        포도 선호도에 영향을 미치는 품질속성 분석

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the affecting Quality Properties of comsumer preference of grapes using survey data of grape preference for Daegu citizens. The results of the analysis are summarized as follows. First, we could see that ‘sweetness’, ‘eating with the rind’, ‘thin rind’, ‘no seed’ and ‘fox aroma’ were important in inner quality properties. Second, we could see that ‘big size’, ‘round shape’, ‘purplish black color’, ‘dark brightness’ and ‘high chroma’ were important in outer quality properties. Third, the result of ordered probit models showed that preference of ‘eating with the rind’, ‘purplish black color’, ‘high chroma’, and ‘fox aroma’ were affected on grape preference in all models. Fourth, the order of quality attributes affecting to grape preference is ‘purplish black color’, ‘eating with the rind’, ‘fox aroma’, ‘high chroma’.

        과채류 친환경 실천 농가의 생산성 변화 분석

        The productivity decrease in environment-friendly farming is the biggest obstacle for the development of environment-friendly food market. This paper aimed to analyze the productivity change in environment-friendly farming of fruit vegetables (oriental melon, watermelon, and strawberry). Box-Cox transformation model was used to infer the functional form of productivity change. The results showed that the periods of productivity restoration to 90% level in oriental melon, strawberry, and watermelon were 14.1 years, 11.4 years, and 6.0 years, respectively. The forms of productivity restoration of fruit vegetables showed differences due to their growth characteristics, incidences of crop pests, preference for the environment- friendly agricultural products, cultivation period and so on. Because the form and period of productivity restoration were different depending on kinds of fruit vegetable, the government policy should be established considering this point of view.

        도시민 귀농결정요인에 대한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to analyze affecting factors to consider and make decision on the urban-to-rural migrants using survey data. In the consideration model of urban-to-rural migrants, it was found that the more interest in "urban-to-rural migrants concern" was, the higher probability to consider about urban-to-rural migrants. The lower the age and income level, the higher probability to consider about the urban-to-rural migrants. In the decision making model of urban-to-rural migrants, the more interest in "urban-to-rural migrants concern" was, the higher probability to decision making of urban-to-rural migrants. The higher of stable pension income and the lower of the expected living cost, the higher probability of decision on urban-to-rural migrants. The results of this analysis show that it is necessary to continuous education to increase "interests and information about rural areas", and A number of safeguards are needed to ensure stable income after urban-to-rural migrants to increase the population of the urban-to-rural migrants.

        휴·폐경 농지 효율적 활용에 대한 연구 -성주 참외와 경산 복숭아를 중심으로-

        이 연구에서는 경영체DB와 토양DB로 구성된 농업빅데이터와 성주군 참외와 경산시 복숭아 경영성과 자료를 활용하여 품목별 단위 생산성을 예측하였다. 또한 추정결과와 품목별 판매단가를 적용하여 휴· 폐경지역 해당 품목 도입 시 효과를 살펴보았다. 분석결과를 요약하면 첫째, 참외는 적지와 비적지 단위생산성에 차이가 존재하였고, 복숭아는 판매가격에 차이가 존재하는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 둘째, 참외의 적지 생산성이 비적지보다 높게 나타나며, 배수가 잘 될수록 생산성이 증가하는 것을 알 수 있 었다. 셋째, 복숭아는 사토일수록 생산성이 감소하는 것을 알 수 있으며, 경사가 낮을수록 생산성이 증 가하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 참외의 휴·폐경 활용효과는 총 488.4백만원으로 추정되었고, 복숭아의 휴·폐경 활용효과는 총 745백만원으로 추정되었다. In this study, we predicted productivity per unit using agricultural big data composed of management DB, soil DB, Korean melon business performance data of Seongju and peach business performance data of Gyeongsan. In addition, the estimation results and the unit price of each item were applied to examine the effect of introducing the corresponding items in the idle and deserted land. First, there was a difference in the productivity per area in suitable and unsuitable area in the case of Korean melon and there was a difference in price in the case of peach. Second, in the case of Korean melon, the productivity of the suitable area was higher than unsuitable area, and the productivity increased as the drainage was better. Third, in case of peach, it is found that the productivity decreases with the sandy soil. The lower the slope, the higher the productivity. Fourth, The effect of using Korean melon in the idle and deserted land of Seongju was estimated to be 488.4 million won, and the effect of using peaches in the idle and deserted land of Gyeongsan was estimated to be 745 million won.

