        중년기 아이돌보미 여성의 돌봄활동 경험

        Purpose: The purpose of this phenomenological study was to explore middle-aged child care providers' experience in caring for children in the community. Methods: The participants were 10 middle-aged child care providers. In-depth interviews were conducted between August and September, 2014 until data. Colaizzi's method of data analysis was applied to inductively determine themes and formulated meanings. Data saturation was achieved and methodological rigor was established Results: Four themes were extracted from 12 meanings. The four themes of the child care providers' experience in caring for children were: 1) weariness from care-giving, 2) the search for one's own solutions, 3) a cheerful attitude to life, 4) the opportunity to start a new life. Conclusion: The results of this study provide useful information for understanding child care providers' experiences in caring for children and establishing effective strategies to support these child care providers.

        간호대학생의 스트레스 수준, 근원 및 대처방식

        Purpose: This study is conducted to investigate the stress level, stress source and stress coping of nursing students in college. Methods: This study was a cross sectional survey and the data was collected from 341 nursing students by means of self-reported questionnaires from April 2 to May 31, 2012. Collected data were analyzed on SPSS win 18.0. Results: The nursing students experienced moderate levels of stress. The source of stress for students came from 'one's own self'. The most common stress coping used by students was 'make a wish'. There were significant differences in the source of stress and the stress coping according to the nursing students' year of school and other general characteristics, such as motivation of entrance and satisfaction in school life. Conclusion: These results suggest that it is important to develop stress management program and strategies based on nursing students' individual characteristics and sources of stress.

        간호대학생의 노인요양시설 봉사 경험

        본 연구는 간호대학생이 경험하는 노인요양시설 봉사경험의 의미 및 본질에 대하여 그들의 경험을 이해하고 심층적으로 탐구하여 교육정책 및 전략개발에 기초 자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 연구는 Colaizzi(1978)가 제시한 현상학적 연구방법을 이용한 질적 연구로 자료수집은 연구참여자의 자가기술지 작성 및 심층면담으로 진행되었으며, 새로운 내용이 발견되지 않는 시점에서 종료되었다. 연구참여자는 경기도 소재 대학교 3개월 이상 정기적인 노인요양시설 봉사경험이 있는 18명이었다. 연구결과 간호대학생의 노인요양시설 봉사경험은 ‘성숙한 자아를 찾음’, ‘봉사의 값진 의미를 깨달음’, ‘노인에게 다가감’, ‘미래를 위한 배움의 시간’으로 나타났다. 간호대학생의 노인요양시설 봉사경험에서 자기 성찰의 기회가 되는 긍정적인 측면이 있고, 노인에 대한 심층적 이해와 노인 간호를 위한 지식과 기술을 습득하게 된다. 이는 간호대학생 뿐만 아니라 보건복지 분야에 종사할 학생들의 노인에 대한 이해와 건강관리에 기여하는 전문가로 성장하도록 도움을 줄 것으로 기대할 수 있다. 이에 봉사활동이 긍정적인 효과를 극대화하기 위해서 자원봉사에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 추후 심층적인 연구를 제안하는 바이다. The purpose of this study was to describe the meaning of the nursing college student" voluntary service experience in elderly nursing facilities. This is a descriptive phenomenological study that included eighteen participants using convenience sampling in universities in Gyeonggi-do. Colaizzi’s data analysis method was used to inductively determine themes and formulate meanings. Data saturation was achieved and methodological rigor was established. The four main themes derived from analysis were: “consciousness of mature ego”, “enlightenment of Service”, “getting closer to the elderly”, “learning time for the future”. There are positive aspects of self-reflection in the nursing college student" experience of elderly nursing facilities and in-depth understanding of the elderly and knowledge and skills for nursing seniors. Thus, It can be expected to help nursing students, as well as students in the health and welfare area, grow into experts who contribute to the understanding and health of the elderly. Further study is required to verify the factors affecting volunteering to maximize the positive effects of volunteer activities.

