        물류서비스 공급자의 인지된 힘의 유형이 공급사슬 협력에 미치는 영향

        This paper attempts to study the hierarchical relationship of supply chain collaboration measures as well as the structural relationship between supply chain collaboration and recognized power types from the perspective of the supply chain management model. A questionnaire survey was conducted among the logistics company staffs according to specific sample groups. The collected data were analysed using structural equation modeling(SEM) to examine the hypothesized relationships via AMOS 18.0 software. Major results show that the coercive power has a positive effect on partnership and dependence. Expert and referent power have a positive effect on partnership and dependence, but compliance power has a negative effect on partnership and dependence. Moreover, partnership and dependence have positive effects on operational performance and strategic collaboration. These findings provide a deeper understanding of the mechanism of how the pattern of collaboration can result in a comprehensive set of organizational benefits for logistics suppliers and shippers.

        코로나-19 유행 시기 신규 보건교사의 교직 적응에 대한 FGI연구

        In this study, three health teachers assigned to J-do were analyzed through the FGI research method to find out the difficulties, resolution process, and implications of new health teachers in adapting to teaching during COVID-19. As a result of the study, first, there were difficulties in relationships with parents, especially in the course of numerous calls and daily school status reports in the course of handling infectious diseases. After getting used to the COVID-19 work to some extent, beginning health teachers were burdened with having to think about health room work alone, difficulties in health classes for various students, and the burden of showing expertise as the only medical personnel in emergency situations. Second, new health teachers continued to share and communicate related information through online health teacher groups and YouTube to solve the difficulties of teaching. Third, this teaching adaptation process suggests that specific training to provide practical help to new health teachers is needed at the education office level, and it is necessary to support infrastructure such as class contents related to health classes.

        There have been many studies regarding the waiting as a marketing issue, however not much is about the effects of waiting on the satisfaction with its service Thus study focuses on the investigation what influenced waiting time on service quality evaluation in international air express service The findings are that first, negative emotion of waiting time was accepted and acceptability of waiting time was rejected in the relation of waiting time and emotional response Second, it was verified that emotional response had significant affections on service quality In conclusion, the international air express service companies, who are confronted with the customers, must establish a management strategy that could supply various conveniences to customers and switch negative emotions into positive emotions In addition, it needs to maintain them constantly with service-oriented posture in international air express service company

        물류기업과 화주기업의 SCM 협업 및 성과구조 차이분석

        본 연구는 공급사슬 관계에 있는 물류기업과 화주기업을 대상으로 협업이 정보공유 및 정보기술의 활용 수준을 매개하여 성과에 미치는 영향 및 각 주체의 협업 - 성과구조를 비교분석해 보고자 한다. 선행연구를 토대로 연구모델을 설정하였으며, 물류기업 및 화주기업 각각 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 smart PSL 3을 이용해 경로분석 하였다. 실증분석의 결과를 살펴보면 물류기업과 화주기업의 협업–성과구조가 다름을 확인할 수 있었으며, 운영적 협업이 정보공유 및 정보기술 활용에 영향을 미치는 경로, 전략적 협업이 정보공유에 영향을 미치는 경로, 정보공유가 공급사슬 성과에 영향을 미치는 경로에서 물류기업보다 화주기업의 영향력이 통계적으로 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 협업이 성과에 미치는 경로와 강도는 물류기업과 화주기업 각각에 있어 상이함을 확인하였으며, 경로상의 차이를 토대로 전략적 시사점을 도출하였다. Purpose : This study aims to empirically test the differences between the collaboration-performance structures of logistics suppliers and shippers in their supply chain collaborations. Research design, data, methodology : Based on the extant literatures on the supply chain management a research model is established which shows the relationships among the collaboration types, Information Sharing, IT Utilization, and performances. A questionnaire survey was conducted among the logistics suppliers and shippers staffs according to specific sample groups. The collected data were analysed using structural equation modeling(SEM) to examine the hypothesized relationships via Smart PSL software. Results : Empirical results confirm the differences between the collaboration-performance path structures of suppliers and shippers. Shippers were found to have stronger causal relationships than logistics firms concerning the path(e.g., operational collaboration → information sharing, operational collaboration → IT utilization level, strategic collaboration → information sharing, and information sharing → SCM performance). Conclusions : These findings provide a deeper understanding of the mechanism of how the pattern of collaboration can result in a comprehensive set of organizational benefit for logistics suppliers and shippers.

        수출기업의 정보기술 활용 수준이 SCM 협업 및 성과에 미치는 영향

        This study examined the mediation effect of operational collaboration and strategic collaboration between IT utilization level and exporting firms performance. This study was conducted by the surveys participated by exporting firms. The surveys consist of three main factors which could influence the SCM performance; IT utilization level, operational collaboration, strategic collaboration and SCM performance. This study collected the 167 data from exporting firms. The proposed structural model was tested using the AMOS 7.0 statistical program. The research results are as follows. First, IT utilization level is significant when considering the operational collaboration and strategic collaboration. The operational collaboration and strategic collaboration are significant when considering the SCM performance. Finally, IT utilization level has no significance when considering the SCM performance.

