        uTradeHub 활성화 방안에 관한 실증 분석

        As the rapid development of IT and the internet changed the tradingmethod from the traditional offline transaction into the online e-Trading, the international documentation standards, the eUCP and the domestic laws and legislations have been established, adapting to the newe-Trading environment. This study was conducted to analyze the factors which affect the use of uTradeHub on the domestic trading companies and trade-related organizations and suggest howto activate e-Trading. To do this, classify the users into the enterprises and the trade-related organizations, set up the hypothesis of the study with the measurement variables of the user convenience, the new service, the systemsuitability and the legislation environment and carry out a survey targeting the trading companies and the trade-related offices to do an actual proof analysis. The analysis was performed by using the statistical program, SPSSIBM22.0, and the study hypothesiswas tested by themultiple regression analysis methodology. The test result showed that the trading companies set a high value on the user convenience, the new service and the legislation environment of uTradeHub, meanwhile the trade-related organizations regarded the system security and reliability, the user convenience and the legislation environment as the major affecting factor on the use of uTradeHub.

        배드민턴 동호인의 운동몰입이 사회적응과 운동중독에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between flow experience and exercise addiction that can induce exercise adherence and the relationship between flow experience and social adjustment that is well-matched with social environment. Furthermore this study aims at providing materials to enjoy stable life in social adjustment under the influence of more positive exercise addiction in demonstrating the effectiveness of badminton as sports for all and participating in badminton and in-depth materials to activate badminton. In order to achieve this purpose, a questionnaire survey was conducted with 400 badminton club members residing in five districts in G metropolitan city in 2009 using a self-administration method which is one of personal interview methods. 52 questionnaires were excluded because of poor responses or missing contents and a total of 348 responses were analyzed using SPSS 15.0. Finally the following results were obtained. First, for the effects of exercise flow on social adjustment in badminton club members, high cognitive and behavioral flow had high effects on work, leisure/social, and home adjustment which were sub-factors of social adjustment. Second, for the effects of exercise flow on exercise addiction in badminton club members, high cognitive and behavioral flow had high effects on withdrawal symptoms, exercise needs, emotional attachment which were sub-factors of exercise addiction.

        A. Problem Statement Rapidly growing awareness of the economic, financial and social aduantages of tourism development, coupled with the recognition that such advantages can be best achieved throuqh systematic efforts for the expansion of tounsm, has led the state to extend and enlarge its direct interest and role in tourism. In line wish the awareness of such advantages and the role of tourism, the national tourist promotion in Korea came inti being topromote andencourage the tounst industry, providing guidames in policy and maintaining ebbective liaison with all governmental departments. Thus tourism is one of the strategic irdustriyes which are strongly supported by the government and the namber of foreign lisitors to Korea marks a million every year. Howeues the enuironmental situations change rapidly and eompetition is too sharp tomake an abiding progress. So it's really required that we should adapt ourselves to the changing enuironment effectively by reuiewing and searching for the role of tourist promotion organization Therefore, the purpose of this study is that we should reorganize the tourist promotion organization to be effilient in its performance of tourism promotion in Korea. B. Methods of this study The mothodology applied in this study is general consideration and reuiewing Literature of tourism, related sesearch papers C. Conclusion A tourist promotion organization as a subsystem of the tourism system can cassy its task most effectively and satisfactorily orly when it applies the system approbch to tourism marketing since the approach makes an attempt to analyze and integrate the human beings, methods, technology, information needs, communication networks, and goals of the entire organization. The findings of this study can be summarized as follows ; First, the tourist promotion organization should be reorganized into a systems - oriented one. Second, An interaction between the Ministry of Transportation, the Korea National Tourism Corp., and the Korea Tourist Association as to maintain relationships and to facilitate adjustment to change, innovation, cooperation and competition Third, The marketing information system should be developed. Fourth, The techndogy of marketing has to be specialized and sophisticated. Fifth, For the betterment of its performance of promotional actiuities the tourist organization hasto be more decentralized. Accordingly from the above point of uiew, if is most desirable that Korea Tourism Promotion Board be established since the organization has extensive Competence, adequate resources, and no hampering Limitations on its actiuities asfar as tourism promotion is concerned. qt can be also suggested as the second choice that the Korea national Tourism Corp, should operate a marketing Committee to bridge the gap between the travel-oriented firms and the KNTC and that the General Meeting of tourist promotion members be formulated. Lastly the waiter hopes that this study will be helpful to encouroge tourizm promotion and development in Korea.

      • Color TV의 White-Balance 조정을 위한 적응제어기 설계

        In this paper, an adaptive adjustment method based on output feedback for white-balance adjustment of color television is proposed. The conventional adjustment scheme has two disadvantages. One is that the adjustment process requires the expert worker. The other is that it is difficult to keep uniformity of the color quality of color television. To circumvent these difficulties, the adaptive adjustment scheme is adopted here. The white-balance model of color television is first derived, and then the adjustment problem for green color is formulated, in which is the preliminary process for white-balance adjustment of color television. An adaptive adjustment method based on output feedback for green color adjustment is proposed. It is shown from simulation results that the proposed scheme can be utilized for white-balance adjustment of color television.
