        N, K, Ca의 한정된 이온센서 이용을 전제로 한 순환식 수경재배에서 P, Mg의 조절 방법

        일반적인 순환식 수경재배에서는 배액을 원수로 희석하여 EC기준으로 제어하기 때문에 순환되는 배양액은 필연적으로 이온 불균형이 발생한다. 따라서 이 연구는 상용 가능성이 높은일부 이온센서(N, K, Ca)를 이용한다는 전제 하에 작물의 필수원소인 N, P, K, Ca, Mg를 이온 단위로 자동제어 할 수 있을지 검토하고자 수행하였다. 상추를 재료로 배양액 내 이온 흡수량을 2회 조사하여 양분흡수패턴과 흡수된 이온간의 흡수 상관관계를 분석하였다. PO₄는 N과, Ca는 Mg와 비슷한 흡수패턴을 나타났고 센서로 측정 가능한 이온들 중에서 PO₄는 N와 Ca는 Mg간의 상관계수도 가장 높았다. 회귀분석의 결과 도출된 N-PO₄간의 회귀계수는 두 번의 시험의 결과가 1.04와 0.55로 다르게 나타났으나 Ca-Mg는 0.35와 0.40으로 거의 유사한 수치를 나타내었다. 청경채, 장미를 이용하여 상관관계 적합성을 검증하고 더불어 작목확대 가능성을 검토하고자 추가 시험을 수행하였다. 청경채의 N-PO₄, Ca-Mg 이온간의 R2은 모두 0.86과 0.86이었고 장미는 각각 0.87, 0.73으로 이었다. 회귀계수는 청경채는 0.56, 0.24이고 장미는 0.51, 0.16이었다. 종합적으로 판단했을 때 N-PO₄는 상추에서 반복 시험간의 결과 일치하지는 않았음에도 전체적으로는 상추, 청경채, 장미가 회귀계수가 0.55~0.58로 유사하게 나타나 모든 작물에 공통적으로 적용 가능성이 있지만 Ca-Mg는 작물별로 다른 계수가 필요하다고 판단되었다. 순환식 수경재배에서 개별 이온의 실시간 제어를 위하여 센서와 장비 개발에 관한 연구가 지속적으로 이루어지겠지만 단기간에 이온제어가 실용화되기는 어려울 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 이 연구는 먼저 상용화 가능한 센서를 이용하여 상용화가 어려운 이온의 조절은 다른 방법으로 순환식 수경재배에서 꼭 해결되어야 할 과제에 접근하였다는데 의의가 있다. Recycling nutrient solutions in closed hydroponic production systems is usually accompanied by an imbalance of nutrient solutions when concentration is controlled according to electrical conductivity (EC) levels. This study investigated whether it was possible to automatically control the concentrations of five essential elements nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), potassium (K), calcium (Ca) and magnesium (Mg) using only N, K and Ca ion sensors. N, P, K, Ca, and Mg uptake was measured in the nutrient solution, and relationships between absorbed ions were analyzed through twice-repeated experiments in lettuce. Results confirmed that the pattern of PO₄ ion uptake was similar that of N, and the pattern of Mg ion uptake was similar that of Ca. PO₄ ion uptake was most highly correlated with N, and Mg was most highly correlated with Ca. Regression coefficients of N and PO₄ were significantly different at 1.04 and 0.55, respectively, but were similar between Ca and Mg at 0.35 and 0.40, respectively. Additional experiments were conducted to measure nutrient uptake in pak choi and rose plants, both to confirm the results from the first experiment in lettuce, and to assess possible application to other crops. Coefficients of determination both for N and PO₄, and Ca and Mg were considerably high (R² = 0.86) in cultured pak choi, and similar results were observed in cultured rose (R² = 0.87 and 0.73, respectively). Regression coefficients for cultured pak choi were 0.56 and 0.24, respectively, and for rose were 0.51 and 0.16, respectively. Although the results obtained for N and PO₄ were not consistent between the lettuce experiments, N and PO₄ have similar regression coefficients for all crops. No common coefficient was found between Ca and Mg.

