In this dissertation, we have studied on the fabrication of Sr ferrite plastic magnet with additional Nd. First, we selected SrO5.9F₂O₃of nonstoichimatric composition as the basic composition of specimen ferrite since its magnetic property was excellent. Then, we added Nd to the specimen. In order to control the properties of the particles on fabrication of magnetic powder, 0.3wt% CaCO₃, 0.2wt% SiO₂, 0.twt% Al₂O₃and 0.5wt% Na₂SiO₃were added. For carbon coating ont he compound specimen, 5wt% polyvinylalchohol was added and then the compound specimen was calcinated under N₂environment at 1,225 ℃. After performaing grinding process for 18 hours, we obtained 1.0~1.2㎛ size of single domain magnetic powder. We added 1 wt% silane coupling and 1 wt% calcium stearate to the Sr ferrite powder with additional Nd, and then mixed them well. Next, we pelleted them after kneading them, using polyamide12 as a binder. The pelleted specimen was injection-moulded using anisotropic mould under magnetic field of 12kOe. As the results of property tests for the fabricated specimen magnet, we find that the fabricated magnet has the following excellent peroperties at Nd 12.5wt%: bHc=2.84kOe, Br=3.23kG and (BH)max=2.49MGOe.
4극 이방성 Sr페라이트·플라스틱자석의 제조에 관한 연구

This thesis deals with the fabrication of 4 poles anisotropic Sr ferrite plastic magnets. After Polyamide6 and polyamide12 are kneaded respectively with Sr ferrite powder, silane coupling and calcium stearate of lwt% are added for coating and pelleting. The pelleted specimen injection-moulded under magnetic field using 4 poles mould. In the case of using polyamide6 as a binder, for 4 poles anisotropic Sr ferrite plastic magnets the surface magnetic flux density distribution is +943.8∼-943.8kG and the deviation is 5.2%, polyamide12, the distribution is +1040.9∼-1040.9KG and the deviation is 5.4%.The magnet distribution shows stability. As the results of experiments, we find 4 poles anistropic Sr ferrite plastic magnets have properties as the materials appropriate for manufacturing magnet type synchronous motors.

In this paper, we mention the implementation and the experiments of a magnetic properties measurement system about amorphous wire in weak magnetic field. By adding an op-amp of high magnification to a traditional properties measurement system the measurement system fully operates the functions in the weak magnetic field less than 0.1[Oe]. 본 논문은 Sr 페라이트 플라스틱자석의 자기특성에 관하여 연구한 것이다. Sr 페라이트의 조성은 SrO5,9Fe2O3에 CaO, SiO2, Na2SiO3 및 AI2O3를 미량 첨가하고, PVA(polyvinylalchohol) 7%수용액을 가하여 질소분위기에서 120$0^{\circ}C$, 2시간 소성하였다. PVA를 이용한 탄소코팅법으로 분말제조시 분쇄효과를 얻었으며, 페라이트의 함량을 증가시켜서 자기특성을 향상시켰다. Sr 페라이트분말과 폴리아미드 6을 75-90wt%로 혼련한 수 0-10 kOe의 자장을 인가하여 이방성 Sr 페라이트 플라스틱 자석을 제조하였다. 자석제조시 사출온도 27$0^{\circ}C$, 사출압력 120kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$, 자장으 세기 8 kOe 및 자장인가시간 6초에서 최적의 사출성형조건을 얻었다. 실험결과 자장중 사출성형법을 이용하여 제조한 이방성 플라스틱자석에서 (BH)max=-2.0MGOe의 특성을 얻었다.
Ni-Zn페라이트의 조성비에 따른 전자파 흡수특성과 미세구조에 관한 연구

This paper describes a study on absorption properties of electromagnetic wave by the composition ratio of Ni-Zn ferrite. Ni-Zn ferrite was composed of 48-52mol% Fe$\_$2/O$\_$3/, 18-22mol% NiO and 26-34mol% ZnO. The sintering of the composition was carried out at 1200.deg. C for 2 hours. Through the experiments, it was found that the resonance phenomenon occured at low frequency range for high permeability and vice versa. In the case of the composition of 49mol% Fe$\_$2/O$\_$3/, 20mol% NiO and 31mol% ZnO, the bandwidth ranged from 0.35GHz to 0.95GHz with the absorption thickness of 10mm. Also, in the case of the composition 51mol% Fe$\_$2/O$\_$3/, 22mol% NiO and 27mol% ZnO, the bandwidth ranged from 0.48GHz to 1.2GHz with the absorption thickness of 6mm.

In This thesis, the magnetoimpedance effects of a FeCoSiB amorphous wire has been studied. The prepared negative magnetostrictive amorphous magnetic wire has the composition of (Fe0.06C0.94)72.5Si12.5B15. To alleviate the stress applied to the wire during its fabrication, we annealed the sample wire at the temperature(460℃/30min) in order to relive the internal stress. The length and the diameter of the amorphous wire are 7[㎝] and 50[㎛·ø], respectively . At the exciting current of 250[㎃] flowing through the sample wire, we examined the frequency dependence of the voltage between the both ends and the dependence of the impedance changing ratio on the external magnetic field varying from 0 to 10[Oe]. Our experimental results confirm that the amorphous wire has a good characteristics enough to be magnetic sensor.

In this paper, we propose a system to quickly and precisely measure magnetic properties of amorphous wire or ribbon well-known as an excellent sensing element. The system consists of the circuits to measure magnetic properties and the unit to display M-H loop on computer monitor. First, we design analog circuits using OP Amp and then make interfacing the circuits with a computer by using A/D converter. As the result, we can display precise M-H loops on computer monitor.
