Purpose: Many internet and mobile shopping malls have introduced artificial intelligence-based chatbot service to improve communication with consumers, improve services, and increase sales, but many consumers still prefer existing call center counseling or online counseling. It has been shown to refuse to accept this service. This study aimed to identify the resistance factors of the chatbot service by consumers. The purpose of this study was to focus on positive innovation resistance factors and to provide implications. Research design, data, and methodology: This study combines literature research and empirical research based on survey methods. To verify the research model, a survey was conducted from 253 users who had experience in using the chatbot service. In this study, SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0 were used to test the hypothesis. Results: As a result of the study, it was found that the usage barrier, habit barrier, and provider barrier all positively influenced the innovation resistance intention of the chatbot service. Also, in order to analyze the effect of inertia to innovate on innovation resistance, comparing the group with high and low tendency to innovate showed that the individual's tendency to innovate influenced the intention of innovation resistance. Conclusions: As the main factors affecting the intention of innovation resistance of the chatbot service are derived through the results of this study, the chatbot service is convenient. In addition, the user's inertia to maintain phenomena can affect the intention of innovation resistance, so a management plan must be prepared for this. In order to reduce the user barrier, it is necessary to provide universal technology at a level familiar to users. In order to lower the habit barrier, you will basically have to meet your information needs. And, in order to lower the provider barrier, it is necessary to provide a messenger-based chatbot service by default to create a standardized chatbot ecosystem.

The meridians have high concerned about health. But they are lack of concrete access and apply to it. So l develop healthful gymnastics by using the 14 meridian, the pathway of circulation system which rams our life, and meridian point. Subjective healthiness, satisfaction and health promotion standard of the people for research is investigated as well. This study is for spread the exercise and suggestion of theoretical foundation, From February 20 to April 2 in 2001, among the female students of a certain college in 경남, 28people, a testing group which suit it s propose, aye selected and take meridian exercise 20minute a day for 4 weeks. Subjective healthiness and satisfactoriness is investigated through a question for verification the effect of meridian exercise. Collected data is analized by SPSS program. major results are as follows. 1. Meridian Exercise for health is composed of rhythmic rubbing movement with music to the fourteen spots a the body suitable for acupuncture, including the inside and outsides of arms, tips of fingers, all sides of the leg, Use chest and abdominal area, shoulder, the head, and the face. 2. Among the people investigated, 50.0% were age twenty and 53.6% were 166cm and taller, both groups being the most abundant. 50% of the people were smokers, of which 64,3% smoked ten cigareties or less a day. 96.4% answered that they usually do not exercise. 3. Their subjective healthiness was significantly higher after performing meridian excercise, but life satisfactonness was not statistically significant. 4. Subjective healthiness and life satisfactoriness before and after performing meridian excercise did not have any significant relationships.

현대 문학사의 전개에서 쌩뜨뵈브(Sainte-Beuve) 방법론의 영향

Sainte-Beuve naît dans un milieu où non seulement la littérature est l’expression de la société, mais où elle forme aussi les sciences historiques, qui sont universelles et perpétuelles et qui ont leurs propres autonomies. Ce qui constitue la grande originalité de Sainte-Beuve en tant qu’historien de la littérature, c’est qu’il emploie d’une façon systématique une méthode particulière de cIassement qui s’attache, à la fois, aux esprits des écrivains et aux oeuvres. Pour ce classement, il emploie les mots d’〈école〉, de 〈groupe〉, d’〈époque〉, de 〈génération〉, de 〈race〉, de 〈famille〉, de 〈caractère〉, de 〈patriarche〉. Il examine un écrivain depuis son 〈épanouissement〉 jusqu’à sa 〈décadence〉. Sainte-Beuve a importé dans l’histoire morale les procédés de l’histoire naturelle. Il a montré comment il faut s’y prendre pour connaître l’homme; il a indiqué la série des milieux successifs qui forment l’individu et qu’il explore tour à tour afin de le comprendre: d’abord, la race et la tradition du sang; ensuite, la première éducation, le milieu familial; plus tard, le premier groupe d’êtres marquants au milicu desquels l’homme s’épanouit, et les influences littéraires qui l’ont marqué. Et après cette étude de l’individu ainsi formé, il analyse l’homme lui-même, à travers le déguisement que l’attitude littéraire ou le préjugé public lui attribue. On peut distinguer deux sortes de successeurs du point de vue d’un déterminisme littéraire. D’abord, les disciples dont Sainte-Beuve semble également subir et accueillir leur tendance du moment actuel: il s’agit de Renan, et de Taine. Ensuite, il y a les disciples sur lequels Sainte-Beuve a exercé son influence: Scherer, Brunetière, Lanson, Bourget, et Thibaudet……. Après tout, on pourrait dire que ces divers modes de classifications ont entre eux un point commun: quelle que soit la nature du principe dont ils partent, ces écrivains ne perdent jamais de vue l’élément d’ 〈individu〉, et l’idée de 〈génération〉 ou de 〈milieu〉 qui sont à leurs yeux le seul fond solide de toute oeuvre. De même Taine, Renan, Scherer, Brunetière, Lanson, Bourget, Thibaudet qui sont les héritiers de Sainte-Beuve, se préoccupent du 〈milieu〉, et de l’〈individu〉 n’envisagent l’insertion du littéraire dans le social qu’au niveau de la création, tout en ne négligeant pas les oeuvres. Nous n’avons voulu ni discuter des talents ni peindre des caractères délicats. notre ambition a été de rédiger la filiation éminente et la continuité des familles d’esprits qui viennent de Sainte-Beuve. La méthode nuancée de Sainte-Beuve dont les leçons et l’exemple formèrent Taine, Renan, Scherer, Brunetière, Lanson, Bourget, Thibaudet, …… est historique, scientifique, physiologique, et psychologique.

