The installation of lightning protection system has recently been increasing, butthe amount of damage has still been increasing. In this study, survey (interview) and field conditionswere conducted to identify the installation and safety standards of the lightning protectionsystem. it was analyzed that the safety management system is non-existent at the stageof the design, manufacturing and construction of the site lightning protection system, and thatthe safety inspection of the lightning protection facility is not properly managed. It has beenshown that lightning protection systems, that can solve these problems, need to be re-establishedaccording to the reality so that safety inspection can be carried out in accordance withsafety standards such as management of safety certification products, operation of survey institutions,design, manufacturing, and construction of safety standards at a national level. 낙뢰 보호 시스템의 설치는 증가하고 있으나, 피해량은 여전히 줄지 않고 있다. 이 연구에서는 피뢰시스템의 안전관리 방안의 제도적 개선을 위한 목적으로 피뢰시스템에 관한 기준을 파악하고 현장조사와 설문을 통해 피뢰 시스템의 설치, 운영, 유지보수 등 실증분석을 실시했다. 국가표준 KS C IEC 62305에서 정하고 있는 기준 및 규정을만족하지 못하는 것으로 파악되며, 이러한 문제를 해결할 수 있도록 국가적인 차원에서 피뢰시스템의 안전인증제품 관리, 안전기준의 설계 · 제작 · 시공 등 관리 기준이 이행 될 수 있도록 관련 규정 재정립을 통한 안전관리 방안을제시한다.

This paper proposes a triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) touch sensor combined with a spike detecting system capable of recognizing minute touches. Considering the characteristics of wearable and tactile-based architectures in TENG devices, the low power consumption and small implementation area of the IC are required. A non-linear energy operator which is used for the spike detection system replaces the digital logic with additional circuits and avoids the need for additional circuitry for signal processing. The resulting recording system built in a standard 180 nm CMOS technology can measure the signal from 0.1 Hz to 7 kHz, meanwhile, detect spikes generated by the TENG device. The system has a supply voltage under 1.2 V and powers 22.56 μW while maintaining an acceptable noise level and a total IC area of 1 mm × 1 mm, including input-output pads.
