        전라도 지방 최초의 여성 의료선교사 마티 잉골드 연구

        The purpose of this study is to search Mattie Ingold’s life, the first lady missionary doctor served in Jeonla province. She is known as a founder of the Jesus Hospital in Jeon Ju, 108years old teaching hospital with 600 beds. But her contribution and limitation as a lady doctor was not properly evaluated. She was very well prepared medical missionary graduating Women’s Medical College in Baltimore with the first prize. She had passion for mission to Korean so much that she would not return home for this people. The Rock Hill First Presbyterian Church as a sending church was also very mission oriented enough to take care of her medical education for 5 years before sending her to Korea. However her ministry period as a medical missionary was only from 1898 to 1904. It seems not so long as to raise question if there were any reasons to quit medical ministry while serving in Jeon Ju until 1925. This study traced the Mattie Ingold’s life and circumstances she had faced at the end of 19th century and early 20th century during the Japanese colonialism. As other medical missionaries did in many area of mission fields she played an important role in introducing the Christianity by bridging the gap with the traditional worldview or with the Confucianism. Her warm hearted medical care was definitely contributed to get rid of xenophobia prevailing in those days just few years after the Donghak farmer’s revolutionary movement. Even though, as a lady doctor, her medical work was restricted to caring ladies and children, her zeal for evangelism made her translate the Christian Cathechism Primer into Korean which has been used by all missionaries in Jeonla area. She rather used her limitation as a merit by involving more actively in home visiting and providing medical care for ladies and children which was not easily available to men. She must have struggled with xenophobia, male superiority complex and the health issue of herself which could have shrink her back from active medical work. But most depressing factor might have been the mission policy based on dualistic view on the Christian mission that medical ministry was just subordinate to the evangelistic ministry and that the medical care was just a bait for evangelism. This policy could have resulted in restriction in allocating resources for medical ministry. Moreover, at that time, even mission agency had male dominating atmosphere that ladies could not have a voice in decision making. This study may provide a lesson which is worth in helping individual missionaries of today’s mission by revealing that how the policy of a mission society and the contemporary worldview affects on the individual missionary’s ministry.

        들뢰즈의 소수자 문학론으로 본 포스트휴먼 담론: 가즈오 이시구로의 『나를 보내지 마』 서사를 중심으로

        The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the clones in Never Let Me Go (2005) as a metaphor for minorities using Deleuze’s theory of minority literature as an analysis framework. The environment of the 21st century gave birth to minorities whose character was difficult to explain within these frameworks, thus producing their own literature. It is necessary to seek a new paradigm such as majority and minority, machine and human, beyond the limitations of existing frameworks such as race, class, and gender. In Never Let Me Go, clones are tools used to facilitate the human desire of living long and healthy lives. The clones are minorities in the post-human era and excluded from the political power granted to others. Never Let Me Go reveals that modern humanism instills education and cultural ideology from the point of view of the other to posthumans. Following Kathy’s gaze, who is more human than humans, the author reveals the arrogance and inhumanity of human desire that science can contribute a posthuman society. The clones exist, but they coexist with humans only as social minorities whose existence lacks dignified recognition. Never Let Me Go reveals the abyss hidden in anthropocentrism illusions, and can be evaluated as a literary attempt to actively respond to the posthuman conditions brought about by the advancement of technology and plight of human bias.

