파킨슨병 환자의 인지 기능 개선에 대한 무용요법의 효과

본 연구는 무용요법의 적용이 파킨슨병 환자의 인지 기능에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위한 체계적 문헌고찰이다. 주요 검색 용어는 ‘Dance’, ‘Parkinson Diseases’, ‘Non-motor’, ‘Cognitive Function’이며Pubmed 검색엔진을 활용하여 문헌 선정 기준에 따라 4개의 문헌을 선정하여 분석하였다. 4개의 연구에서 모두 인지 기능을 평가하는 MoCA 점수가 증가하였고, 인지 기능뿐 아니라, 우울, 피로, 무기력에도 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 2편의 연구에서만 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 보여, 무용요법적용의 근거 확보와 확대 적용을 위해 대상자 수, 무용의 장르, 중재 적용 기간 등을 고려한 실험연구를 후속 연구로 제언한다. This study is a systematic literature review focused on the effects of applying dance therapy to improve cognitive function in Parkinson’s disease patients. The keywords ‘dance’, ‘Parkinson’s diseases’, ‘non-motor’ and ‘cognitive function’ were used to search the literature published 2015 to 2021 on PubMed. Four studies were reviewed in this study. In all studies, the scores of MoCA, a cognitive function scale for Parkinson's diseases, increased. Moreover, one of the studies demonstrated statistically significant effects on depression and apathy, while another study showed an effect in reducing anxiety. However, only two studies showed statistically significant results in terms of cognitive function, indicating the need for further experimental research on the effects of dance therapy. Additionally, experimental studies considering factors such as sample size, dance genres, and intervention duration are required to establish the evidence for the application of dance therapy.

A novel method was proposed for determining the residual stress profile of an optical fiber by using a modified polariscope. Measurement results of the axisymmetric residual stress for a conventional single-mode fiber were demonstrated by using this method. It was found that non-uniform stress is distributed in the cladding of the fiber. This means that large mechanical stress is induced as a function of temperature generated near the neck shape of the fiber preform. 광섬유의 잔류응력(residual stress)을 측정하기 위해 위상보정 편광기(polariscope)를 새롭게 구성하고, 간섭이나 회절에 대한 영향을 최소화시키면서 빠르고 정확하게 측정하는 방법을 제시하였다. 이 방법을 이용하여 일반 광섬유의 잔류 응력 분포를 측정할 수 있었다. 또한 광섬유의 잔류응력이 모재의 잔류응력분포와 달리 인출 시 발생하는 광섬유 내 온도의 냉각곡선에 밀접한 관계를 갖고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

Purpose: The study aimed to investigate the factors influencing consciousness of sexual violence in female high school students, focusing on sexual attitude and parental attitude. ethods: Data were collected from 248 female high school students in South Korea. A structured questionnaire was used for data collection through online survey. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Tukey’s test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple linear regression using the SPSS 25.0 program. Results: The mean score of consciousness of sexual violence in female high school students was 43.54 out of 48. The findings indicate that the mean score of consciousness of sexual violence differed y number of years in high school and academic achievement. Among sexual attitude, parental ttitude, and consciousness of sexual violence, there were meaningful correlations between onsciousness of sexual violence and sexual attitude (r=.132, p=.038,), love-hostility (r=.172, p=.006),and autonomous-control (r=.132, p=.038). Love-hostility aspect of parental attitude (=.159, p=.049) and academic achievement (=.208, p=.001) were found to be the important influencing factors on female high school student’s consciousness of sexual violence (F=5.720, p<.001). Conclusion: The findings of the study suggest that the love-hostility aspect of parental attitude and academic achievement influence consciousness of sexual violence of female high school students. Therefore, in order to improve consciousness of sexual violence in female high school students, sex education program and parent-education program should be developed with further research.
