In this study, the heat dissipation structure of the high-heat electronic equipment system was improved by using the CFD analysis technique and 3D printing duct. By arranging the power supply in a separate space, the amount of cooling air flowing into the circuit card assembly was increased, and a geometric 3D printing duct was installed to concentrate cooling air into the high-heating circuit card assembly. Afterwards, an improved prototype was manufactured and operation tests were conducted in a high-temperature environment. As a result, it was confirmed that the electronic equipment was operated stably at high temperature and that the high-heat circuit card assembly had an average high-temperature margin of 17℃ based on the allowable temperature.

This paper focuses on the fan selection of military electronic equipment that was applied forced convection cooling. First, suitable fan was selected to make optimal performance of the equipment on high temperature. And, the suitability of fan selection was verified by finite element heat analysis and high temperature test. Through the above procedure, thermal reliability of Military electronic machine was confirmed.

상용(Commercial type) 냉각 팬이 적용된 방산용 전자장비는 생산 기간 중 팬 단종이 빈번하게 발생된다. 팬 단종 문제의 해결을 위해서는 대체 팬 선정이 필요하며, 고온 동작 시험 등의 장비 성능 및 신뢰성 검증이 요구된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 생산 과정에서 활용 가능한 효과적인 대체 팬 선정 및 검증 방안에 대해 연구하였다. 먼저, 장비 냉각에 필요한 유량 및 압력을 계산하여 대체 팬을 선정하였고, 신뢰성을 확보한 CFD 방열 해석 모델을 활용해 팬 선정의 타당성을 검증하였다. 이후 대체 팬을 장비에 적용하여 고온 운용 시험을 수행하였다. 그 결과 장비는 고온 환경에서 정상적인 기능을 발휘하였으며, 주요 부품 및 내부 공기 온도는 열적으로 안정된 상태임을 확인하였다. Sales of commercial-type cooling fans intended for application in military electronics are often discontinued during equipment production. This results in requirements for alternative fan selection as well as equipment performance and reliability tests, such as high-temperature operation testing. This study deals with alternative fan selection and verification methods that can be used during the production process. First, an alternative fan was selected by calculating the flow and pressure required to effectively cool the equipment, then the feasibility of the selected fan was verified using a reliable CFD heat dissipation analysis model. Following this, a high-temperature operation test was performed using the alternative fan in the equipment. Results demonstrated that the equipment satisfied its required function in a high-temperature environment, and the main parts as well as internal air temperature were found to be thermally stable.

The electronic equipment additionally installed on the aircraft is difficult to secure structural stability for the operating environment due to the limitation of installation location. In this paper, the improvement method of the installation structure of the electronic equipment was studied in order to secure the structural stability of the additional installed electronic equipment. First, we analyzed the problems of the existing installation structure and derived two improvement methods. Then, the static and dynamic analysis were performed to compare and analyze the improvement effect of the two methods and to select the optimal improvement method. After that, flight tests were conducted on the aircraft to which the improvement method was applied to verify the improvement effect of the installation structure.
바람에 의한 회전력을 고려한 차량형 송신 안테나 장비의 체결방식 적합성 연구

Transmission antenna machine for vehicle performs transmission to the aiming point. To do that, rigid clamping of antenna is necessary. Due to limitations such as structural and operational problem, Our company’s Transmission antenna was applied the clamping method that is pressing antenna using rubber. This paper review the suitability of design for the clamping method. Rotation force of antenna by wind was calculated through CFD program. And then, the rotation force was applied the antenna to confirm suitability of design for clamping force. Also, operating antenna machine on field was confirmed whether it is rotated when wind velocity is more than 15㎧.