        졸업학년 간호대학생의 호스피스 인식과 삶의 의미가 임종간호태도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 졸업학년 간호대학생을 대상으로 호스피스 인식, 삶의 의미, 임종간호태도 정도 및 그 관련성을 확인하고 임종간호태도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고자 시도되었다. 부울경 지역 소재 3개 간호학과에 재학 중인 4학년 262명을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문지를 활용하여 자료를 수집하였고 자료수집 기간은 2019년 9월 23일부터 11월 2일까지이었다. 수집된 자료는 연구목적에 따라 SPSS WIN ver. 25.0 프로그램을 활용해 서술통계, t-검정, 일원분산분석, Scheffé 검정, Pearson 상관계수, 단계적 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 임종간호태도 정도의 차이는 성별(t=-2.22, p=.027), 전공만족도(F=14.42, p<.001), 학업성적(F=3.38, p=.036), 호스피스 교육 유무(t=2.59, p=.010), 호스피스 실습경험 유무(t=2.05, p=.042), 삶의 만족도(F=4.47, p=.004), 임종간호경험 유무(t=-2.83, p=.005)에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다. 임종간호태도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 호스피스 인식(β=.43, p<.001)과 삶의 의미(β=.42, p<.001)로 확인되었고, 임종간호태도에 대한 이들 변인의 총 설명력은 52.4%로 나타났다. 따라서 졸업학년 간호대학생 임종간호태도의 긍정적 확립을 위해 호스피스 인식을 강화하고 삶의 의미 발견을 증진할 수 있는 호스피스 완화교육프로그램의 개발 및 적용이 필요하며, 간호학부 정규 교육과정의 개선이 요구된다. This study attempted to identify the level of perception on hospice, meaning of life, and attitudes toward nursing care of the dying (ATCOD) among senior nursing students, and to identify factors affecting ATCOD. Data were collected from 262 senior nursing students at three nursing schools in Gyungnam province, using self-written questionnaires, and the data collection period was from September to November, 2019. Descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson s correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression were used for data analysis using the SPSS WIN ver.25.0 program. The degree of ATCOD showed significant differences according to gender (t=-2.22, p=.027), major satisfaction (F=14.42, p<.001), academic achievement (F=3.38, p=.036), hospice education experience (t=2.59, p=.010), hospice practice experience (t=2.05, p=.042), life satisfaction (F=4.47, p=.004), and terminal care experience (t=-2.83, p=.005). The factors influencing ATCOD were perception on hospice (β=.43, p<.001) and meaning of life (β=.42, p<.001), and the total explanatory power of these variables was 52.4%. Therefore, active hospice education programs and curriculum are needed to enhance perception on hospice and meaning of life to positively establish the ATCOD of senior nursing students.

        간호대학생의 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감 영향요인: 간호전문직관과 자기효능감을 중심으로

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify factors with nursing students’s confidence in performing fundamental nursing skills. The focus was on professionalism and self-efficacy. Method: For the sample 258 fourth graders of nursing students were recruited in two universities located in Gyeongnam or Ulsan. Data were analyzed using t-test, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, and hierarchical multiple regression. Results: The mean score for confidence in performing fundamental nursing skills was 3.71±0.58. Nursing professionalism and self-efficacy were positively correlated with confidence in performing fundamental nursing skills. Analysis using multiple regression showed that 27% of factors predicting confidence in performance of fundamentals of nursing practice (F=16.43, p<.001) included nursing professionalism (β=.37, p<.001), self-expression (β=.15, p=.009), and self-efficacy (β=.14, p=.029). Conclusion: Findings show that nursing professionalism is one of the major factors influencing confidence in performing fundamental nursing skills. In order to improve the confidence in performing fundamental nursing skills, it is necessary to establish effective educational strategies that firmly enhance nursing professionalism and improve self-efficacy in nursing students.

