        16주간 수영운동과 복합운동이 남자 초등학생의 건강관련 체력과 신체적 자기개념 형성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 남자 초등학생들을 수영운동군, 복합운동군, 통제군에 각각 10명씩 배치하여 사전 사후 측정에 의한 건강관련체력과 신체적 자기개념의 변화를 살펴보았다. 집단과 측정시기에 따라 이원변량분석을 실시하였고 다음과 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 체지방률은 복합운동군에서 제지방량은 복합운동군과 수영운동군에서 운동 처방 후에 유의할 만한 변화가 있었다. 둘째, 근력은 복합운동군에서 근지구력은 수영군과 복합운동군이 유의하게 증가한 것으로 제시되었다. 셋째, 유연성 요인에서는 집단간에 차이가 없었고 사전 측정에 비해 사후에 유의하게 증가한 집단도 없는 것으로 제시되어 사춘기 이전 유연성의 발달 특성을 반영하였다. 넷째, 심폐지구력의 변화에서는 집단과 시기간에 상호작용 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 수영운동과 복합운동이 유의하게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 신체적 자기개념에서는 수영 프로그램에 참가한 집단의 건강, 규칙적 운동, 스포츠 자신감, 유연성, 지구력 등의 요인에서 유의하게 향상되었다. 반면, 복합운동군은 규칙적 운동 요인에서만 긍정적인 변화가 나타나 운동 유형에 따른 차이에 대해 미래연구과제로 논의하였다. This study aimed to investigate the changes of health related physical fitness and physical self-concept. Subjects were divided into 3 groups, such as swimming exercise(n=10), combined exercise(n=10) and control group(n=10). Two-way ANOVA was used to verify the effects between groups and test times(pre-post test). We got the results as follow. First, %Fat showed significant changes in combined exercise group. There were significant changes of LBM swimming exercise group, combined exercise group after exercise intervention. Second, Strength increased in combined exercise group, Endurance increased in swimming exercise group and combined exercise group significantly. Third, there werent any changes of flexibility between groups and between periods. It reflected the characteristics of the development before adolescence. Fourth, there was an interaction effect between groups and periods in the changes of cardiopulmonary endurance. There was a significant increase of cardiopulmonary endurance in swimming exercise and combined exercise group. Fifth, swimming exercise group had a significant increase of physical fitness, regular exercise, sports self-efficacy, flexibility, and endurance. Combined exercise group, however, had an increase of regular exercise factor. It will be need to research the difference of exercise types for the future study.

        폼롤러 운동이 여성노인의 Fullerton 상급균형능력 및 기능체력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 폼롤러를 이용한 운동프로그램이 여성노인의 Fullerton 상급균형능력(FAB) 및 기능체력(SFT)에 어떠한 영향이 미치는지 대해 연구하는데 목적에 있다. 연구대상자는 B광역시에 거주하는 여성노인들로 폼롤러 운동군 12명 대조군 12명으로 연구에 참여 하였으며, 폼롤러 운동은 60분으로 주3회 16주간 실시하였다. 자료처리는 spss version 22.0을 이용하여 평균과 표준편차를 산출하고, 그룹과 시기간 상호작용 효과를 알아보기 위해 반복측정을 실시하였으며, 유의수준은 .05로 설정하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면 Fullerton 상급균형척도에서는 FAB 2번 항목(물체에 몸을 앞쪽으로 손 뻗기), FAB 3번항목(제자리에서 오른쪽, 왼쪽으로 360° 돌기), FAB 5번 항목(양 발로 일렬로 걷기), FAB 6번 항목(눈 뜨고 한 발로 서기), FAB 8번 항목(양발 멀리 뛰기), FAB 9번 항목(머리 돌리며 걷기), FAB 10번 항목(반응 자세 제어) 그리고 FAB 총점에서 상호작용 효과가 나타났으며, 기능체력에서는 30초간 덤벨 들기, 의자에 앉아 앞으로 뻗기, 20m 제자리 걷기에서 상호작용 효과가 나타났다. 따라서 저강도 유연성 운동인 폼롤러 운동 프로그램임에도 여성노인의 유연성, 평형성 및 근력에 긍정적인 변화를 주어 안전하면서도 효과적인 운동 프로그램이라는 것을 확인하였다. 폼롤러 운동은 운동을 두려워하거나 처음 시작하는 노인들이 집에서도 쉽고 저렴하게 접할 수 있는 유용한 방법으로, 넘어짐을 예방하는 것에 긍정적인 영향이 미칠 것이다. This research aimed to explore the effects of a 16-week Foam roller exercise program as an exercise intervention on Fullerton Advanced Balance scale and Senior Fitness Test in elderly women. It was conducted at J senior citizen center in B Metropolitan city, South Korea. A total of 24 subjects were recruited for this research. 12 were assigned to Foam roller exercise group and 12 were assigned to control group randomly. A 60 minute Foam roller exercise was applied to them as the intervention 3 times a week for 16 weeks. Mean and standard deviation were calculated to analyze the research data by using SPSS Version 22.0. repeated measures ANOVA was conducted to verify the differences between time and groups, and interaction between time and groups. Statistical significance was set at .05. This research showed that there was a statistically Significant increase between pre-post measurement among FAB scale items appeared in reaching forward retrieve object, turning in a full circle right and left direction, jump with both feet for distance, walk while turning head and total score for Foam roller exercise group. It also showed that Significant interaction was in reaching forward retrieve object, turning in a full circle right and left direction, stand on one leg, eyes opened, jump with both feet for distance, walk while turning head, restore balance after backward disturbance and total score for Foam roller exercise group. Significant increase between pre-post measurement appeared in upper and lower body strength, flexibility, dynamic balance & agility for Foam roller exercise group. Also, there were significant interactions in upper body strength, lower body flexibility and cardiovascular fitness for Foam roller exercise group. In conclusion, Foam roller exercise program confirmed the effectiveness on Fullerton Advanced Balance scale and Senior Fitness Test though it was a kind of low intensity exercise. This program can be used as an effective exercise intervention to enhance balance ability easily with reasonable price than other activities, prevent falls and maintain Quality of life in elderly women living in a community.

