        관광소비자의 권리현실화에 관한 연구

        Consumer problems of tourist mainlly have appeared between tourist and tourist enterprise in relation to actualization of tourist right. Actualization of tourist right was cuased by the structural discrimination and information asymmetry in transaction of tourism product. In this point of view, problem of tourist right should have an interest in the interrelationship of transactions. This study analyzed about asymmetry and structural discrimination of tourist trade. Therefore this thesis aim to point out the problem of tourist right protection, approaches to solve the problems and, alternatives. In order to improvement of tourist right, following alternatives are considered with tourist, tourist enterprises, and public sector. The first, tourist has to consider the positive effort to improve tourist right especially information acqustion on the tourism product and the characteristics of tourist enterprises. Futher more tourist realize the tourist right in the point of consumerism and consumer Sovereignty. The second, the tourist enterprises have to reappraisal tourist right and provide passively the information of tourist product. The third, in order to actualization of tourist right, public sector have to establish tourism policy to sustain the tourist right in the view of coordinating between, tourist and tourist enterprises. In conclusion, disturbance of tourist right due to various and complexed factors, finding of solution also want to have various approach in order to secure tourist right and market base economic system.

      • 인프라 낙후지역 켄벤션산업의 전략적 선택에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to analysis the process of strategic choice in underdeveloped regions in view of convention infrastructure. And then this paper attempts to suggest the implemental alternatives of convention industry based on the analysis of infrastructure status and the result of strategic choice in underdeveloped regions in view of convention infrastructure. Since the competitive advantages of convention destination is dependent upon the quality of the visitor's experience and satisfaction, it is imperative for convention destination policy makers and managers of agency to develope efficient strategies on implementation of convention industry. Specilally, the development of strategy to elevate competitiveness is imperative in competitive environment on convention market. In this context this study suggests implemental alternatives to elevate competitiveness in underdeveloped regions in view of convention infrastructure. Main strategies for elevating the competitiveness are as follows; policy makers and managers of agency have 1) basically to develop software and small oriented strategy in view of limitation of Convention Infrastructure ; 2) to establish linkage system of festival and events in the regions to overcome limitation of convention infrastructure adopting various programs ; 3) to find market segments associated with region industry to utilize regional resources.

        한국의 ‘여소야대’ 정국과 교차투표

        >본 논문의 목적은 보다 거시적 차원의 여소야대 정국하에서 미시적 차원의 교차투표 행태가 어떻게 이루어졌는지 연대기적 사건들을 분석해 보는 것이다. 논문은 두 부분으로 구성된다. 첫째, 주요 일간지들을 연대기적으로 자료 분석의 대상으로 삼아서 1987년 이후 제13, 제14, 제15, 제16대 국회에서 여소야대 정국이 교차투표와 관련하여 한국의 의정활동에 어떠한 영향을 미쳤는지 구체적인 예를 통해 살펴보고자 한다. 둘째, 교차투표제 정착을 위한 조건들을 논의하면서 한국에서 교차투표의 중요성과 그 실현방안을 생각해 본다. 정당정치가 기본인 현대정치에서 정당 조직의 일원인 의원들이 당론에 순종하는 것은 결코 비난만 할 일은 아니다. 의원 각자가 당론보다 소신을 앞세운다면 결집된 민의의 대변기관으로서의 정당은 존재의미를 상실할 것이다. 중요한 것은 이른바 당론이라는 것이 민의와 부합하는 것이냐, 아니면 특정 정당 또는 정치인의 정략적 이해를 반영한 것에 불과한 것이냐이다. 교차투표는 기본적으로 권력구조, 즉 정부형태와 연관되는 문제이다. 본 논문은 원내 다수당 또는 정당연립이 정부를 구성하는 의원내각제와 달리 권력분립을 기본으로 하는 대통령제를 채택하고 있는 한국의 경우 생산적 정치를 위해 교차투표의 필요성을 강조한다.

      • 관광정보벤처기업의 창업 전략에 관한 연구 : 사이버여행업을 중심으로 Focus on Internet based Travel Agencies(Cyber Travel Agencies)

        Acceding to the growth of internet industry, travel agencies widely adopt internet to improve management process and increase competitiveness in travel industry. In travel industry internet based travel agencies classify two categories. One is modified on-line travel agencies(MOTA), the other is essentially oriented on-line travel agencies(OTA) in travel industry. Though two type of travel agencies point to internet based on-line travel agencies, in context of management basis these are somewhat different. The founder of MOTA is mainly relate to off-line travel agencies, on the other hand OTA is relate to information technology business and portal sites.This study examines two type of cyber travel agencies in travel industry. In this point of view, this study analyes recent cyber travel market all of the world and suggests strategies of Inauguration for internet based travel agencies. Main Inauguration strategies to be successful cyber travel agencies are as follows; CEO and employees have to (1) make plans for critical factor and direction in Inauguration process; (2) develop idea based management model; (3) respond to changing environment on internet industry and consumer needs; (4) develop travel product and websites to appeal special interest segments; (5) cooperate with business partner to elevate competitiveness in cyber travel market. Finally, to be successful travel agencies in travel industry CEO and employees first of all adopt venture oriented management and of management strategy point to venture mind.

      • 농업부문 관광벤처기업의 개발 전략에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to suggest development strategy in order to successful venture enterprise and elevate competitiveness of venture enterprise in agricultural toursim sector. This study consists of three major parts. The first reviews the concepts and theoretical background of tourism venture enterprise in agricultural sector. Specially in this part generalizes th concept of tourism venture enterprise in agricultural sector. The second part analyses three case in toursim venture enterprise. The last part proposes strategy for iniciator and initiative alteratives to increase competitive advantages in rural toursim sector. Main strategies for developing tourism venture enterprise in agricultural sector are as follows; initiator has (1) to establish community approach in developing tourism venture enterprise to be linked with local economy components ; (2) to seek after soft alternatives for linking tourist with agricultural components ; (3) to orient small business in developing tourism venture enterprise ; (4) to establish ideas and venture oriented management ; (5) to develop toursim attractions based on experience ; (6) to practice establishment of joint enterprise in context of common prosperity of residents. Specially collaboration among initiators is important to residents and tourist in context of utilizing and preserving rural areas. Finally, this study shows that in context of successful venture enterprise strategies can be an effective tool for developing tourism venture enterprise in agricultural toursim sector.
