The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of wearing the removable partial denture on plaque accumulation. Twelve removable partial denture cases were examined. Patients were recalled three consecutive 3 day periods. Plaque index was measured after each 3 day period. (1) not wearing the denture, (2) wearing the denture, (3) wearing the denture after intensive tooth brushing instruction. The results were as follows: 1. Plaque indices of all the remaining teeth were higher following the wearing of removable partial denture than those of teeth not wearing the denture and those of teeth after intensive tooth brushing instruction. 2. Plaque indices showed statistical difference between all the tooth surfaces which were in contact with the denture and those which were not. 3. Plaque indices showed no statistical difference between buccal and lingual surfaces which were in contact with the denture and those which were not. 4. Plaque indices showed statistical difference between proximal surfaces which were in contact with the denture and those which were not.

주조체의 설계 변화에 따른 수지접착형 보철물의 접착강도에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of some resistance form designs on the bond strength of resin-retained prosthesis. Six sub-groups are designed in natural teeth group and resin teeth group . The framework designs in natural teeth group: 1) no groove preparation 2) groove at the center of distal surface 3) groove at the distobuccal line angle 4) 45 degree lateral load with no groove 5) 45 degree lateral load with center groove 6) splint two teeth with no groove. The framework designs in resin teeth group: 1) no groove preparation 2) groove at the center of distal surface 3) groove at the distobuccal line angle 4) metal covered the 1/2 of distal surface 5) metal covered the 1/2 of mesial surface 6) metal extended over the 114 of buccal surface. Specimens were treated electrolytic etching by Oxy-Etch and cemented with Panavia EX. Failure load was measured by Instron. Another 30 specimens were carried out fatigue tests by MTS 810 fatigue testing machine for 5000 cycles at different load level. The following results were obtained from this study. 1. The failure load was significantly increased by resistance forms. 2. The failure load was not increased by increase of total surface area bonded with teeth. The distal surface area played an important role in failure load. 3. In 45 degree lateral load group, the failure load was decreased significantly than that of in vertical load group. 4. Bond failure modes between static test and fatigue test exhibited no differences.

컨버전스 시대를 위한 IP(Intellectual Property)기반 경영전략

경영환경이 복잡해지고, 경쟁이 치열해짐에 따라 기업의 진입시장에 대한 고려와 함께 지속성장을 위한 출구전략에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 특히 국내 중소기업의 대다수는 1세대 경영진이 개척한 사업에 기반을 두고 성장해왔으나, 경쟁자의 시장 진입과 경쟁우위 확보를 위한 역량의 부족으로 점차 경쟁시장에서의 포지셔닝이 위협받고 있다. 따라서 기업경영의 선순환 구조를 확보하기 위한 전략적 선택지를 판단하고, 이에 부합되는 대응전략을 명확히 수립할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해 규모 확대나 시장다각화 등의 능동적 접근법과 목표 시장을 이동하거나 신규 시장을 탐색해야 하는 수동적 접근으로 그 유형을 구분하여 제시하였다. 이때 기업역량을 구성하는 여러 자원 중, 자금, 인력 등의 유형적인 것뿐만 아니라 기업의 기술, 신뢰, 영업비밀 등의 무형자원에 대한 특허, 디자인, 상표, 저작권 등 지적재산권에 기반을 둔 대응체계를 갖춤으로써 해당기업의 독점적 사업 체계 구축을 위한 접근법이 필요하다. 즉 기업의 지속성장 역량은 출구전략을 어떻게 설정할 것인가에 따라 차별적으로 확보할 수 있어야 하고, 이를 위해 상품구성, 사업규모와 기술역량의 전략적 연계가 요구된다. 본고에서는 보유역량과 시장 환경에 대한 전략적 접근을 통한 기업의 지속성장 모델을 유지하기 위한 전략시장 유지와 신규 시장 개발의 2가지 출구전략을 제시하고, 이를 확보할 수 있는 접근법을 제시하였다.
