        Primary gastrointestinal lymphoma primarily confined to gastrointestinal tract is relatively rare disease accounting for approximately 1 4 percent of all gastrointestinal malignant dis- ease, and the concurrent malignant lymphoma of the stomach, duodenum and colon, especially cecum is very rare in reported cases. We had experienced a 43 years old man with malignant lymphoma of the stomach and duode- num and cecum, and he was treated by chemotherapy (MACOP B). So, we reported here with review of literatures.         A photovoltaic/thermal(PVT)collector produces both thermal energy and electricity simultaneously. The heat from PV modules should be removed for better electrical performance, and can be converted into useful thermal energy. A PVT module is a combination of PV module with a solar thermal collector which forms one device that converts solar radiation into electricity and heat. In general, there are two different types of PVT module:glazed PVT module and unglazed PVT module. On the other hand, two types of the PVT module can be distinguished according to absorber on PV module rearside: the sheet-and-tube absorber PVT module and the fully wetted absorber PVT module. The absorber collector plays an important function in PVT system. It cools down the PV module, while collecting the thermal energy produced in the form of hot water. The aim of this study is to compare the electrical and thermal performance of two different PVT collectors, one with the rectangular tube and the other with fully wetted absorber PVT collectors. For this paper, the PVT collectors with two different types of thermal absorber were made, and both the thermal and electrical performance of them were measured in outdoor, and the results were compared. The experimental results were analyzed that the thermal efficiency of the fully wetted absorber PVT collector is about 8.7% higher than the sheet-and-tube absorber PVT collector, and for the electrical efficiency, the fully wetted absorber PVT collector had about7% higher than the rectangular tube absorber.

        The heat from PV modules should be removed for better electrical performance, and can be converted into useful thermal energy. A photovoltaic-thermal(PVT)module is a combination of PV module with a solar thermal collector which forms one device that converts solar radiation into electricity and heat simultaneously. The performance of the PV/Thermal combined collector module is directly influenced by solar radiation that also has an effect on PV module temperature. It is also has believe that the energy performance of PV/T collector is related to absorber design as well as PV module temperature. The existing study has been paid to the PV/Thermal combined collector module with circle tube absorbers. The aim ofthis study is to analyze the experimentalperformance ofthe PV/Thermalcombined collector rectangular tube absorbers according to solar radiation. The experimental result show that the average thermal and electrical efficiencies o fthePVT collector were 43% and14.81% respectively. Solar radiation is one of the most influential factors to determine the energy performance of PVT collector, but from a certain level of solar radiation the PVT collector receives on, its efficiencies began to decrease.

        Phalloidin 에 의해 유발된 간미세구조의 변화

        N/A Objectives: It is well known that adult experimental rats parenterally poisoned with a lethal dose of phalloidin die of hemorrhagic necrosis of liver. Although the precise mechanism is unknown so far, it is believed that interaction of microfilamentous structures with phalloidin is the primary toxic event of phalloidin poisonings. The purpose of these experiments was to examine the influence of phalloidin on hepatocyte ultrastructure, and to determine the possible mechanism by which this agents interferes with normal microfilament function. Methods: Rats were divided into 3 groups: normal control, intravenously phalloidin injected group (10 min, 30 min and 60 min group respectively), intraperitoneally phalloidin administered group (1st day, 7th day and 14th day group respectively). At the time of sacrifice, blood was withdrawn for liver function tests and the liver tissues were observed under the light microscope and transmission electron microscope. Results: 1) Compared with control, the ratio of liver/body weight increased from 30 minutes and sustained in elevated level unti114 days after phalloidin administration. 2) Liver function test showed no significant change in serum bilirubin levels, but serum glucose levels decreased significantly in intravenously injectioned group than that of control. SGOT levels were elevated through experimental period and SGPT levels were higher in 60 minute and 14th day groups than that of control. 3) Light microscopic examination in the intravenously injected group showed highly vacuolized cytoplasm with erythrocytes-containing vacuoli in the hepatocytes and the foci of hemorrhagic necrosis scattered throughout the hepatic lobules. No significant changes in liver tissue were noted light microscopically in intraperitoneally administered group. 4) Transmission electron microscopic examination in the intravenously injected group revealed numerous variously sized vacuoles filled with erythrocytes and fibrins in the cytoplasm of hepatocyte. In intraperitoneally administered group, proliferation of microfilaments beneath the plasma membrane of hepatocytes, canalicular luminal dilation and loss of canalicular microvilli were most prominent findings. Conclusion: Hepatic injury induced by intravenous and intraperitoneal administration of phalloidin mainly involves cytoplasmic vacuole formation in the hepatocytes and proliferation of microfilaments especially around bile canaliculus, respectively. This effect of phalloidin may prove a useful tool for the study of drug-induced liver injury and of the role of microfilament in the process of bile secretion.

        산욕기 항마이크로좀 항체 검사의 의의

        N/A Postpartum thyroid dysfunction is a syndrome of thyroid dysfunction that occurs in the first year after delivery. Presenting clinically as either painless hypothyroidism or thyrotoxicosis, it usually resolves spontaneously. At the time postpartum thyroid dysfunction occurs, the relationship between thyroid antibodies and postpartum thyroid dysfunction is even stronger. The close association of these antibodies with postpartum thyroid dysfunction makes the detection of these antibodies an attractive method for screening large number of pregnant or postpartum women at risk for this disease. Of the 250 women screened on the second postpartum day, 22 women (8.8%) had positive results for serum antimicrosomal antibody. Among the normal controls, 16% had positive results. 18 of these 22 seropositive patients were followed for at least 6 months postpartum. 6 patients (2.4%) developed goiter, and 5 patients (2.0%) had biochemical thyroid dysfunction. All 5 patients developed hypothyroidism without thyrotoxic phase. The disease was mild and transient in two patients. But in remaining 3 patients, goiters and symptoms of hypothyroidism persisted and were treated. The titers of antimicrosomal antibody in women who developed the disease, increased progressively in all patients. Therefore, serum antimicrosomal antibody test after delivery will be useful as a screening test to detect thyroid dysfunction.
