At construction industry, many matters that are Cost reduction, a term of works reduction, productivity increases and so on are required. At the side of management and construction, development of technologies is required for accomplishing requirement matter effectively. Comparing the planned progress with the actual progress and finding the problem from the early stage of the project is especially important in a construction management aspect. Therefore the building of realtime progress management system that can realtimely collects and create and save information is necessary. This study suggest that the method of real-time information collection and progress management through RFID, construction automation and so on by focus on steel structural construction. And this study develops real-time progress management prototype system that compares and analyzes realtimely collected information with an estimate schedule which is automatically created through 3D object-information extraction.
장수명 공동주택을 위한 Skeleton & Infill 기술의 적용에 관한 연구

It is reported that the structure of domestic community housing has been mainly (RC) reinforced concrete wall type, but this RC type is not capable of the changing needs of resident. And in 21 century, environmental and sustainable development for environment is essential in architecture. Currently, comprehensive efforts to develop technologies related to environmental preservation, and utilization of resource and recycling in domestics are being drived. From these facts, it's essential tasks as a core technology in construction industry. supplying and developing buildings which have more higher total performance such as environmental and high durability corresponding to environment preservation, resident lifestyle, and flexibility for change, renovation performance against physical performance drop. So reducing energy consumption is required, and environmental architectural material development and recycling technology are also required, the application of SI(Skeleton & Infill) technology at community housing is required. In this study we would study the application of SI technology at community housing by the comparison and analysis with longevity and environmental degree of wall component.

유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅이란 언제 어디서나, 아무 때나 네트워크를 통해 정보를 접할 수 있는 사회를 말한다. 이러한 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 사용자가 정보를 다양한 디바이스들로부터 받아들이고 받아들인 정보를 바탕으로 사용자에게 맞는 이벤트가 수행될 수 있는 통합 환경을 “UDI (Ubiquitous Data Integration) 서비스 플랫폼”이라 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 UDI 서비스 플랫폼의 구성 중 최상위 응용 계층으로 Cyber View라는 자바 기반 명세도구를 개발하여 사용자가 정의한 이벤트를 다양한 디바이스를 통해 실 행할 수 있는 사용자정의 도구 개발에 관한 연구를 기술할 것이다.

The standardization is expected to enhance the productivity through increasing competitiveness between design criteria and material sizes, and is also expected to preserve the environment through reducing wastes from construction sites. In our country, the application of the design method of face to face dimension in wall-slab apartment has passed 7 years. So MC design method has fixed in the design step to some degree. In Design and Work Execution of House the exclusive area of the apartment was calculated by face to face dimension. And the term of face to face dimension was known broadly to clients, construction company, etc. But design method of face to face dimension is not to simply extend the room size so far as wall depth in design process but to ensure the actual space should be considered with efficient use and assembly of building components. That is to say, Design method of face to face dimension is not to be defined by design step but to be related with construction and maintenance. However in construction process the point of face to face design method was not understood even now. So the purpose of this study was to survey the question of face to face design method in construction process by survey of actual condition of structure and construction quality, and compare with design survey.
