홈 트레이닝 앱 사용이 언택트 시대의 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

In order to avoid the spread of Covid-19, outdoor activities are decreasing worldwide and the time spent at home is increasing. As physical activity declines, the number of people who feel bored, restless and immune deficient is increasing. As indoor life becomes more permanent, multiple approaches to home workout are becoming active. This paper examines how the Covid blue (boredom and social anxiety) produced in the no-touch era affects quality of life through the use of home training applications. Questionnaires were collected from Chinese people using a website dedicated to Chinese questionnaires, and finally 383 appropriate data were analyzed using SPSS24.0 and AMOS24.0. The research results showed that the actual experience of using home workout had a positive impact on quality of life. The higher the user's sense of social unease about being late in the untact,It was found that the higher the social anxiety perceived by users about the untact era, the higher the interactivity and exercise satisfaction with the home workout app. Home workout application can improve exercise satisfaction and quality of life, which are more positive effects beyond the result of resolving consumers' boredom. Therefore, it can be used as a channel for digital services. 코로나-19의 전염을 피하기 위해 전세계적으로 실외 활동이 줄어지고 집에서 생활하는 시간이 길어지고 있다. 그 결과 신체 활동이 저하되면서 지루함과 불안감 및 면역저하를 호소하는 사람들이 늘고 있다. 실내 생활이 장기화하면서 집에서 할 수 있는 다양한 방식의 홈 트레이닝이 활성화되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 언택트 시대에 생긴 코로나 블루(지루함 및 사회적 불안감)가 홈 트레이닝 앱의 사용을 통해 삶의 질에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 연구하였다. 중국 설문조사전문 사이트를 사용하여 중국인을 대상으로 설문지를 수집하였으며, 최종적으로 383개의 적정 자료를 SPSS24.0와AMOS 24.0를 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과에 의하면, 홈 트레이닝을 실제 사용한 경험이 삶의 질에 긍정적 영향을미쳤고, 언택트 시대에 대한 사용자가 지각하는 사회적 불안감이 높을수록 홈 트레이닝 앱에 대한 상호작용성과 운동만족도가 높은것으로 나타났다. 홈 트레이닝 앱은 소비자의 지루하다는 심리를 해소하는 결과를 넘어서 보다 긍정적인 효과인 운동만족 및 삶의 질을 높일 수 있기에, 다양한 디지털 서비스의 통로로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

사회적거리두기 상황에서 SNS 사용이 긍정심리요인에 미치는 영향

코로나19로 외출 자제가 지속되면서 소셜 네트워크 서비스(SNS) 사용이 급격히 확대되고 있다. 사회적 거리두기를 유지하는 상황에서 사람들의 긍정적 심리에 영향을 끼칠수 있는 요인, 특히 SNS 의 역할을 확인하고 검증할 수 있는 체계적인 연구가 필요한 시점이다. 본 논문에서는 SNS의 특성과코로나19 관련요인에 관한 선행연구를 종합하여, 소비자가 지각하게 되는 가치 또는 긍정적인 심리인플로리싱(flourishing)에 미치는 선행 영향요인과 영향 관계에 대한 실증연구를 수행하였다. SNS를이용해 본 경험이 있는 이용자들을 대상으로 405명 설문자료를 수집하였으며, SPSS 24 버전으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, SNS 사용자들이 자신의 경험이나 습득한 지식을 통해서 지각된 가치를 발휘하게 되며, 자신의 모습을 긍정적으로 인식하면서 행복함을 느끼며, 사용자의 심리적 변화에 영향을 미치고 있었다. 사회적거리투기 상황에서 SNS활용이 사용자의 긍정적심리상태 조성에 영향을 미친다는것과, 앞으로 디지털 서비스를 위한 플랫폼으로서 SNS에 대한 가치를 확인할 수 있었다.

메타버스에서 과시적 소비가 구매 결정에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 - ZEPETO중심으로

Recently, luxury brands have shown interest in the metaverse, using avatars to connect with consumers and create unique brand experiences. However, in the real world, luxury brands are mostly associated with conspicuous consumption. Thus, this study explored whether conspicuous consumption influences the metaverse platform ZEPETO. An online survey targeted ZEPETO users, with 416 respondents analyzed. Metaverse features (presence, interactivity, concurrence, economy) and conspicuous consumption traits (pride, brand oriented factor, need for Status, conspicuousness) were studied as independent variables. Consumer purchase decisions were the dependent variable, mediated by information search. Using SPSS 27.0, the analysis revealed conspicuous consumption's presence in the metaverse. The findings imply luxury companies should consider offering luxury products in the metaverse for conspicuous consumption-oriented consumers.
