COVID-19시대 대학생들의 스트레스 대처방법과 여가제약협상의 관계

이 연구의 목적은 포스트 코로나 시대에 있는 대학생들의 스트레스 대처방법이 여가제약협상에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보는 것이다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 2021년 1월 25일부터 2월 19일까지 전북, 전남, 부산에 소재한 대학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 총 247명의 자료를 분석에 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS18.0 을 사용하여 기술통계, 확인적 요인분석, ANOVA와 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 COVID-19 이전과 이후의 여가유형에 변화에 따라 여가제약협상에 차이가 나타났다. 대학생들의 스트레스 대처방법에 따라 여가제약협상에 대한 부분에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 대처방안에 대한 세부적 접근에 대해 고민해야 할 것이다. 특히 스트레스 대처방법 중적극적인 스트레스 대처방법(문제중심 대처, 사회적지지추구)이 여가제약협상에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인 할 수 있었다. 따라서 COVID-19와 연계하여 스트레스 대처와 연계한 여가제약이나 여가만족등 다각도의 접근이 필요 할 것으로 판단된다. The purpose of this study is to examine how college students stress coping in the post-corona era affect leisure constraint negotiations. To achieve the purpose of this study, from January 25th to February 19th, 2021, 247 copies were used for this study, excluding 13 questionnaires from Jeonbuk, Jeonnam, and Busan. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis, ANOVA and hierarchical regression analysis were performed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 18.0. As a result, there was a difference in leisure constraint negotiations according to changes in the types of leisure before and after COVID-19. According to the stress coping method of college students, it appears that it has a positive effect on the part of leisure constraint negotiations, so it is necessary to consider a detailed approach to the coping plan. In particular, it was confirmed that the active stress coping method(Active problem solving, Social support seeking) had a positive effect on the leisure constraint negotiations. Therefore, future research will require efforts to verify their relationship with various approaches to leisure constraints, leisure constraints negotiations, and stress and stress response strategies with COVID-19.

성인 애착과 외상 후 성장의 관계: 지각된 통제감, 자기노출의 매개효과

본 연구에서는 애착 회피, 애착 불안과 외상 후 성장 관계를 살펴보고 지각된 통제감, 자기노출이 매개효과를 갖는지 확인하고자 하였다. 대학생 236명을 대상으로 설문조사를 온라인으로 진행하였으며 측정도구는 외상 질문지, 외상 후 성장 척도, 성인 애착 척도, 지각된 통제감 척도, 자기노출 척도를 이용하였다. 수집된 자료는 구조방정식 모형을 활용하여 분석하였으며, 부트스트랩핑과 팬텀 변수를 이용해 매개효과의 유의성을 검증하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 애착 회피, 애착 불안, 지각된 통제감, 자기노출, 외상 후 성장 간에는 모두 유의미한 상관이 있었다. 둘째, 애착 회피, 애착 불안과 외상 후 성장 관계에서 지각된 통제감은 완전 매개효과를 보였다. 셋째, 애착 회피, 애착 불안과 외상 후 성장 관계에서 자기노출은 완전 매개효과를 보였다. 본 연구는 외상연구의 영역을 정서 및 인지적 접근으로 확장했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 또한 대학생 외상 치료에 있어 상담적 시사점을 제공한다. 마지막으로 연구의 한계점 및 후속 연구에 대한 제언에 대해 논의하였다. The present study examines the relationship between attachment avoidance, attachment anxiety, and post-traumatic growth to confirm whether perceived control and self-exposure have mediated effects. Two hundred thirty-six college students answered an online survey asking questions, post-traumatic growth scales, adult attachment scales, perceived control scales, and self-exposure scales. The collected data were analyzed using structural equation models and the significance of the mediated effect using bootstrap and phantom variables. As a result, Firstly, there are meaningful relationships between attachment avoidance, attachment anxiety, perceived control, self-exposure, and post-traumatic growth. Second, the perceived control in the relationship between attachment avoidance, attachment anxiety, and post-traumatic growth showed a complete mediated effect. Third, self-exposure has completely mediated the relationship between attachment avoidance, attachment anxiety, and post-traumatic growth. This study is significant in that it extends the area of trauma research to emotional and cognitive approaches. It also provides consultative suggestions for trauma treatment by university students. Finally, the limitations of the study and the recommendations for subsequent research are discussed.

