follows: Section 2 identifies the organs that can be used in organoid research; Section 3 discusses the precautions for cell donation procedures for organoid research, including the “contents and scope of informed consent,” “cell donor autonomy,” and the “protection of cell donor’s genetic information.” Section 4 examines the ethical challenges of drug testing, patents and commercial uses of organoid research, and the development of organoids for transplantation. 오가노이드는 체외에서 인체 내부의 조직과 장기의 구조와 생리 현상을 포함한 다양한 연구를 가능 하게 한다는 점에서, 오늘날 생명과학과 의학 전반에 주목받는 연구 분야로 부상하고 있다. 세계적으로 오가노이드 연구는 다양한 인체 조직과 장기를 모사하고, 약물 테스트와 이식 연구 등 그 연구 대상과 영역을 확장해 나가고 있다. 그러나 국내의 오가노이드 연구 전반에 관한 윤리적 검토나 관련 법률이나 제도가 미흡한 실정이다. 이상과 같은 오가노이드 연구와 이용의 윤리적 검토의 필요성을 바탕으로, 본 연구는 오가노이드 연구의 바람직한 연구와 이용을 위한 윤리적 과제를 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 Ⅱ장에서는 오가노이드 연구 자체의 제한을 고려해야 하는 장기에 대해서 간략히 언급한 후, Ⅲ장에서 는 오가노이드 연구를 위한 세포 기증 절차의 유의사항을 ‘사전 동의의 내용과 범위’, ‘세포 기증자의 자 율성 확보’, ‘세포 기증자의 유전정보 보호’로 구분하여 검토하였다. 이어진 Ⅵ장에서는 향후 오가노이 드 연구의 의학적인 이용 영역인, 약물 테스트, 특허와 상업적 이용, 이식용 오가노이드의 연구와 개발 에 대한 윤리적 과제를 검토하였다.

권리 개념을 중심으로 본 북한의 인권 문제

북한의 인권 문제에 대한 국내외를 비롯한 국제사회의 우려가 점증하고 있다. 북한의 인권 문제를 평가하기 위해서는 인권을 포괄하고 있는 권리 일반에 대한 이해로부터 출발할 필요가 있다. 이러한 관점에서 연구자는 권리일반의 의미와 형성 조건을 간략히 검토한 후 권리문제에 접근하기 위해 필요한 요소를 권리 주체, 권리 내용, 그리고 권리 보장방법 등으로 정리하였다. 이어서 연구자는 인권의 법적 권리로서의 특성과 도덕적 권리로서의 특성을 구분하여 논의한 후 법적 권리로서 인권의 한계를 언급하여 도덕적 권리로서 인권이 지닌 지향성을 강조하였다. 이러한 인권 개념의 종합적 이해를 바탕으로 하여, 최종적으로 북한이 주장하고 있는 우리식 인권관의 특징과 내용을 살펴보고, 북한의 입장이 북한 인권 문제의 비판에 대한 충분한 반론으로 기능할 수 있을지 여부를 검토하고자 하였다. Concerns over the human rights situation in North Korea are growing. In order to diagnose and evaluate North Korea's human rights problems, it is necessary to start with an understanding of the general rights encompassing human rights. From this point of view, I briefly reviewed the meaning and formation conditions of rights, which is the upper concept of human rights, and then summarized the necessary elements to approve the rights issue by rights holders, rights contents, and rights guarantee methods. Then I discussed the characteristics of human rights as legal and moral aspects and then emphasized the intention of human rights as a moral right by addressing the limits of human rights as legal rights. Based on the comprehensive understanding of the concept of human rights, I examined the characteristics and contents of the North Korean style human rights asserted by North Korea, and to show that the position of North Korea cannot function as a sufficient reaction against the criticism of the North Korean human rights issues.
