        여성골퍼들의 라이프스타일에 따른 골프웨어 소비성향

        The purpose of this study is to analye the relationship of consumption propensity according to the lifestyle of female golfers and provide data for marketing managers to develop their golf wear. The results derived from this will not only be used as empirical data in various studies that understand the consumption behavior of female golfers, but will aiso help in term of the marketing of golf wear for female consumers. To achieve this goal, this study was selected as female golfers with experience in purchasing golf wear, and a total of 230 people were collected using convenient sampling method. A total of 211 survey data were used for the actual analysis, except for those whose questions were not stated or whose answers were deemed to be poor. The survey tolls used in this study were questionnaire surveys, and the survey was conducted with sufficient explanation before the survey was conducted. Statistics were processed accoring to purpose using SPSS 21, a statistical program for data analysis. Frequency analysis was conducted to identify demographic characteristics of the study subjects and content validity was issued to verify that the concept or property to be measured is well represented. Factorial extraction and factor name were performed by performing construct validation of the measured variables. The coefficient of cronbach’s αwas calculated through reliability analysis to verify the degree of internal consistency. The relationship of each variable was recognized by conducting a correlation and simple regression analysis was performed to identify the direct and indirect effects of each factor. Through the above research procedures and methods, the following results were obtained in this study. First, lifestyle has a significant effect on the flaunting propensity for consumption. Second, lifestyle has a significant effect on aesthetis consumption. Third, lifestyle has a significant effect on the trend of consumption.

        RAW264.7 대식세포에서 MAPK 및 NF-κB 신호전달 억제를 통한 rebaudioside A의 항염 효과

        리바우디오사이드 A는 Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni에서 분리된 천연감미료로 널리 알려진 스테비올배당체 중 하나이다. 최근 연구에서 LPS 자극에 의해 활성화된 RAW264.7 마우스 대식 세포에서 리바우디오사이드 A가 인터루킨-1α/1β 같은 염증성 사이토카인 분비를 억제하는 기능이 확인되었다. 그러나 LPS처리 시 리바우디오사이드 A의 항염 활성에 대한염증 억제기작은 정확히 제시하지 못하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 리바우디오사이드 A의 LPS 신호전달 메카니즘에서의 항염증 효능을 단백질 수준에서 규명하고자 하였다. NO 생성에 관여하는 iNOS 단백질 발현양을 분석한 결과 리바우디오사이드 A의 250 μM 처리군에서 농도 의존적으로 단백질 발현이 감소하는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 염증 신호에 의한 대표적 핵 전사 인자인 NF-κB의 mRNA 발현량 분석 결과에서도 LPS 처리군에 비해 그 발현양이 감소하였다. 또한 세포질에 존재하는 NF-κB와 I-κB 복합체는 LPS신호에 의한 I-κB의 인산화 및 ubiquitination로 인해 NF-κB가 이탈되기 때문에, 리바우디오사이드 A에 의한 pNF-κB, pI-κB의 단백질 발현을 비교 분석한 결과 NF-κB 단백질의 인산화가 농도 의존적으로 감소하였고, I-κB의 인산화 또한 저해되는 것을 확인 하였다. 최종적으로 리바우디오사이드 A는 LPS처리 조건에서 MAPK중 특이적으로 extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK1/2)의 인산화를 농도 의존 방식으로 감소시킴으로써 NF-κB 조절 기작에 관여함을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구 결과들을 통해 우리는 리바우디오사이드 A가 RAW264.7 세포에서 LPS에 의해 활성화 되는 MAPK 및 NF-κB의 발현 억제를 통해 염증이 억제될 수 있음을 확인하였다. Rebaudioside A is a natural sweetener isolated from Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni, one of the glycosides based on steviol. Recent studies have shown that rebaudioside A inhibits the inflammatory response by inhibiting cytokines secretion such as interleukin-1α/1β in activated RAW264.7 mouse macrophage cells by LPS. However, the inhibitory mechanism of inflammation by rebaudioside A in the presence of LPS has not been fully elucidated. Therefore, in this study, we tried to investigate the antiinflammatory activity of rebaudioside A at the protein level when RAW264.7 cells were stimulated by LPS. The inducible nitric oxide synthase protein expression level was reduced in the group treated with 250 μM rebaudioside A compared to the LPS-treated group. In addition, the mRNA expression level of NF-κB, which is a representative nuclear transcription factor by inflammatory signal, was also decreased as compared with that of LPS-treated group. In addition, NF-κB and inhibitor-κB (I-κB) complexes that are known to be dissociated by I-κB phosphorylation and ubiquitination were less phosphorylated than LPS treated group in the presence rebaudioside A. Finally, we could find that rebaudioside A was involved in the NF-κB pathway through reducing extracellular signal-regulated kinase1/2 phosphorylation in a concentration-dependent manner. These results suggest that rebaudioside A might suppress inflammatory reaction through MAPK and NF-κB regulation in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7.