Sainte-Beuve et le Port-Royal : Le naturaliste des esprits 인간정신에 관한 자연적 계보 연구 방법

Sainte-Beuve가 적용한 인간 정신에 관한 장녀적 계보 연구 방법을 가장 잘 볼 수 있는 덕이 Port-Royal이다. Sainte-Beuve는 Port-Royal이 전개되는 이야기 흐름 속에는 지속되는 하나의 특질, 즉 통일된 정신이 존재한다고 본다. 그는 Port-Royal에 문학적 초상화의 기법을 적용하는데, 마치 독특한 한 개인의 전기를 쓰는 것처럼 Port-Royal을 묘사해 나간다. 그것은 개인들 초상화의 희랑인 동시에 한 그룹의 일반적 초상화이다. 이러한 초상화들을 그리면서 정신들의 움직임, 다시 말하자면, 공통된 본성을 발견하려 한다. Sainte-Beuve에 따르면, Port-Royal의 은둔자들은 무엇보다도 적어도 3개의 가계를 형성하고 있는데 그것은 la famille Amanuld, la faille de saint-Cyran, 그리고 la faille de Saint Francois de Sales 이다. La faille d'Amauld는 혈연가계인 une famille naturelle이며, La famille de Saint-Cyran은 혈연상의 부모들처럼 하나의 가계를 이루는 정신적 부모들인 une famille spirituelle를 나타내고, 마지막으로, la famille de Saint Francois de Sales는 자연적, 정신적 가계의 통합적 전체 속에서 une famillelitte´raire를 나타내는 것이다. 여기서 주목할만한 또 하나의 사실은 이러한 집단들은 각각의 우수한 주도자를 가지고 있다는 것이다. La famille naturelle에서는 le grand Arnauld가, la famille spirituelle et chre´tienne에서는 la Me´re Ange´lique가, une famille litte´raire에서는 Pascal이 그의 천재성을 가지고 이끌어 나간다. Sainte-Beuve는 이러한 가계 연구를 통해서 16세기, 17세기, 18세기, 19세기를 잇고 있는 인간 정신의 지속되어져오는 고리를 드러내고자 했다. 특히 Sainte-Beuve의 눈에는 Montaigne와 Pascal의 대화가 Port-Royal의 중심이라고 보는데, <자연인>와 <신앙인>이라는 두 개념의 갈등을 구현한 것으로 본다. 기독교 개념과 자연인으로서의 개념이 나타내는 이 이원성은, Saint-Beuve에게 있어서 그 자신이 오랫동안 갈등을 겪어온 문제이기도 했다. 신에 의해 선택된 사람인 Pascal과 기독교의 눈에는 신에게서 버림받은 Montaigne, 이 두 영혼은 <인간 정신사>의 긴 흐름을 보여주고 있는 기본적임과 동시에 서로 상반되는 생의 두 큰 측면으로 Saint-Beuve 에게는 보여지는 것이다. Port-Royal속에서 그는 신학을 내적으로 이해하면서 현대적 정신에 가까운 용어들로 개 건축하고자 했으며, Montaigne에 끌리는 자신의 경향을 숨길 수 없었지만 시적 태도와 종교적 태도사이의 공평한 균형을 유지하려고 노력했다. Saint-Beuve는 Port-Royal속의 Pascal 과 Montaigne에 관한 이야기에서, 지속되어져 왔고 앞으로도 지속될, 또한 자신의 내부에서도 지속되는, 신에 의해 지배되는 인간과 자연인의 긴 투쟁을 드러내 보이고 있다. Port-royal은 프랑스 문학 역사에서, 더 나아가 인간 정신이 지속되오 있는 역사 속에서 중요한 하나의 위치를 차지한다.

청소년의 여드름과 정서상태와의 관련성 연구

Acne is a prevalent skin disease in adolescence, which may develop undesirable effects such as leaving scars due to misunderstanding and failure to control. Thus this study was conducted to find out the emotional impact of acne so that the result could provide the basic information for health education in schools, and for the treatment and control of acne. The data were collected from 1042 students at 3 middle schools and 3 high schools in Pusan by using a structured and self-administered questionnaire for a period from December 1 to December 20, 1998, and were analyzed for general characteristics, characteristics related to acne, the status of acne control and relationships between acne and emotional impact by using SPSS/PC+ program. The main results were as follows. 1. The relationship between the acne prevalence and the emotional status represented significant difference in the total categories of depression and in category related to worthlessness, and the acne prevalence, however, did not affect self-esteem. The score in the category of adaptation to school life related to the perception of school surroundings was significantly lower in the group with acne. 2. All categories related to emotional status such as depression, self-esteem adaptation to school life showed significant differences according to the severity of acne conditions, as showing the severe the acne condition, the more the depression and the lower the self-esteem and the adaptation to school life. 3. In the relationship between response to acne and emotional status, there were significant differences in categories related to self-esteem in school and school activities, the total categories in adaptation to school life. Especially, the effect of response to acne was significant in depression categories with significant differences in the categories of worthlessness helplessness and loneliness. 4. The relationship between the period of having acne and emotional status showed a significant difference in category related the adaptation to school life, especially, as the longer the period having acne, the lower the tendency for the adaptation to school life.