        pH 및 고온 열처리가 홍삼물추출물의 주종 사포닌 성분변화에 미치는 영향

        홍삼 물 추출물의 사포닌 품질안정성을 조사할 목적으로 100℃이상의 고온으로 열처리한 후 추출물의 사포닌 성분변화를 조사하였다. 홍삼 물 추출물의 pH을 산성(pH 3.0), 중성 (pH 7.0), 알카리성(pH 10.0)으로 조정 하여 100, 110, 120℃에서 30분간 열처리한 후 사포닌성분을 조사한 결과 대조군에 비해 모든 처리군에서 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 특히 pH 3.0의 산성조건에서는 사포닌 분해 현상이 TLC에서 관찰되었고 HPLC로 함량을 분석한 결과도 total ginsenoside 함량이 대조군의 1.99에 비해 100℃에서는 1.22, 110℃에서는 1.05, 120℃에서는 0.97로 현저히 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 또한 각 pH 별로 조정한 후 100, 110, 120℃로 열처리한 엑기스의 PD/PT 사포닌 비율도 1.33~1.47 수준으로 대조군의 1.89에 비해 크게 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 그러나 이러한 열처리한 물 추출물에서의 PD/PT 감소비율은 pH 및 온도 별로 큰 차이가 나타나지 않는 경향이었다. 대조군에 비해 열처리한 추출물의 PD/PT 사포닌 비율감소로 볼 때 ginsenoside-Re, -Rgl 등의 PT계 사포닌 보다는 ginsenoside-Rb₁, -Rb₂, -Rc, -Rd등의 PD계 사포닌이 100℃ 이상의 고온에서 열에 더욱 불안정한 것으로 나타났다. This study was carried out to investigate the changes of ginsenosides composition in Korean red ginseng water extract (RGWE) after heated with high temperatures above 100℃. RGWEs were adjusted with pH 3.0, pH 7.0 and pH 10.0, respectively, and then heated at 100, 110 and 120℃ for 30 minutes by using autoclave. Total ginsenosides of RGWE treated with heating showed decreasing tendency when compared with control. By TLC analysis, decreasing effect of ginsenosides in RGWE were significantly observed in the acidic condition of pH 3.0, particulary. By HPLC analysis, total ginsenoside of control showed 1.89%, while those of RGWE treated with 100, 110 and 120℃ showed 1.22, 1.05 and 0.97%, respectively. The ratio of protopanaxadiol (PD) to protopanaxatriol (PI) saponins in control was 1.89, while that of PD/PT in treated RGWEs were level of 1.33 to 1.47. By the result of decreased ratio of PD/PT in RGWE, it was considered that PD type saponin such as ginsenoside-Rb₁, -Rb₂, -Rc and -Rd was more unstable than PT type saponin such as ginsenoside-Re and Rg against high temperature heating above 100℃.

        마가릿 애트우드의 『매드아담 삼부작』과 포스트휴먼 : 들뢰즈의 탈경계론을 중심으로

        This study aims to analyze the deboundarization in posthuman novels from Gilles Deleuze‘s perspective. Deleuze draws the aspect of deboundarization through a continuously fluctuating act of desire which deviates with endless versatility and mutation. This study analyzes The MaddAddam Trilogy, in which Margaret Atwood points to the political, economic, cultural, and environmental destruction intertwined with scientific and technological ethics. Posthuman novels shed light on the diverse forms of life produced: the fundamental coexistence of human beings and posthumans created by boundless scientific imagination. This thesis elucidates The MaddAddam Trilogy from the Deleuzian viewpoint of deformation through the use of the concepts of difference, becoming, and abstract machine. The Deleuzian deformation is established when multi-categorical entities without individualistic distinction change through substantially horizontal and rhizomatic interconnections. This study suggests that a new paradigm of human existence can be brought about by the analysis of the various manners of deboundarization in posthuman novels from the Deleuzian perspective.

        Objectory Process를 바탕으로 한 Rose는 실 프로젝트의 개발을 위한 단계에 대한 구체적인 절차제시 및 세부적인 지침의 부족으로 실제 업무 개발 시 혼란을 초래 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 Objectory Process를 확장하여 개발자를 위한 객체지향 소프트웨어 개발 방법론을 제시한다. 그리고, UML Diagram과 세부적인 명세서 작성방법 및 산출물을 명시하고, 이와 같은 정보들 저장 및 검색을 관리 할 수 있는 효율적인 객체지향 소프트웨어 개발 방법론을 제시한다.