재한 중국인 유학생의 문화적응 스트레스와 대학생활적응의 관계에서 희망의 매개효과

본 연구는 전라북도 지역 소재의 대학교에 재학중인 중국인 유학생 497명을 대상으로 문화적응 스트레스와 대학생활적응의 관계에서 희망의 매개효과를 살펴보았다. 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 대학생활적응의 차이가 있는지를 확인하기 위해 독립표본 t-test와 분산분석을 실시하였고 사후검정으로 Scheffe을 사용하였다. 연구 검증을 위해 연구변인들 간의 상관관계를 분석하고, Process Macro를 통해 매개효과를 검증하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 중국 유학생의 대학생활적응은 나이, 체류기간, 신분, 한국어 능력에 따라 유의미한 차이를 보였지만 성별에 따라서는 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 둘째, 문화적응 스트레스는 희망, 대학생활적응과 유의미한 부적 상관을 보였으나 희망과 대학생활적응은 유의미한 정적상관을 보였다. 셋째, 중국 유학생의 문화적응 스트레스와 대학생활적응의 관계에서 희망의 부분 매개효과를 검증하였다. 이와 같은 본 연구의 결과는 중국인 유학생이 어느 부분에서 주된 스트레스를 받고 있는지 확인하여 스트레스 수준을 낮추고 보다 더 효율적인 대학생활을 할 수 있도록 적응 수준을 향상시킬 수 있는 개인이나 집단상담 프로그램 개발에 활용하고자 한다. This study examined the mediation effect of hope in the relationship between acculturative stress and university life adaptation among 497 Chinese students based in Jeollabuk-do. Independent sample t-test and analysis of variance were conducted to check if there were differences in university life adaptation according to demographic characteristics, and Scheffe was used as a follow-up test. Correlation among research variables was analyzed for research verification, and the mediation effect was verified through Process Macro. The results of the study are as follows. Firstly, the adjustment of Chinese students to university life in Korea showed significant differences depending on their age, length of stay, status, and Korean language ability. Still, there was no significant difference depending on the gender of Chinese students in Korea. Secondly, the cultural adaptation stress showed a significant amulet correlation with hope, university student adaptation, and a significant amulet. However, there was a significant static correlation between hope and university life adaptation. Thirdly, the partial mediation effect of hope was verified in the relationship between cultural adaptation stress and university life adaptation of Chinese students in Korea. The results of this study will be used to develop counseling programs that can help Chinese students in Korea experience major stress and improve their level of adaptation so that they can lower their stress levels and have a more efficient college life.

대학생의 성장 마인드셋과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 그릿의 매개효과

본 연구는 대학생의 성장 마인드셋과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 그릿이 매개하는지 검증하고자 하였다. 연구를 위하여 J지역에 소재한 대학생 369명을 대상으로 성장 마인드셋 척도, 그릿 척도, 진로준비행동 척도를 사용하여 설문을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 성장 마인드셋, 그릿, 진로준비행동 간의 관계는 유의미한 정적상관으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 대학생의 성장 마인드셋과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 그릿은 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 진로상담영역에서 성장 마인드셋과 그릿이 대학생의 진로준비행동을 촉진시킬 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 제한점과 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다. This study attempted to verify whether grit mediated in the relationship between the growth mindset and career preparation behavior of university students. For the study, a survey was conducted on 369 university students located in the J area using the growth mindset scale, grit scale, and career preparation behavior scale. The results of the study are as follows. First, there was a significant correlation between growth mindset, grit and career preparation behavior. Second, grit has been shown to be partially mediated in the relationship between the university students growth mindset and career preparation behavior. Based on these results, this study has significance in providing basic data in the career counseling field stating that growth mindset and grit promote career preparation behavior in university students. Finally, the limitations of the study and suggestions for subsequent studies were discussed.

메타버스 플랫폼을 활용한 가상현실 심리상담 활성화 방안에 관한 연구

본 연구는 메타버스 플랫폼을 활용한 가상현실 심리상담 서비스의 활성화 방안에 대해 다루고 있다. 현재 메타버스 플랫폼과 가상현실은 주목받고 있는 신산업 분야이며, 심리상담 분야에서도 이를 활용한 연구와 서비스가 진행되고 있다. 그러나 메타버스 플랫폼을 활용한 가상현실 심리상담에 대한 개념과 구성요소, 윤리적 쟁점 등에 대한 논의가 부족하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 가상현실 심리상담의 주요 개념과 구성요소, 윤리적 쟁점 등을 제시하고자 한다. 또한, 메타버스 플랫폼에서의 가상환경, 아바타, 상담 도구 등의 역할과 중요성을 분석하며, 가상현실 심리상담에서 발생할 수 있는 윤리적 쟁점들을 도출하고 적절한 방안을 모색한다. 연구 방법으로는 문헌 조사, 선행 연구 분석 및 메타버스 플랫폼을 활용한 가상현실 심리상담인 비대면 상담에서 발생하는 윤리적 쟁점을 도출하였다. 이를 통해 현재 메타버스 플랫폼을 활용하여 가상현실 심리상담의 다양한 서비스를 제공하면서 발생할 수 있는 익명성으로 인한 위기 개입의 방법, 개인정보 보호, 권익 보호 및 메타버스 플랫폼을 활용한 가상현실 심리상담 전문가를 위한 역량 강화 방안을 제시하였다. This study discusses how to activate virtual reality psychological counseling services using the Metaverse platform. Currently, platform and virtual reality are new industries that are attracting attention, and research and services utilizing them are being conducted in the field of psychological counseling. However, there is a lack of discussion on the concepts, components, and ethical issues of virtual reality psychological counseling using the Metaverse platform. Therefore, this study aims to present the main concepts, components, and ethical issues of virtual reality psychological counseling. In addition, the role and importance of virtual environments, avatars, and counseling tools in the metaverse platform are analyzed, and ethical issues that may arise in virtual reality psychological counseling are derived and appropriate measures are sought. As a research method, A literature survey was conducted to analyze previous studies and derive ethical issues arising from non-face-to-face counseling, which is psychological counseling using the metaverse platform. In addition, this study presented opinions on how to intervene in the crisis caused by anonymity that may occur on the metaverse psychological counseling platform, which provides various services to virtual reality psychological counseling professionals using the metaverse platform, privacy, rights protection, and capacity building.
