        스포츠프로그램 시청자의 접촉동기가 스포츠태도 및 스포츠참가에 미치는 영향

        이 연구의 목적은 스포츠 프로그램 시청자의 접촉동기와 스포츠 참여자의 스포츠태도 사이의 관계를 자세히 살펴봄으로써 현대인에게 지대한 영향을 미치는 미디어를 통한 스포츠 관련 프로그램과 같은 스포츠 발전에 대한 기초적인 자료를 제공하는데 목적을 두고자 한다. 이에 따라 대구지역의 20세 이상의 성인들 217명을 대상으로 설문조사 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과는 접촉동기가 스포츠 태도와 스포츠 참여에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 현대사회의 메스미디어의 발전이 스포츠 가치와 같은 스포츠에 대한 흥미를 증가시킬 뿐만 아니라 스포츠 참여에 지대한 영향을 미친다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 스포츠팬과 시청자의 만족도를 향상시키기 위하여 재미와 흥미를 유발시킬 수 있는 프로그램 구성과 더불어 현장감을 느낄 수 있는 방송기술의 발달 또한 필요하다. 그리고 선호하는 팀이나 선수를 응원하기 위한 커뮤니티 활동, 의사전달, 정보검색, 정보교환 등의 효율적인 스포츠팬을 비롯한 시청자들의 적극적인 참여유도가 중요하다. The purpose of this study is to provide a basic data on the development of sports such as sports related programs through the media, which has a profound impact on the modern people by closely examining the relationship between the contact motivation of the sports program viewer and the sports attitude of the sports participants. In order to achieve this goal, we conducted a questionnaire survey of 217 adults over 20 years old in Daegu area and the following conclusions were obtained. The results showed that contacting motivation influenced sport attitude and sport participation. The development of the mass media in modern society not only increases the interest in sports such as sport value, but also has a great influence on participation of both direct and direct sports. Therefore, in order to improve the satisfaction of sports fans and viewers, it is necessary to develop a broadcasting technology that can allow the viewer to have sense of field as well as programs that can induce fun and interest. An encouragement in active involvement of viewers, including sports fans, in community activities, communication, information search, and information exchange to support the preferred team or player is deemed necessary.

        예술강사의 업무환경과 직무요인이 이직의사에 미치는 영향

        This study aims to provide basic documents aims to suggest the basic materials of the reasonable alternatives and policy formulation for the art instructors’ treatment improvement and enhancing expertise by analysis of the causal relationship between the art instructors’s work environment and main cause of duty, occupation change intention based on the art instructors. As results of the reliability tests of the measure tool, Cronbach’s α was shown as between .532 and .905, and the multiple regression analysis was conducted for the data analysis. The results of the study according to the study methods above are as follows. First, in the analysis of the effects of the work environment on the main cause of duty, the role ambiguity of the work environment had effects on the reward system, human relationship, duty stability, work environment of the main cause of duty. Second, in the analysis of the effects of the work environment on the occupation change intention, the role-conflict of the work environment had effects on the intention of transferring, and the role ambiguity had effects on the intention to find work. Third, in the analysis of the effects of the main cause of duty on the occupation change intention, the reward system of the main cause of duty, human relationship and work environment had effects on the intention to find work. To sum it up, it can be seen that the art instructors’ work environment has effects on the main cause of duty and the occupation change intention. The art instructors’ Job satisfaction or dissatisfaction, occupation change intention which take the pivotal role for conducting the culture & arts education policy in our country are seriously influence by the main cause of duty in addition to the work environment, so it is important to make the culture and arts education related policy more efficiently by accepting the art instructors’ opinions who work in the field appropriately, but it is needed to provide the high quality training services by making stable environment through the improve their treatment.

      • 연료전지분리판의 제조 및 기계적 특성 연구

        Considering diverse needed conditions, so far many materials have been studied as materials of bipolar plate for the fuel cell. At the first, plate which was made from graphite flat board having channel is that manufacturing cost of channel is high and due to the high brittleness, it is hard to reduce the thickness of plate. On the case of using a metal like stainless steel, there are some disadvantages such as high material density, high manufacturing cost and corrosion. To make a completion of disadvantages, we are researching on a carbon conductive polymer composite material. A carbon conductive polymer composite material has advantages like taking low-cost manufacturing and making light weight and reducing the manufacturing time. And due to using polymer fiber, higher ductilities is possible. On account of the fact that PEMFC is working on low temperature (approximately 80℃) comparing with other fuel cell plate, carbon conductive polymer composite material can be used for the plate. On this study, the goals are of establishing the manufacturing process of carbon conductive polymer composite material which is used for PEMFC and examining of mechanical characteristics of carbon conductive polymer composite material having superior electrical conductivity according to the change of fillers and forming conditions. And compression molding technique was used for processing, and graphite powder and carbon fiber was used as fillers. As a result of the research, through the optimization of molding conditions using compression molding technique I made carbon conductive polymer composite material for fuel cell plate having superior electrical conductivity which is up to 180 S/㎝. on the case of powder/epoxy composite material, according to the increasing forming pressure, electrical conductivity and bending strength were increased and optimal forming pressure was 1000~1500psi that carbon powder's degree of fineness was fully made. Maximum impact load and absorbing energy of carbon fiber reinforced composite material were better than those of graphite powder/epoxy composite material. This shows that degree of fineness was fully made and strength was increased.