        졸업학년 간호대학생의 영성과 영적안녕이 영적간호역량에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 졸업학년 간호대학생을 대상으로 영성, 영적안녕, 영적간호역량 정도를 확인하고, 이들 변수가 영적간호역량에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 시도되었다. 울산지역 소재 일개 간호학과에 재학 중인 4학년 256명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였고, SPSS WIN 21.0 프로그램을 활용하여 서술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation, hierarchical regression으로 분석하였다. 대상자의 일반적 특성 중 종교의 중요성(F=3.896, p=.004), 전공만족도(F=8.086, p<.001), 학업성적(F=5.842, p=.003), 내세에 대한 믿음(t=.674, p=.023), 실습 중 영적간호 경험(t=3.946, p=.025)에 따라 영적간 호역량에 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 영적간호역량의 영향요인을 확인하기 위해 위계적 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 영성(β=.438, p<.001), 영적안녕(β=.136, p=.014), 실습 중 영적간호 경험(β=.130, p=.013)이 영적간호역량에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 확인되었으며 전체 설명력은 35.0%로 나타났다. 따라서 졸업학년 간호대학생의 영적간호역량을 증진하기 위해서는 영성을 강화하고 영적안녕을 증진할 수 있는 영적간호역량 교육프로그램의 개발과 적용이 필요하며, 간호학부 정규 교육과정을 통해 영적간호실습의 기회가 제공되어야 할 것이다. This study attempted to identify the degree of spirituality, spiritual well-being, and spiritual care competency for senior nursing students and investigate the effect of these variables on spiritual care competency. Data were collected from 256 students, and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson s correlation, and hierarchical regression using the SPSS WIN 21.0 program. The importance of religion (F=3.896, p=.004), satisfaction with major (F=8.086, p<.001), academic achievement (F=5.842, p=.003), existence of afterlife (t=.674, p=.023), and spiritual care experience during practice (t=3.946, p=.025) showed a significant difference in spiritual care competency. As a result of hierarchical regression analysis to confirm the factors affecting spiritual care competency, spirituality (β=.438, p<.001), spiritual well-being (β=.136, p=.014), experience of spiritual care (β=.130, p=.013) was identified as a factor affecting the spiritual care competency, and the total explanatory power was 35.0%. Therefore, to enhance the spiritual care competency of senior nursing students, it is necessary to develop and apply an education program that can strengthen spirituality and promote spiritual well-being. In addition, opportunities for spiritual nursing practice should be provided through the regular curriculum.

        간호대학생의 자기주도적 학습능력과 기본간호 실습만족도가 기본간호술 수행자신감에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 간호대학생의 자기주도적 학습능력, 실습만족도 및 일반적 특성이 기본간호술 수행자신감에 미치는 영향력 정도를 분석하고자 시도되었다. 자료수집은 B시와 U시 소재 2개 4년제 대학에 재학 중인 간호학과 3학년 학생들을 대상으로 자료수집 시점까지 임상실습 경험이 없는 318명의 간호대학생들을 편의 표집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 서술통계, t-검정, ANOVA 및 Scheffé test, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, Stepwise multiple regression을 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 대상자들의 기본간호술 수행자신감은 3.40±0.61점, 자기주도적 학습능력은 3.38±0.40점, 실습만족도는 3.93±0.59점으로 나타났고, 기본간호술 수행자신감은 자기주도적 학습능력(r=.289, p<.001), 실습만족도(r=.353, p<.001)와 유의한 순 상관관계를 보였으며, 자기주도적 학습능력은 실습만족도(r=.393, p<.001)와 유의한 순 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 기본간호술 수행자신감에 영향을 미치는 요인은 실습만족도(β=.24, p<.001), 자기주도적 학습능력(β=.15, p=.010), 실습참여태도(β=.13, p=.027)로 총 설명력은 15.6%였다. 따라서 기본간호 실습교육자는 학생들의 기본간호술 수행자신감 증진을 위해 이들의 실습만족도와 자기주도적 학습능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 적절한 교수학습법을 적용할 필요가 있으며, 기본간호 실습교육 시 학생들의 적극적인 참여를 유도하기 위한 다각적인 교육 전략을 세울 필요가 있다고 본다. This study aimed to identify the factors affecting confidence in performance of fundamental nursing skills in nursing students. Participants were 318 nursing students who haven’t had clinical practice experiences to the point of data collection in two universities in B and U cities. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Scheff? test, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression. The mean scores of self-directed learning ability, satisfaction with practicum, and confidence in performance of fundamental nursing skills were 3.38±0.40, 3.93±0.59, and 3.40±0.61, respectively. Correlations were found between confidence in performance of fundamental nursing skills and self-directed learning ability (r=.289, p<.001) and satisfaction with practicum (r=.353, p<.001), and between self-directed learning ability and satisfaction with practicum (r=.393, p<.001). Factors influencing the confidence in the performance of fundamental nursing skills were satisfaction with practicum (β=.24, p<.001), self-directed learning ability (β=.15, p=.010), and attitude to practicum participation (β=.13, p=.027). These factors explained 15.6% of the variance in the participants’ confidence in performance of fundamental nursing skills. Therefore, effective nursing educational programs need to be developed in order to foster confidence in the performance of fundamental nursing skills of nursing students by enhancing self-directed learning ability, satisfaction with practicum and active attitude to practicum participation.