        코로나19에 대응하며 현장교사들이 경험한 ‘K-교육’에 대한 FGI(Focus Group Interview) 연구

        코로나19로 학교가 문을 열지 못하고 위기에 처하자 학교는 온라인 교육을 실시하며 원격수업을 확대하였다. 모두가 어려워했지만 학교교사들의 열정과 노력으로 원격수업은 안정화되었다. ‘K-교육’으로 불리는 한국의 온라인 교육은 학교교사들이 코로나19에 대응해 주체적으로 추진하고 있으며, 향후 포스트코로나를 넘어 미래교육의 중요한 영역으로 거론된다. 따라서 학교교사들이 경험한 K-교육의 의미를 분석하고 포스트 코로나 시대 교육패러다임의 변화를 연구하는 것은 미래교육의 방향과 내용을 정립하는데 매우 중요하다. 이 연구에서는 코로나19에 대응하며 학교교사들이 경험한 K-교육을 질적 연구방법인 FGI를 통해 ‘학교교사들의 달라진 일상’, ‘학교의 변화’, ‘교사들이 느낀 어려움’, ‘K-교육을 위한 제안’으로 기술하였다. 이를 토대로 코로나19를 거치며 변화된 K-교육의 특징을 ‘교육 공간의 확장’, ‘교육 형식의 확장’, ‘대면교육의 중요성 부각’으로 분석하였다. 이 연구를 통해 학교교사들이 주도하는 K-교육이 대한민국을 넘어 전 세계를 선도하는 데 초석이 되길 기대한다. As the school was in crisis due to the COVID-19, e-Learning was extended. Although it was difficult for everyone, e-Learning were stabilized with the enthusiasm and efforts of school teachers. Online education in Korea, called ‘K-edu’ is being promoted by school teachers in COVID19, and is considered an important area of fu ture education beyond the post corona. Therefore, analyze the meaning of K-edu experienced by school teachers, studying changes in the educational paradigm in the Post-COVID era is very important in establishing the direction and content of future education. In this study described the K-edu experienced by school teachers in response to Corona 19 as ‘changed daily life of school teachers’, ‘changes in schools’, ‘difficulties felt by teachers’ and ‘proposals for K-edu’ through the qualitative research method FGI. Based on this, the characteristics of K-edu that changed through COVID-19 were analyzed as ‘expansion of educational space’, ‘expansion of educational form’ and ‘highlighting the importance of face-to-face education’. Through this study, we hope that K-Edu led by school teachers will serve as a cornerstone for leading the world beyond Korea.

        통합연구방법을 활용한 교육기관 내 갑질 행태에 관한 연구 : 권한남용을 중심으로

        이 연구는 교육기관 내 갑질 행태를 분석함으로써 민주성과 평등의 가치가 존중받는 교육 풍토를 조성하고 보다 나은 교육과 평등한 사회를 조성하고자 교육기관의 갑질의 유형 중 권한남용 행태를 통합연구방법을 활용해 분석하였다. 먼저 문헌 연구를 통해 갑질의 개념과 원인을 분석한 후 질적 연구를 통해 권한남용 유형에 따른 교육기관 구성원들의 사례를 탐색해 시사점을 도출하였다. 그 결과 교육기관 내 권한남용 사례는 협의 없는 업무추가와 업무전가, 지위를 이용한 강압적 지시, 법령과 지침을 위반한 지시, 관행, 개인 편의를 위한 사적 지시, 특정기관 또는 특정인 혜택을 위한 지시, 인격 · 권리 · 사생활 침해로 나타났다. 이를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 권한남용에 대한 합의된 기준 마련, 권한남용에 대한 갈등과 불만을 중재할 제도적 장치 마련, 기관 내 최고의결기구 의무설치 법제화, 모든 정보의 적극적이고 투명한 공개, 감성행정으로 전환 등을 제시하였다. 교육기관 내 갑질 행태를 분석하고 이를 줄이기 위한 방안을 모색하는 것은 조직 구성원 간 상호 존중과 소통의 문화를 조성해 교육의 민주성과 평등성을 이끌 수 있는 초석이 될 것이다. 이 연구를 시작으로 후속 연구들이 진행되고 교육기관 내 갑질이 줄어들어 더 나은 교육환경이 조성되길 기대한다. This study analyzed the abuse of authority among the types of power abuse in educational institutions in order to create an educational climate in which democracy and equality are respected and to create a better education and an equal society. First, we analyzed the concept and cause of power abuse through literature research, and then explored the cases of members of educational institutions according to the type of abuse of authority through qualitative research to derive implications. As a result, abuse of authority within educational institutions were found as follows: additional work without consultation, transfer of duties, coercive and unilateral instructions using status, instructions violating laws and guidelines, private instructions for personal convenience, specific institutions, personal rights, and privacy. Based on this analysis, a policy was proposed. First, an agreed standard for abuse of authority, an institutional mechanism to mediate conflicts and complaints over abuse of authority, mandatory installation and legislation of the best decision body, active and transparent disclosure of information, and a shift to open and listening administration are needed. Second, analyzing and seeking ways to reduce overuse of authority in educational institutions will be the cornerstone for leading education"s democracy and equality by creating a culture of mutual respect and communication among members of the organization. Hope that follow-up studies will be carried out and that the Gap-jil in educational institutions will be reduced to create a better educational environment.