        16주간 시니어복합운동이 고령남성노인의 기능체력 및 Fullerton 상급균형능력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the changes of Senior Fitness Test(SFT) and Fullerton Advanced Balance Test (FAB) for the combined exercise of elderly men over 70. The subjects of the study were 24 aged 70 or older living in G city, combined exercise groups of 12 weeks for 60 minutes twice a week. The statistical program of SPSS Version 23.0 was used to calculate the average value (M) and standard deviation (SD) for each item of measurement. Two-way repeated ANOVA was performed to identify the effects of interactions between time and the groups, The main effects and verification of the time period within the group were conducted by paired t-test. all the statistical significance level was set to .05. Studies have shown interaction effects in functional physical changes of the 30-second chair stand (p<.05), 30-second arm curl (p<.001) 2.44 m up and go(p<.001) and 20minutes step (p<.001). In the Fullerton Advanced Balanced Test, stand with feet together eyes closed (p<.001), reaching forward retrieve object (p<.05), turning in a full circle to right and left direction (p<.05), stepping up onto and over a 6 inches bench (p<.01), walk with feet in tandem walk and stand on one leg eyes opened (p<.05), standing on foam eyes closed and jump with both feet for distance, walk while turning head and restore balance after backward disturbance results showed no significant change. In summary, the study found that after 16 weeks of combined exercise in male seniors, the upper and lower limbs, muscle strength and muscle endurance, agility and overall endurance are improved, and Fullerton Advanced Balance (FAB) results showed positive changes in the fear and equilibrium of falls. It is believed to be useful as a health care program for male seniors in the aged society by prevention of falls.

        16주간 저강도 댄스스포츠 운동이 남성노인의 기능체력 및 Fullerton 상급균형능력의 변화에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to present a 16-week low-strength dance sports exercise as an exercise program that will continue to involve male seniors by saving changes in their senior fitness test and fullerton advanced test. The study was conducted with a total of 20 elderly man aged 65 and over who live in Geoje city. 10 dance sports exercise group (70.8±4.2 yrs) and 10 control group (73.1 ± 6.2 yrs) were randomly selected. For the analysis, SPSS Ver. 23.0 was used to get mean(M) and standard deviation (S.D.). The twogroup of homogeneity tests were conducted with independent t-test. Two-way repeated ANOVA was conducted to verify the interaction effects. Statistical significance was set at levels (α) .05. Fullerton advanced balance test results showed group and time-to-period interaction effects (p<.01) at forward slopes to reach objects (pencils) at shoulder height, and time-period main effects (p<.05) in controls. The main effects (p<.01) of the time period were shown in the bipedal and vertical walking range. At one stroke, the time period main effects (p<.05) appeared in the control group. The period main effects (p<.01) were shown in the longdistance running motor group, and the period main effects (p<.001) were shown in the head-turner. Based on research, low-intensity dance sports exercise have a good effect on senior fitness test and fullerton advanced balance in elderly man. It was found that 16 weeks, two times a week of low-intensity dance sports exercise were conducted to improve aerobic endurance, prevent falls and reduce dynamic core capabilities, and to have positive effects on cooperation between the upper and lower body. Therefore, it is suggested that elderly man recommend dance sports exercise to practice successful aging by continuously participating in exercise to improve their physical fitness and prevent falls.

        남・녀 노인들의 안면피부요소와 Heath-Carter 체형 3요소간의 상관관계 분석

        The purpose was to analyze of the correlationship about facial skin components(5items: pores, wrinkles, Spot, Sebum, Skin Tone and H-C Somatotype three components(3 items: Endomorphic, Metamorphic, Ectomorphic) on elderly Men and Women. A total of 60 people 38 elderly men and 22 women participants who live in Geoje city were recruited for the study. Data processing was performed using SPSS Ver. 26.0 and Pearson"s correlation analysis, got the mean(M) and standard deviation(S.D). The statistical significance level was to be set .05. The results of the study showed significant differences between facial skin components and endomorphic components and body composition. There were showed negative correlations between pore, wrinkles, spot, sebum and endomorphic components on the elderly men and women. On the other side, there were showed positive correlations in skin tone. A positive correlation was found in body fat percentage, wrinkles, and skin tone. also found in lean body mass and pores and sebum volume. In conclusion, it was body fat persentage and the degree of obesity are related to the skin components on elderly men and women. Therefore, this study suggests that necessity of research on the skin health status according to obesity and exercise.
