시대의 요청에 의해 나온 동학이 추구하는 이상세계는 어떠한 모습 이며, 그러한 이상세계에 도달하기 위해 어떠한 방법을 제시하고 있는지 살펴보고 자 한다. 또한 시천주 사상에서 확대되어 나온 사상과 동학의 이상세계를 살펴봄으로써 시천주 사상이 인간과 만물에게 어떻게 적용되는가를 알아보고자 한다. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the influences which the conflict between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law will have on the whole family relationship of the female Elderly. 315 the female elderly above 60s living in seoul city took part in this study so as to achieve this purpose. The major results of the study were followings: 1) The conflict between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law has affect to their family relationship(mother-son, husband-wife, grand-son and daughter) negatively. 2) When the trouble of between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law is occurred, son and husband take a `middle position' or 'onlooking attitude' but in daughter case, 225% is stand by their mother and intervene positively. So such daughter's attitude seem to have an negative influences to relationship of between sister-in-law and daughter-in-law. 3) In relation to the degree of conflict solution role of son and husband, the female aged above 50% is not satisfied. while In the case of daughter, 66.3% the female aged is satisfied highly.

이공계 대학생의 직업교육에서 숙달목적지향성과 시간관리능력이 직업탐색효능감에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to verify the effects of mastery goal orientation and time management ability on job search self-efficacy in the vocational education of engineering college students. A total of 52 samples were analyzed for this research. The result indicated that mastery goal orientation had positive effects on all sub-variables (job ability self-efficacy, career goal setting self-efficacy) of job search self-efficacy significantly. But time management ability had positive effects on career goal setting self-efficacy. And there are no significant differences in mean comparison of mastery goal orientation, time management ability, and job search self-efficacy according to gender and residence area. In addition, the interview results of engineering college students perception of career, the understanding of vocational education, and job search self-efficacy were analyzed. 본 연구에서는 직업교육에서 이공계 대학생이 가지는 숙달목 적지향과 시간관리가 직업탐색효능감에 어떻게 영향을 주는지 알아보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 경기도 지역 이공계 남녀 대학생 52명이 본 연구에 참여하였다. 이들을 대상으로 직업탐색효능감, 숙달목적지향, 시간관리를 검사하였다. 회귀분석 결과 첫째, 숙달목적지향성은 직업역량효능감과 진로목표선 택효능감을 모두 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 시간관리능 력은 진로목표선택효능감만 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 이공계 전문대학생의 성별 및 거주지역에 따른 숙달목적지향성, 시간관리능력, 직업역량효능감과 진로목표선택효능감의 집단 간차이는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 이공계 전문대학생의 숙달 목적지향성의 평균은 높은 편이나, 시간관리능력의 평균은 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다.

기술수용모형을 기반으로 직업탐색효능감과 직업방송의 유용성, 용이성이 시청자의 만족도에 미치는 영향 분석

This present study investigated the effects of job search self-efficacy, perceived usefulness, and perceived easy of use on WorkTV viewers' satisfaction. For this purpose, the total of 1,033 WorkTV viewers participated in the web survey. A hypothetical model was proposed, which was composed of job search self-efficacy as exogenous variables, perceived usefulness and perceived easy of use as intervening endogenous variable, and WorkTV viewers' satisfaction as endogenous variables. The results of this study through structural equation modeling analysis were as follows: First, job search self-efficacy significantly affected perceived usefulness and perceived easy of use. On the other hand, job search self-efficacy didn't affect WorkTV viewers' satisfaction. Second, perceived usefulness and perceived easy of use also significantly affected WorkTV viewers' satisfaction. Third, job search self-efficacy was verified as a mediating variable between perceived usefulness, perceived easy of use, and satisfaction. Based upon these results, some practical implications are provided for improving its quality and services of WorkTV. 본 연구의 목적은 기술수용모형을 기반으로 직업탐색효능감과 직업방송의 유용성, 용이성이 직업방송 시청자의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 H사의 직업방송을 시청하는 1,033명의 시청자를 대상으로 2010년 11월 24일부터 일주일간 홈페이지 및 뉴스레터를 통해 웹 설문을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서는 시청자 특성 중 시청자가 인식하는 직업탐색효능감을 외생변인으로, 매개변인은 직업방송에 대한 유용성과 이용용이성으로, 종속변인은 향후이용의도를 포함한 만족도를 포함하는 연구모형을 설정하였다. 연구가설을 검증한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직업탐색효능감은 유용성과 이용용이성에 유의한 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 직업탐색효능감이 만족도에 미치는 영향은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유용성과 이용용이성 역시 만족도에 각기 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 직업탐색효능감이 만족도에 미치는 영향에 대한 유용성과 이용용이성의 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 직업탐색효능감은 유용성을 통해 만족도에 유의한 영향을 끼치며, 이용용이성을 경유하여 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과를 토대로 직업방송의 질을 향상시키고 서비스를 발전시킬 수 있는 전략에 대한 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다.

대학생의 자기존중감, 학업적 자기효능감, 진로성숙도가 대학생활적응과 학업지속의향에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to verify the effects of self-respect, academic self-efficacy, and career maturity on student adaptation to college and learning persistence. For this study, a web survey was conducted on the students who were in college of engineering at D college in Seoul. A total of 702 samples were analyzed for this research. The major findings of this study are as follows. First, all variables(self-respect, academic self-efficacy, career maturity) had positive effects on student adaptation to college significantly. Secondly, self-respect and academic self-efficacy had positive effects on learning persistence except career maturity. Thridly, the mediation analyses revealed that the relations between learning persistence and self-respect, academic self-efficacy, and career maturity were partially mediated by student adaptation to college. Finally, student adaptation to college had also positive effects on learning persistence. The results indicate a need to enhance student adaptation to college and design programs that support learning persistence for university students.