        두충을 포함하는 한방추출물(Mix)의 항노화, 항염, 미백 효능 활성에 관한 연구

        최근 미세먼지, 내분비장애, 환경 호르몬등에 의해 피부 염증 질환 환자들이 증가함에 따라 화장품 소재 개발 연구는 스테로이드, 항히스타민제 등의 피부염 치료 합성화합물 보다 이를 대체할 수 있는 천연물 기반의 보다 안전한 소재 발굴에 관심이 더 증가되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 여러 가지 천연 약재 스크리닝을 거쳐 피부 효능 효과가 검증된 두충, 익지인, 백강잠의 한방추출물(Mix)을 선정하고, 이들의 새로운 피부 효능을 규명하여 천연 화장품 소재를 개발하고자 하였다. 우선 한방추출물(Mix)의 항산화 효능을 검증하기 위해 DPPH assay를 수행한 결과 400 μg/mL 농도 조건에서 약 98.8% DPPH radical 소거 활성을 확인하였다. 한방추출물(Mix)의 미백효능을 확인하기 위해 B16F10 세포주를 활용하여 한방추출물에 의한 멜라닌 합성량을 측정하였다. 400 μg/mL 농도 조건에서 α-MSH 처리군 대비 27.1% 수준까지 멜라닌 합성량이 감소하여 미백 효능 활성에 대해 유의성 있는 결과를 확인하였다. 또한 한방추출물(Mix)의 항염증 효능을 확인하기 위해 LPS 자극으로 활성화된 RAW264.7 대식세포에서 NO(nitric oxide) 합성 및 iNOS, COX-2의 유전자 발현을 관찰한 결과 모두 유의적으로 감소되는 것을 확인하였다. 염증성 사이토카인으로 알려진 IL-1α, IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α의 mRNA 발현을 분석한 결과에서도 한방추출물에 의해 효과적으로 억제되는 것을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 피부장벽 기능 강화를 확인하기 위해 인간 각질형성세포인 HaCaT을 이용해 tight junction 구성 단백질인 claudin 1 유전자의 발현 변화를 관찰한 결과 한방추출물에 의해 mRNA 발현이 농도 의존적으로 증가되는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 우리는 두충, 익지인, 백강잠을 함유한 한방추출물(Mix)이 항산화, 항염, 미백, 그리고 피부장벽 강화 등에 유효한 소재임을 확인하였고, 향후 피부 임상시험 등이 이뤄진다면 피부염 환자에 효과적인 천연 화장품 소재로 개발될 수 있을 것이다. Recently, due to the increase in skin diseases caused by particulate matter, endocrine disruptor and environmental changes, the trend of development of cosmetic materials has been shifting to the more safe and effective ingredients based on natural materials rather than existing synthetic compounds like steroids and antihistamines. This study aimed to develop a new natural cosmetic materials using oriental herbs such as Eucommiae cortex, Alpinia oxyphylla Miquel and Bombyx batryticatus. First, DPPH assay was performed to examine the antioxidative activity of the herbal extract (Mix) and 98.8% DPPH radical scavenging activity was confirmed at 400 μg/mL concentration of it. In order to confirm the whitening efficacy of oriental herbal extracts(mix), the amount of melanin synthesized after stimulation of α-MSH with B16F10 cells was measured. Results showed that it was decreased to 27.1% comparing with the only α-MSH treated group, which confirmed the whitening efficacy. Also, both nitric oxide(NO) production and iNOS and COX-2 expression were significantly reduced in RAW264.7 macrophages activated by LPS in the presence of the extracts(Mix). The mRNA expression of the inflammatory cytokines such as IL-1α, IL-1β, IL-6, and TNF-α was also analyzed to confirm the inhibition effect of the extracts on inflammation. Finally, to confirm the enhancement of skin barrier function, the expression of claudin 1 gene, a tight junction protein, was observed using human keratinocyte HaCaT cells and increased as concentration dependent manner. From these results, it is concluded that the oriental herbal extracts(Mix) containing Eucommiae cortex, Alpinia oxyphylla Miquel and Bombyx batryticatus is effective for antioxidant, anti-inflammation, skin whitening, and skin barrier and thus could be applied as a new natural cosmetic material.