        성서에 나타난 노인 토포스

        The old man who appears in the Old Testament has various functions and features. The signature silver hair and wisdom (the merit of old age) have colorful and positive manifestations in the Proverbs and Ecclesiasticus. The tone of the descriptions change in the later works. The Book of Job raises questions as to whether old men are truly sagacious, and such critical thinking leads to a completely new evaluation of the old man by the Book of Wisdom. The starting point of the case made in the Book of Wisdom is the untimely death of a good man. It becomes clear what role the destroyed `Tun-Ergehen-Zusammenhang`(correlation between action and leading a decent life) - a theme penetrating the Old Testament - has in assessing life. The correlation that is argued in the Proverbs fades in the midst of the distress of Job and the good man`s early death in the Book of Wisdom; age, silver hair, and wisdom do not necessarily have association anymore. The Book of Wisdom which was documented approximately a century before the birth of Christ reflects the views of the Greeks and the Romans of the time. One case in point is the `Consolation Literature` that was all the rage. In this sense, the Book of Wisdom is a fresh assessment of life in tandem with the times. Those who meet young deaths may reach the noble age and hold the dignify of the silver haired. The classical topos of the old man now has a new significance. In the New Testament, the old man and the old age appear in a completely different paradigm. Christ himself did not walk the Earth over thirty years. The key subject in Gospel is Resurrection. Having reached old age in this world no longer matters. The issue of age has been given a religious tone (from being a mundane matter), shifting how it is thought about - if it is mentioned at all.

        독일영화에 나타난 이주민

        Die vorliegende Arbeit untersucht das Migrantenbild in deutschen Filmen. Die untersuchten Filmen sind <Angst essen Seele auf>, <Yasemin>, <Dealer> und <Gegen die Wand>. In diesen Filmen spielen Migranten die Hauptrolle. Die Identitaten der vier Migrantenfiguren, namlich Ali, Yasemin, Can und Cahit in den ausgewahlten Filmen sind naturlich nicht reprasentativ fur die Konstruktion der Identitaten von Migranten im Deutschen Film im Allgemeinen. Dennoch weist diese Analyse bezogen auf die Entwicklung des Films im Verlauf der Jahrzente Tendenzen auf, die charakteristisch sind. Dies lasst zumindest die Sichtung einer Reihe von Migrationsfilmen von 1970 bis heute vermuten. Die durchgefuhrten Filmanalysen haben ergeben, dass alle vier Filme dem Genre Melodram zuzuordnen sind, auch wenn Handlung, thematische Schwerpunkte und die Art des Filmemachens grundverschieden sind. Ebenso ist das Basismuster der Figurenkonstellation in allen vier Filmen das gleiche, namlich ein Beziehungskonflikt zwischen zwei Personen. Außerdem sind alle vier Figuren, die analysiert werden, in untere soziale Schichten einzuordnen. In <Angst essen Seele auf> wird der Migrant noch als vollkommen ausgegrenzter, unglucklicher und fremder Mensch in einer ansonsten homogenen Gesellschaft dargestellt, die sich fremdenfeindlich prasentiert. In <Yasemin> wird die Figur eines turkisch-deutschen Madchens konstruiert, die sich den deutschen Werten und der Kultur angeglichen hat. Sie mOchte Arztin werden, kurze Rocke tragen und mit Jungs zusammen sein. In <Dealer> wird ein junger Familienvater gezeigt, der den Absprung aus der Illegalitat nicht schafft und keinerlei Bezug zu seiner Herkunftskultur hat. Er tragt lediglich noch einen turkischen Namen, ansonsten ist er vollstandig assimiliert. <Gegen die Wand> dagegen beschaftigt sich noch im hohen Maße mit kultureller Identitat. Cahits Ignoranz wird zum Thema gemacht, sein Umgang mit Sibels extrem konservativer Familie und im letzten Teil des Films seine Suche nach Identitat. Das Thema "``kulturelle Identitat" wird noch immer wissenschaftlich behandelt und in der Gesellschaft diskutiert. Globalisierung und Individualisierung sind Prozesse, die noch nicht abgeschlossen sind und wahrscheinlich nicht abgeschlossen sein werden, bevor man neue Begriffe fur sie findet.