        Fidelity 단계를 통합한 시뮬레이션 교육 개발 및 효과

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate effects of the integrative fidelity simulation curriculum. Methods: The integrative fidelity simulation curriculum was developed through meetings of experts based on nursing content. To test the application effect of simulation curriculum, a one group pre-post test design was applied. The simulation curriculum was applied with 149 nursing students who participated voluntarily. Results: In the application of satisfaction of the curriculum, learning interest in nursing and intrinsic motivation, nursing students had high scores in all evaluations. In addition, satisfaction of the curriculum had a significant positive correlation with learning interest in nursing and intrinsic motivation. Conclusion: The integrative fidelity simulation was an effective teaching tool for nursing students, and needs to develop more varied nursing simulation scenarios and curriculum.

        졸업 전 간호대학생의 의사소통능력, 문제해결능력 및 자기주도적 학습능력과 간호과정 자신감과의 관계

        본 연구는 졸업 전 간호대학생의 의사소통능력, 문제해결능력 및 자기주도적 학습능력과 간호과정에 대한 자신감 정도에 대한 수준 및 관계를 확인하여 교육전략 수립을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 서울. 제주 및 대구소재 대학교에 재학 중인 4학년 간호대학생 110명을 대상으로 2020년 5월 18일부터 6월 20일 사이 자료수집 하였고, 서술통계 및 t-test, ANOVA, correlation coefficient, 회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구대상자의 의사소통능력은 3.80점이고, 연령, 성별, 대학생활에 대한 만족 정도에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 문제해결능력은 3.64점으로, 대학생활에 대한 만족 정도, 건강상태에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 연구대상자의 자기주도적 학습능력은 3.49점으로, 대학생활에 대한 만족 정도, 간호학과 적성 정도, 재학 중 평균성적에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 간호과정 자신감은 3.70점으로, 의사소통능력, 문제해결능력, 자기주도적 학습능력과 유의한 정의 상관관계가 나타났고, 간호과정 자신감에 영향을 미치는 요인은 문제해결능력, 자기주도적 학습능력으로 나타났다. 문제해결능력 및 자기주도적 학습능력이 간호사로서의 실무 수행에 요구되는 간호과정 자신감에 중요한 영향을 미치므로 이를 향상시키기 위한 지속적인 관리와 향상을 위한 전략이 요구된다. The purpose of this study was to provide data for establishing teaching strategies by confirming the level of the relationship between communication, problem-solving, self-directed learning ability, and the nursing process confidence of nursing students before graduation. Data were collected from 110 fourth-year nursing students enrolled in universities in Seoul, Jeju, and Daegu between May 18 and June 20, 2020, and analyzed using descriptive statistics and the t-test, ANOVA, correlation coefficient, and regression analysis. The communication score was 3.80 points, and there were significant differences according to age, gender, and satisfaction with college life. The problem-solving score was 3.64 points, and there were significant variations according to the satisfaction with college life and health status. Self-directed learning score was 3.49 points, and there were significant differences depending on the satisfaction with college life, aptitude for nursing, and academic achievements. The nursing process confidence score was 3.70 points and showed a significant positive correlation with communication, problem-solving, and self-directed learning. The factors influencing nursing process confidence were problem-solving and self-directed learning. These have an important influence on the nursing process confidence required for practical performance as a nurse, so strategies for their continuous management and improvement are essential.