        난백(Egg White)에서 추출한 리소좀 추출물(LOE)의 미백 효능 및 피부장벽에 관한 연구

        리소좀(lysosome)은 진핵세포에서 에너지 대사 및 세포 내 소화 작용에 관여하는 세포 소기관으로 protease, nuclease, glycosidase, lipase, phosphatase 들이 다수 존재한다. 우리는 선행 연구결과들을 통해 난백 리소좀의 멜라닌 색소 탈색능을 보고하였다[8]. 그러나 B16F10 melanocyte 세포주에서 난백 리소좀에 의한 멜라닌 함량 변화 및 피부장벽 조절 연구는 거의 보고되지 않았다. 따라서 우리는 계란 난백(egg white)으로부터 추출한 lysosome-related organelle extract (LOE)에 의한 세포 내 멜라닌 함량 변화 및 피부장벽 강화 효과를 규명하고자 하였다. 먼저 LOE의 미백 효능을 확인하기 위해 B16F10 세포주를 이용하여 세포독성 평가를 진행하였다. B16F10 세포주에서 LOE에 의한 세포독성은 0에서 20 mg/mL 농도에서 관찰되지 않았으나, 40 mg/mL 부터 세포독성이 관찰되어 이후 모든 실험에서 최대 농도값을 20 mg/mL로 설정하였다. 먼저 LOE를 이용한 melanin contents assay 결과, 음성 대조군인 α-MSH 처리군 대비 LOE 처리군 5, 10, 20 mg/mL 농도에서 61.5 ± 4.0%, 61.4 ± 7.3%, 58.3 ± 8.3%로 세포 내 멜라닌 함량이 감소되는 것을 확인하였고, 20 mg/mL 농도 조건에서 MITF 발현 억제도 관찰하였다. LOE의 피부 장벽에 미치는 영향을 관찰하기 위해 각질형성세포주(HaCaT)를 이용하여 TEER (trans-epithelial electrical resistance) assay를 수행한 결과, LOE에 의해 농도 의존적으로 TEER 저항값이 증가하여 LOE가 피부장벽 강화에도 효과가 있음을 알수 있었다. 또한 피부 염증 유발을 위한 TNF-α 처리조건에서도 LOE는 TEER 저항값을 증가시켜 염증 유발 조건에서도 LOE에 의해 피부장벽이 정상적으로 회복되었음을 알 수 있었다. 마지막으로 cell migration assay를 통해 LOE에 의한 세포이동 촉진 효과를 관찰한 결과, LOE는 세포분열 및 세포이동을 촉진시켰다. 위 결과들을 통해 LOE는 미백 기능 뿐 아니라 피부재생 및 피부장벽 강화에도 효과를 나타내는 소재이며, 효소 안정화 및 제형화 기술이 접목된다면 향후 새로운 미백 기능성 화장품 소재로도 개발될 수 있을 것이다. Lysosomes are cellular organelles involved in energy metabolism and intracellular digestion in eukaryotic cells, including protease, nuclease, glycosidase, lipase, and phosphatase. Our previous studies have confirmed that egg white lysosomes had melanin decolorization and reduction activity. However, there have been few studies on skin barrier and skin regeneration as well as inhibition of melanin production by egg white lysosomes on B16F10 melanocyte cell line. In this study, we attempted to identify the effect of lysosome-related organelle extract (LOE) extracted from egg white on the melanin content change and skin barrier enhancement in cells. First, cytotoxicity evaluation was performed on B16F10 melanocyte cell line to confirm the whitening efficacy of LOE. Cytotoxicity by LOE was not observed at 20 mg/mL concentration, but cytotoxicity was observed at 40 mg/mL, and the maximum concentration value was set to 20 mg/mL in all subsequent experiments. LOE samples of 5, 10, 20 mg/mL inhibited melanin production by 61.5 ± 4.0%, 61.4 ± 7.3%, 58.3 ± 8.3%, respectivly, compared to α-MSH, a negative control in melanin contents assay. MITF mRNA expression was reduced by about 39.7 ± 3.2% compared to the α-MSH treatment group. TEER assay using HaCaT showed that LOE increased TEER resistance in a dose-dependent manner, indicating that LOE is involved in strengthening the skin barrier. LOE also increased the TEER resistance under TNF-α treatment. Skin barrier was normally restored by LOE even under the condition of inflammation. LOE had a positive effect on cell division and cell migration promotion, confirmed by the observing the effect of promoting cell migration by LOE through cell migration assay. Taken together, we expect that LOE can be developed as a cosmetic material to enhance has effects on skin regeneration and skin barrier strengthening as well as whitening function if enzyme stabilization and formulation technology are combined.