        루터성경의 사회문화사

        Die Lutherbibel ist eine Ubersetzung der Bibel aus der althebraischen, der aramaischen bzw. der altgriechischen Sprache in die deutsche Sprache. Die Ubersetzung wurde von Martin Luther unter Mitarbeit weiterer Theologen angefertigt. Im September 1522 war eine erste Auflage des Neuen Testamentes fertig, 1534 eine vollstandige Bibel. Die Verbreitung der Lutherbibel ist eine unglaubliche Erfolgsgeschichte. Wittenberg allein verzeichnet von 1522-1546 10 Auflagen der Vollbibel und rund 80 Teilausgaben, vornehmlich des Neuen Testaments. Schatzungsweise waren damals schon eine halbe Million Lutherbibeln im Umlauf. Das bedeutet von Anfang an eine Lese-Revolution. Breite Volksschichten werden erstmals erreicht. Der ``gemeine mann`` tritt in die Geschichte ein. Die Bibel ist lange einziges Schulbuch in den protestantischen Landern. Mit ihr lernt man buchstabieren, lesen, schreiben, Kernstellen auswendig lernen. Im Wesentlichen ist die Lutherbibel stets nur orthographisch der jeweils gultigen Schreibweise angepasst worden. Die textliche Grundlage bildet dabei die Fassung von 1545, die so genannte "Biblia Germanica", eine Uberarbeitung der ersten Ausgabe von 1534. Die Stuttgarter Jubilaumsbibel von 1912, die Lutherrevision von 1964 und die gegenwartige Fassung der Lutherbibel von 1984 orientieren sich an ihr. Ein wichtiger Erfolgsfaktor in der uberregionalen Durchsetzung des neuen Schriftdeutschen ist die Textstabilitat der Lutherbibel. Sie wahrt fast 400 Jahre und wird dogmatisch verteidigt, weniger in der Orthographie als in den als konstitutiv betrachteten Bereichen des Wortschatzes, der Syntax und des Stils. Luthers Einfluss auf das Deutsche als Volkssprache ist kaum zu uberschatzen. Auch wenn vor ihm Deutsch gesprochen und geschrieben wurde, wird Luther mit seiner Bibelubersetzung zum großten Forderer einer einheitlichen neuhochdeutschen Schriftsprache. Hinsichtlich Lautstand, Orthographie, Flexion und Syntax hat er einen Mittelweg zwischen den bestehenden Schreibdialekten gefunden. Und die Bibel war nicht irgendeine Abhandlung, die nur Gelehrte interessiert hatte. Die Lutherbibel wurde in allen Schichten mit Interesse und Aufmerksamkeit gelesen. Dadurch konnte sich die deutsche Sprache allmahlich einheitlich etablieren, auch im Rheinland und in Bayern, wo die regionalen Idiome noch langer vorherrschten, vor allem deshalb, weil diese Gebiete traditionell katholisch gepragt sind. Im protestantischen Norden und Osten Deutschlands setzte sich das "Lutherdeutsch" hingegen rasch durch.

        『황금주발』

        Imperialism has a special meaning in the novelistic world of Henry James. As a cosmopolitan writer who was born and raised in the United States and spent most of his artistic career in Europe, writing primarily about the international theme as the basic characteristic of his works, James was influenced by the emergence of modern imperial power both in Europe and America. Among many of James’s works, The Golden Bowl becomes the novel where the idea of imperialism is most visibly detectable. The novel dramatizes how the imperialistic power could play in the intricate web of relationships between America and Europe. While presenting America as a powerful symbol of modern, industrial force, James works out the full implication of the imperialistic force through the act of two Americans. The imperialistic motif is emphasized with the position of Prince Amerigo, an Italian nobility, being completely peripheral to the life of Adam and Maggie Verver. Indifferent to the demand of others, Maggie and Adam persist in their way of life until the status quo they try to preserve is broken within the inner circle. Politically considered, the Ververs are blind to the demand of Europe as long as they are indulged in their own isolated world as if other world does not exist. What Europe wants is symbolized through the act of the two humans who asked Americans to find a real and genuine value of Europe; unless this reciprocity is not fulfilled they can act in their own way. Thus James implies that just as human life is dependent on the exchange of value on the basis of reciprocity, the interaction between America and Europe must follow the pragmatic reality.

        Henry James became a British citizen a year before he died in 1916. This had brought a controversial debate as to the motive of his decision to abandon his native land as well as United States citizenship. In American circles, James was criticized sharply. To many people in the U. S., James's decision was regarded as an act of disloyalty, a confirmation that James was "anti-American." However, James was thoroughly a cosmopolitan both in his life and writing. He was national in his choice of characters and subject since his characters were mostly Americans while his subject was concerned with the uniquely American experiences in Europe. James was at the same time international because the world of his novel predominantly depicts the intermingling of two different worlds on both sides of the Atlantic. As an American expatriate living in Europe, James was inevitably associated with the question of nationality. To James the question of national identity was crucial since his fiction shows a remarkable play of this issue, largely through the international theme. With their experiences in Europe, James's American characters were able to define their own national identity. James was transnational in an era when national boundaries were keenly felt to people in his age. Anticipating the cosmopolitanism of the expatriate writers in the 1920s, James performed his role as an international writer across the geopolitical boundaries. James made his readers undermine the physical and psychological conventions that define the nation as indivisible entity. After all, James's writings emphasize the human capability to learn from cultural, social, and national differences.