        간호대학생의 간호·간병통합서비스에 대한 인식

        본 연구는 Q 방법론을 적용해 간호대학생의 간호·간병통합서비스 인식 유형과 유형별 특성을 파악함으로써, 효율적인 간호교육 프로그램 개발의 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도하였다. 이를 위해 171개의 Q 진술문으로부터 최종 38개의 Q 표본을 구성하였다. 다양한 분야의 임상실습 경험 및 간호·간병통합서비스에 대한 이해도를 고려하여 간호대학생 33명을 P 표본으로 편의표집하였고, 38개의 Q 표본을 9점 척도의 Q분포도상에 강제 분포하도록 하였다. 자료는 PC-QUANL 프로그램에 의한 주인자분석법으로 처리하였다. 연구결과, 유형별 설명력은 1유형 32%, 2유형 11%, 3유형 10%이었으며, 전체 설명력은 53%였다. 간호대학생의 간호·간병통합서비스 인식 유형은 환자 중심 통합성 수용형, 다면적 개선 필요성 인지형, 체계적 운영 환경 요청형의 3개 유형으로 분류됐다. 이를 통해, 간호대학생의 간호·간병통합서비스에 대한 인식 유형별 특성을 반영한 효율적인 간호교육 프로그램의 개발 및 적용이 이루어져야 할 것이다. This study was done to identify a typology of perspectives on comprehensive nursing care service and examine its characteristics among nursing students using Q methodology for providing basic data of effective nursing education program. Initially, 171 Q statements were extracted, and 38 statements were generated as the final Q sample. Considering the various clinical practice experience and understanding about comprehensive nursing care service, 33 nursing students were selected by convenience sampling. Q sorting yielded in each case a systematic forced distribution of 38 Q samples ordered on a scale of 1-9. The collected data were analyzed using the PC-QUANL program by performing principle component analysis. The factor analyses revealed three types of perception that together for 53.0% of variance: Type 1 (32%), Type 2 (11%), and Type 3 (10%). The revealed three types of nursing students perception styles toward comprehensive nursing care service: Type Ⅰ is Patient-oriented integrity acceptance, type Ⅱ is Diversified cognition for improvement necessity, and type Ⅲ is Systematic operational environment request. Further study needs to develop and apply effective nursing education program based on differentiated comprehensive nursing care service perception types in nursing students.

        급성 심장질환자 간호에 대한 웹기반 시뮬레이션과 고충실도 시뮬레이션 교육 효과

        Purpose: The aim of this study was to assess the efficacy of web-based simulation and high-fidelity simulation on acute heart disease patient care. Methods: The project used a comparative study design with two simulation-based training modalities. A total of 144 nursing students participated in this study: 76 students in a web-based simulation, and 68 students in a high-fidelity simulation. Participants rated their self-efficacy, problem-solving ability, interest in learning, level of stress, satisfaction with the simulation experience, and level of difficulty of the simulation. Results: The scores for self-efficacy, problem-solving ability, and interest in learning including interest in clinical training in the high-fidelity simulation group was higher than in the web-based simulation group. However, there were no significant differences in interest in learning, including interest in nursing knowledge, and in lab training, level of stress, satisfaction with the simulation experience, and level of difficulty of the simulation. Conclusion: A high-fidelity simulation of acute heart disease patient care might be beneficial to developing many more abilities for nursing students than would a web-based simulation. Also, since the web-based simulation improved interest in nursing knowledge, it could be a viable alternative to high-fidelity simulation. Further study is needed to verify the effects of varied levels of simulation-based care with more rigorous outcomes.

        간호대학생의 성소수자에 대한 인식

        Purpose : This study was designed to identify a perception typology of LGBTQ persons among nursing students using Q methodology to provide data for nursing education programs. Methods : Initially, 181 Q statements were extracted, and 38 were generated as the final Q sample. A total of 44 nursing students were selected as the P sample by considering a variety of academic learning experience and clinical practice experience. In each case, the Q sorting yielded a systematic forced distribution of 38 Q samples ordered on a scale of 1-9. The collected data were analyzed by performing a principal component analysis using the PC-QUANL program. Results : The factor analyses revealed four types of perceptions that together amounted to 57.50% of variance: Type 1 (37.77%), Type 2 (12.09%), Type 3 (3.89%), and Type 4 (3.75%). The four types of nursing students’ perceptions of LGBTQ persons identified were as follows: Type Ⅰ, “Active acceptance type”; Type Ⅱ, “Negative exclusion type”; Type Ⅲ, “Neutral support type”; and Type Ⅳ, “Bystander empathy type.” Conclusion : Educational programs for each type of perception of LGBTQ persons can be developed as useful materials for nursing subjects with various sexual orientations and gender identities. Furthermore, it is thought that this can contribute to improving the sensitivity to various social minorities and the ability to provide nursing care.