        물류서비스 공급자의 공급사슬 참여 동기와 성과에 관한 실증연구

        This paper attempts to study the hierarchical relationship among logistics performance measures, the structural relationship between logistics performance measures and its drivers from the perspective of the supply chain management model. This paper has devoted to suggest the competitive strategies that would be helpful in achieving logistics goals. The experimental study was based on the suppliers participating in the supply chain. The result shows that environment uncertainty has a positive effect on supply chain participation motivation (e.g., information sharing, solution of conflict, dependence). The prerequisite of collaboration (e.g., information sharing and solution of conflict) has a positive effect on supply chain collaboration, but dependence has a negative effect on supply chain collaboration. In addition, supply chain collaboration has a positive effect on operational performance and customer performance. The study is focused on the performance of suppliers while many previous researches on supply chain management on the basis of the performance of buyers.

        The Impact of Employees’ Job Insecurity and Emotional The Impact of Employees’ Job Insecurity and Emotional Intention in the Logistics Companies

        본 연구는 화주기업과의 접점에 있는 물류업에 종사하는 종업원들이 인지하는 직무불안정성이 감정소진을 매개로 하여 고객지향성 및 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 실증분석의 결과를 살펴보면 직무불안정성의 하위 변수 중 고용불안정성은 감정소진의 하위변수 중 비인격화 및 자아성취감 저하에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 직무수행 역량변화는 감정적 고갈 및 비인격화에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 직무기술변화는 감정소진(감정적 고갈, 비인격화, 자아성취감 저하)에 부(-)의 영향이 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 감정소진(감정적 고갈, 비인격화, 자아성취감 저하)은 고객지향성에 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이직의도를 높이는 것으로 조사되었다. 본 연구는 물류서비스업 종사원들의 직무안정성을 높여야 하는 필요성을 구체적으로 제시한다는 점에서 중요한 의의가 있다. 이러한 노력이 직무안정성을 높이고 소진 현상을 감소시킬 수 있으며 나아가 종사자로 하여금 이직의도를 감소시키고 고객에게 더 우수한 서비스를 제공하게 한다. Purpose : This study aims to investigate the relationships between customer encounter employees’ job insecurity, customer orientation and turnover intention. Research design, data, methodology : Research model and hypotheses have been developed based on literature review, and a questionnaire survey was conducted to 220 customer encounter employees. The collected data were analysed with structural equation modeling(SEM) to examine the hypothesized relationships. Results : The results of this research are as follows. First, customer encounter employees’ job insecurity has a positive effect on depersonalization and reduced personal accomplishment. A change in job performance competency has a positive effect on emotional exhaustion and depersonalization. But a change in job technology has a negative effect on emotional burnout. Second, emotional burnout has a negative effect on customer orientation and has a positive effect on turnover intention. Conclusions : This study provides important implications for the way how to manage customer encounter employees to mitigate their job insecurity problem.

        물류서비스 공급자의 서비스 실패가 회복전략과 거래지속의도에 미치는 영향

        This study intends to find out the effects of service failure by suppliers on the recovery strategy and continuity intention in the logistics service industry. This paper suggests service recovery strategies that would be helpful in establishing relationships between logistics service suppliers and shippers. A questionnaire survey was conducted among shipper company staff according to specific sample groups. The collected data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) to examine the hypothesized relationships via PLS 2.0 software. Results show that human and physical service failure by logistics service suppliers has a positive effect on behavior recovery strategy. The origin of service failure by logistics service suppliers has a positive effect on all recovery strategy variables (such as behavior, psychological, monetary), but regulational service failure by logistics service suppliers has a non-positive effect on service recovery strategy. In addition, all recovery strategy variables namely behavior, psychological and monetary have a positive effect on continuity intention. These findings provide a deeper understanding of the mechanism of service recovery strategy in service failure situations that can result in a comprehensive set of organizational benefits for logistics suppliers and shippers.
