Objectives : This study was conducted to investigate how Bone Mineral Density(BMD) and bone mass index(BMI) differ according to classification of blood pressure which JNC 7(The seventh report of the joint national committee on prevention, detection, evaluation and treatment of high blood pressure) indicated. Methods : We measured BMD and BMI of lumbar spine(L2-L4) and femoral neck of 9816 people, and then we analyzed them according to classification of blood pressure. Results : The number of prehypertension group was the most, and Stage 2 hypertension group was the least. As the hypertension was increasing, BMD of lumbar and femoral neck were decreasing, and BMI was increasing. In men, as the blood pressure was increasing, BMI was increasing. But the BMD was irrelevant. In women, the distribution was similar to the total. Conclusions : As the hypertension was increasing, BMI was increasing and BMD was decreasing. And it was more remarkable in women.

저궤도 위성에서 handover시 Fake GPS 판별을 위한 UE 위치예측 강화학습 알고리즘 설계

본 논문에서는 user equipment (UE)의 시간, 위치 정보 데이터로 gated recurrent unit (GRU)를 학습시켜, 저궤도 위성의 location based handover 요청 시 UE의 global positioning system (GPS)값을 알고리즘을 통해 나온 예측값과 비교하여 fake GPS를 검출한다. 이를 통해 fake GPS 수신으로 인한 네트워크 성능 저하를 방지 할 수 있다. 성능평가 지표로 예측 정확도를 이용하며, 이를 통해 평균적으로 43.7 %의 detecting performance를 도출하였다.

목적 : 본연구는주관절동통또는강직을호소하는운동선수에대하여관절경적처치를시행하여그효능을평가하고자하였다. 대상및방법 : 주관절운동이기능적으로제한되며최소6개월동안의물리치료및다른보존적인치료에반응하지않은 13례의운동선수를대상으로하였으며, 증상발현후부터수술시까지의기간은최소8개월에서최장 16개월로다양한분포를가지고있었다. 발견된병변에따라유리체제거술, 구축된 관절낭유리술, 골극제거술등을시행하였다. 결과판정은 Broberg와Morrey 계측방법으로평가하였다. 결과 : 전례에서중등도이상의활액막염을관찰할수있었고, 관절내유리체는9례, 주두및주상돌기골극은2례에서관찰되었다. 전례에서술후관절운동범위의호전및운동시동통의감소를보였고 Broberg와Morrey 계측방법으로술전평균65점에비해술후평균89.4점으로양호한결과를보였다. 결론 : 운동선수의주관절의동통및강직에대하여 관절경적 처치는원인병변의정확한평가가용이하며술후관절주변조직의손상을최소화하여술후빠른재활이가능한효과적인술식중한방법으로사료되었다. Purpose : To describe clinical results and improvement of range of motion and pain after arthroscopic treatment for the athletic elbow lesion. Materials and Methods : We reviewed 13 cases of functional restriction of the elbow motion, who all patients were treated by conservative treatment during than 6 months but failed. We performed arthroscopic osteophytectomy, capsular release, spur excision. The interval from injury to operation was average of 13 months (range, eight to sixteen months). We used the Broberg and Morrey functional rating score system in evaluating result. The follow-up period averaged 6 months. Results : Arthroscopic finding that moderative to severe synovitis in all cases, intraarticular loose body in 9 cases, olecranon bony spur in 2 cases, was observed. All cases were successfully improved in range of motion and pain without in any further operation. Preoperative average score was 65 and postoperative average score was 89.4 in Broberg and Morrey functional rating score. Conclusions : Arthroscopic treatment appear to be satisfactory management modality due to diagnose the casative factor and reduce the injury around the elbow joint in painful elbow lesion. Elbow arthroscopy appears to be a safe and effective treatment for athletes, allowing easy return to participation in sports.

경도의 슬관절 십자 인대 손상환자에 대하여 시행한 열 위축술

목적: 재건술의적응이되지않는전,후방십자인대손상환자에서radiofrequency 방식을이용한열위축술을시행하여술기및단기추시결과를보고하고자한다. 대상및방법 : 재건술의적응이되지않는전방십자인대9예, 후방십자인대5예를대상으로하였으며평균추시기간은6개월이었다. 결과 : 일상생활에서느꼈던불안정성은감소됐으며파행이나통증등이현저하게호전되었다. 다만후방십자인대에서시행한경우시간이지남에따라다시슬관절이완이증가하는소견을관찰할수있었다. 결론 : Radiofrequency를이용한열위축술은많은활동을요하는젊은사람의슬관절십자인대손상에서, 특히경도의부분파열및수술의적응이되지않는이완환자에서증상을보일경우시도해볼수있는술식중의하나로추천할만하다. 그러나본결과는단기추시이므로장기추시와대조군연구가요할것으로사료된다. Purpose : To report a short-term clinical results and technical method of thermal shrinkage with radiofrequency device for anterior and posterior cruciate ligament laxity which is not suitable to indications of reconstructive surgery. Materials and Methods : Nine cases of anterior cruciate ligament injuries (ACL), 5 cases of posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) injuries and 3 cases of combined anterior and posterior cruciate ligament injuries, in which the condition is not indicated as reconstructive surgery, are investigated. The follow-up period averaged 6 months. Results : Instability in living activity, limping and pain were improved with excellent results. But, posterior cruciate ligament thermal shrinkage revealed as recurrent knee laxity progressively Conclusions : The result of thermal shrinkage for partial tear of cruciated ligament was excellent. We believe this procedure is applicable to partial tear of the ACL or PCL which reconstructive surgery is not indicated. Long-term follow-up results were needed.
