최고 경영자의 정보보안 의식과 교육이 조직의 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

최근 정보보안의 문제는 경제적, 사회적으로 심각한 문제를 일으키고 있으며, 정보보안 사고는 조직의 경제적인 손실, 조직의 명성 및 신용도 등의 저하를 가져오는 등 기업 경영의 안정성을 저하시키고 있다. 특히 경영의 관점에서 정보보안의 중요성이 대두되고 있으나, 경영자의 관심이 정보보안에 영향이 있음을 시사하는 연구는 매우 부족하다. 본 연구는 기업 경영자의 정보보안 의식이 프로세스 향상과 조직의 경쟁우위에 미치는 영향을 고찰한다. 본 논문은 33개의 기업 경영자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 조사하였으며, 그 결과 경영자의 내/외부 위협 인식, 정보보안의 전략적/통제 역할 수행이 조직의 비즈니스 프로세스와 조직의 경쟁 우위 확보에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것이 발견되었다. 본 논문의 결과는 경영자의 정보보안 인식을 실증 연구 조사하여 중요한 의미를 가지며, 특히 기업의 전략과 정보보안 연구 분야에 시사점을 제공한다. Recently, information security causes the economic and social losses. The accidents of information security, therefore, debases the stability of enterprise such as reputation, economic achievements, and reputations. Especially, the role of top management has increasingly to be considered important in information security, the effects of top manager`s perceptions on information security could not been studied due to the difficulty of accessing top managers. This study tries to find the effects of top manager`s information security awareness on the performances of organization and business competitive advantages. The authors surveyed 33 top managers from enterprises, and then analyzed the perceptions of top manager`s information security on the performances of their organizations and business competitiveness. The results show that the perceptions of top managers effect the competitive advantage through the business process. Based on the results of the study, the top managers are able to draw the implications on the strategy and information security area.

정보통신분야의 발전으로 인해 익명성의 사이버 사회가 도달하였고 해킹과 같은 역기능이 많이 발생함에 따라 정보보호를 위해 암호모듈에 대한 수요가 급증하고 있다. 하지만 국내에서는 암호모듈에 대한 평가 기준 정립이 미흡하여 수요자가 모듈 선택 시 어려움이 있고, 모듈 및 제품 상호간의 운용 및 호환성 확보에 어려움이 있다. 본 논문은 정보보호 제품에 대한 안전성을 평가해 제품의 신뢰성을 높이고, 기술의 향상을 유도하는 국외의 정보보호 제품에 대한 평가 프로그램인 CMVP의 현황을 살펴본다. 이를 통해 다가오는 국제 표준에 대비하여, 국내 정보보호 제품 보호와 기술보호를 위해 선진외국의 제도, 기술, 현황분석 및 국제 암호제도 공조체계 구축을 위한 기반을 제공코자 한다.

워크플로우 관리시스템이 폭넓게 사용됨에 따라 조직간의 협업이 증가하고 있다. 워크플로우 시스템의 협업이 증가함에 따라 보안의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 사용자 인증·워크플로우 시스템간의 안전한 통신 기능 등의 보안 기능은 인터넷상에서 워크플로우 관리시스템의 운영에 영향을 미치고 있지만, 워크플로우 시스템은 협업을 기반으로 보안 프로토콜이 제공되지 않은 실정이나 따라서 본 논문은 워크플로우 관리시스템의 협업기반 보안 프로토콜을 제안한다. 협업 가반 보안 프로토콜의 제안을 위해서 본 논문은 워크플로우 관리시스템의 보안요구사항을 분석하고, 보안요구사항을 바탕으로 보안 아키텍쳐와 보안 프롤토콜을 제시한다. As the collaboration of WFMS(workflow management systems) in enterprises increases, security protocols could be considered a critical factor affecting secure operation of WMFS. The security protocol of WFMS could not reflect the nature of collaboration in WFMS, resulting to collaboration of WFMS on Internet causing the operation problems of WFMS. This study suggests collaboration based security protocols based on the collaboration of WFMS on Internet. To reflect the nature of collaboration in WFMS, this study analyzes security requirements for WFMS. Based on security requirements, this study suggests a security architecture and security protocoIs for WFMS using security agents.

기업과 정부기관은 COTS를 사용한 정보시스템을 개발하고 있다. 특히, COTS는 정보보호시스템과 정보시스템의 컴포넌트로 활용되고 있다. 본 연구는 보안기능 개발을 위해서 필요한 COTS의 선택 수준과 비용을 고려할 때 COTS 컴포넌트의 우선순위를 제시한다. 보안기능 컴포넌트 선택과 관련된 비용 효과적인 의사결정을 위하여, 본 연구는 정보보호기술을 계층화하고, 다기준의사결정 기법을 사용하여 COTS 컴포넌트의 우선순위를 제시한다. Enterprises and governments currently utilize COTS (Commercial off-the-Shelf) based information systems which are a kind of component based systems. Especially, COTS are widely utilized as components of information security systems and information systems. This paper suggests an appropriate adaptation level and a cost effective priority to replace security functional components in security environment. To make a cost effective decision on adapting security functional components, this paper develops a hierarchical model of information security technologies and analyzes findings through multiple decision-making criteria.

정보통신분야의 발전은 해킹 등의 역기능을 발생에 따라 정보보호를 위한 암호모듈의 한 수요가 급증한다. 국내 암호모듈 평가 기준의 불명확성과 모듈 선정의 어려움은 모듈 및 제품 상호간의 운용 및 호환성 확보를 어렵게 한다. 본 연구는 국외 암호모듈 평가 프로그램인 CMVP(Cryptographic Module Verification Program)를 분석하여 국내 암호모듈 암호 모듈 검증 기준 및 평가 절차, 검증 정책 발전 방향을 제안한다. 본 연구는 국내 암호모듈 발전정책을 제안하여 암호모듈 국제 표준화, 국제 암호모듈 제도에 대한 공조를 기반을 제공한다. The advancement of information and communication technology has caused a few dysfunction such as hacking. To keep an organization from a harmful hacking, demands for cryptographic modules have been increased. However, the evaluation criteria of cryptographic modules in Korea have been less firmly established. It is difficult for the consumers of cryptographic module to choose an appropriate cryptographic module, and to establish interoperability between applications and cryptographic modules. This study analyzes evaluation criteria, evaluation processes and evaluation policy of CMVP(Cryptographic Module Verification Program) in the advanced countries. The paper suggests a policy for Korea CMVP, in resulting a provision of foundations for international standard and cooperations for international cryptographic policies and systems.

창업 온톨로지 구축을 위한 벤처창업 연구의 지식구조 분석

The deeping interests and research toward Entrepreneurship, which is considered as an potential alternative for solving the continuing economic recession in the 21st century, have grown. The process and methodology of the research could not be systematically arranged and the results of the research lack in efforts on the application of increasing suceess ratio in starting new business. This study adopted corpus methodology, through which we try to analyzes the knowledge structure in entrepreneurship research, derive essential concepts and the consisting domains in venture research. Based on the results of analysis, this study constructs the knowledge structure of venture research in a form of knowledge ontology. The results of the study could be a ground for entrepreneurship research and utilized as implication for a creation of construction for the entrepreneurship knowledge ontology.