      • 사과의 생산 기술결합 관계 검정

        This study identifies the complementarity or substitutability among apple production technology bundles. To identify the production technology bundle relationships, this paper focuses on the 8 most commonly used technology groups, including a high density plant, normal density plant, M9, M26, more than 70% adoption ratio of a medium-maturing variety, the adoption of a new variety, artificial pollination, and low-temperature storage. The results show that M9 has a complementary relationship with a high density plant, yet a substitute relationship with a normal density plant. Meanwhile, M26 has a complementary relationship with both a high and normal density plant. No substitute relationship is found between M9 and M26, yet a complementary relationship is identified between the adoption of artificial pollination and low-temperature storage and M9 or M26.

      • 참당귀 노지육묘시 파종시기와 휴고가 규격묘 생산량에 미치는 영향

        It was reported in our Previous paper that the fermented products from Gloeostereum incarnatum strongly inhibit the growth of six kinds of bacteria in human bodies. In this paper the appropriated conditions of immersing culture for the strain 8 903 of Gloeostereum incarnatum was analysed. And the output of the hypha and fermentative product was determined or compared, The prelimenaryresults showed that the appropriated conditions for the growth of Gloeostereum incarnatum are: (1)culture medium:glucose 3%; protein peoptne 0.2%; soybeancake power 1%, yeast power 0.3%; KH2PO40.05%; MgSO4 0.03%; CaCO3 0.01%; vitamin Bl 0.001%; befor sterilization pH Value of six should be maintained; (2) temperature; 27<TEX>$^{\circ}C$</TEX>~28<TEX>$^{\circ}C$</TEX>; (3) time; about 200 hours; (4) ventilation; (30%~50%)/min. The sigh of the end culture we: pH coming down about 4: remnant glucoses less 1%, amino nitrogens about 20;, time about eight days. In the aforementioned conditions, the output of fermentative product achieve to 2.5 ~3g/L.

        작물 특성을 반영한 농가경영진단표 개발

        The purpose of this study is to develop a farm management diagnostic checklist form, which can be applied to any crops. First, upper indexes and subordinate indexes were identified through survey with expert, and weighted values for each subordinate index were calculated through AHP analysis. Second, as a reuslt of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis, marketing management (0.276) was found to be the most important index of all upper indexes. In the case of subordinate indexes, reflecting management evaluation (0.252) of management consciousness, quality enhancement efforts (0.332) of production management, locating new sales outlets (0.323) of marketing management, agriculture accounting (0.300) of finance management, and adjusting shipping dates (0.274) of risk management were found to be the highest. Third, the interval division using weight of farm receiving prices was higher discrimination in comparison to equal interval division of weighted values for each index. The newly developed farm management diagnostic checklist can be applied to any crops, as it utilizes indexes such as management consciousness, production management, marketing management, financial management, risk management, etc. based on professional opinions. In addition, it allows an objective evaluation of farm management situations by utilizing the weighted value of farm receiving prices.

        사과 품종별 재배면적 변동 요인 분석

        This study analyzed factors influencing cultivation area of two major apple cultivars, Fuji and Hongro, applying the panel SUR model to survey data from farms. Characteristics of farms, distribution factors, and weather factors were the independent variables of the model. The analysis indicated that characteristics of farms, distribution factors, and weather factors influence the cultivation area of Hongro and Fuji. The independent variables were also found to have different levels of influence on increase and decrease of the cultivated area. Helping predict changes in cultivation area of Hongro and Fuji, the research results can be used as primary data to support efforts to prevent price fluctuations due to changes in supply.