        G TOUR Pro의 성패귀인에 관한 분석

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the demographic characterisitics of G TOUR Pro, such as gender, rize status, professional golf qualification, and average number of strokes. In orther to achieve this goal, 177 participants who joined the fourth final round, sponsor by Samsung Securities m Gound TOUR Pro, and the fourth final round, sponsored by LOTTE rent-a-car were selected. A total of 142 questionnaires were used for the actual analysis, except for those parts of the extracted data. The research tools used in this study were questionnaires. The surveys were carried out after the visit surveys were done sufficiently before the start of the game, and samples were selected using the convenience sampling method. In addition, all items and varibles were verified by content validity, exploratory factor analysis, and reliability analysis through expert meetings in previous studies and sports psychology. the collected data were process using SPSS 21.0 and independent t-test was performed for correlation analysis and hypothesis testing. This study produced the following results. First, there was a significant difference in success depending on gender of the G TOUR Pro. Second, the status of G TOUR Pro’s shows significant differences between success and failure. Third, according to G TOUR Pro’s golf program qualification certificate, significant differences between success and failure occurred. Thirs, the average number of G TOUR Pro hits showed significant differences between success and failure.

        골프 스타이미지와 참여 동기 관계에 대한 자결성의 조절효과

        This study aims to investigate regulation effect of self-determination on the relation between the motivation of particpation image of a golf star for the students who major in golf. For this, 181 students to major in golf at the universities which have the department of golf where selected and surveyed by using convenince sampling method. The collected data were analzed by SPSS 21.0 using factor analysis, and hierarchical analysis. The following conclusions. where made through the analysis of regulation effect and performance of hypothesis verification. First, The image of a golf affects the motivation of participation and the conclusion the posive effect the order of the sports performance image, the progressive image which are composed of it’s subfactors. However, the extenal image doesn’t show any influence the motivation of participation. Second, the conclusion to venfy regulation effect show that the subfactors of self-determination such autome, and relationship fulfill the operation of regulation about the relation between the image of a golf star and the motivation of participation. In conclusion, the image of a golf star show to regulate self-determination about motivation of perticipation.

        제니스테인 Cyclodextrin 포접체의 항염 및 피부장벽에 미치는 영향

        제니스테인(genistein)은 대두에서 추출한 대표적인 이소 플라본 화합물 중 하나이며 노화 방지 및 항염증 활성 효과에 대한 연구가 많이 이뤄졌다. 그러나 제니스테인은 유기용매에 높은 용해도를 보일지라도 물에 대한 수용성은 매우 낮아 생체이용률이 떨어진다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 제니스테인의 수용성과 안정성이 크게 향상된 제니스테인 cyclodextrin 포접체(genistein CD complex)를 제니스테인과 직접 비교 분석하고자 하였다. 우선 세포독성 실험을 위해 RAW264.7 대식세포를 대상으로 CCK-8 assay를 시행하였고, 제니스테인 및 제니스테인 cyclodextrin 포접체 모두 10 μ g/mL 농도부터 세포독성이 나타나 최대 농도는 10 μ g/mL로 설정하고 실험을 진행하였다. LPS에 의해 활성화 된 RAW264.7 세포에서 NO(nitric oxide) 생성 및 iNOS mRNA 발현을 관찰한 결과 제니스테인 CD 포접체가 제니스테인 자체 보다 더 효과적으로 억제하였다. 또한 IL1-α, IL1-β, IL-6 및 TNF-α와 같은 염증성 사이토카인의 mRNA 발현이 농도 의존적으로 감소됨을 확인하였다. 이 뿐 아니라 인간 각질형성세포인 HaCaT 세포를 이용해 TEER 및 피부장벽 강화 효과를 관찰한 결과 제니스테인 CD 포접체 처리군에서 TEER이 농도 의존적으로 증가되었고, 세포 이동 실험에서도 동일한 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 따라서 제니스테인 CD 포접체에 대한 피부 재생 및 장벽 강화에 관한 임상 연구등이 수행된다면, 효과적인 아토피 피부염 또는 피부장벽 개선 기능성 화장품 원료로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Genistein is one of the representative isoflavone compounds isolated from soybeans and has been studied very well for its anti-aging and anti-inflammatory activity through previous studies. However, although genistein exhibits high solubility in organic solvents, it shows low bioavaility due to the low water solubility. In this study, we compared directly the functional difference between genistein and genistein cyclodextrin complex which has the improved water solubility and stability by cell based assay. Cell cytotoxicity experiment were carried out on RAW264.7 with CCK-8 assay and cytotoxicity was appeared from 10 μ g/mL, thereby maximum concentration was set to 10 μ g/mL in all condition. We discovered that genistein CD complex suppressed NO production and iNOS expression as concentration dependent manner in the condition of LPS rather than genistein. Also, we could understand that genistein CD complex was able to down-regulate mRNA expression of anti-inflammatory cytokines such as IL1-α, IL1-β, IL-6, and TNF-α as concentration dependent manner in the presence of LPS. In addition, we verified that genistein CD complex increased TEER of HaCaT human keratinocyte cells as concentration dependent pattern and stimulated cell division and migration rather than genistein in cell migration assay. Thus, it is expected that it can be used as an effective cosmetic raw material for improving atopic dermatitis or skin barrier if clinical studies on skin regeneration and skin barrier of the genistein CD complex are carried out.
