        맥파(HRV) 실험에 대한 분석과 감성평가를 통한 주거공간 치유디자인 방법 모색

        Recently, the number of people suffering from the aftereffects of COVID-19 is increasing, and in order to respond to this, the aftereffect clinic facilities are being prepared, but research on indirect or direct treatment or healing in a residential space where people spend the most time is still insufficient. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the healing design method of a residential space through pulse wave (HRV) and emotional evaluation. The study conducted a questionnaire and experiment on 20 people centering on two pairs of residential space images showing differences in lighting, first investigated the ‘attention resource’ and the ‘emotional vocabulary using the SD method through the questionnaire, and secondly, the ‘stress index’ and the ‘RMSSD index’ were investigated through the pulse wave experiment using a ubiquitous device. As a result of the study, it can be seen that attention resources change according to the difference in lighting, and in particular, the element of ‘contrast’ was actively found. In addition, in ‘Images 2 and 4’, the design using the healing elements of ‘shape’, ‘color’, and ‘contrast’ showed high psychological stability. Therefore, the healing design method in a residential space may be the most effective method considering ‘shape’, ‘color’, and ‘texture’ to induce ‘warm’ sensitivity.

        포스트 코로나 시대에 대학생들의 가구 선호에 관한 연구

        The post-corona era is expected to change, and furniture is also expected to change due to on-tact and un-tact-based activities at home. Therefore, we want to identify the characteristics of the post-corona era and analyze the furniture preference relationship accordingly to present a highly utilized design direction of the post-corona era. The study proposes the limitations of the study and the need for future research centered on conclusions by investigating prior research to derive the characteristics of the post-corona era and elements of households from the post-corona era and 102 university students. According to the study, household types most prefer the demarcation system (10.8%), the online connection system (39.3%), and the diversity system (28.7). In household functions, variable households were most preferred by 9.9, 25.7, and 27.7% respectively, in order of demarcation, online connectivity, and diversity. In furniture materials, 10.8, 27.4, and 26.5%, respectively, in order of demarcation, online connection, and diversity, respectively. We also found significant differences in furniture color preferences depending on post-corona characteristics. Therefore, I think it is necessary to study the favorite furniture colors in the post-corona era, and more detailed colors should be identified and applied to furniture design.

      • 모바일 인테리어 어플리케이션의 기능성 평가

        The use of interior applications has increased as interest in self-interiors has increased due to the recent surge in the number of single-person households and Corona. However, due to its insufficient function and use, its usability and satisfaction are low. Therefore, it is intended to extract, analyze and evaluate functional elements and standards of interior applications to satisfy users. The research method extracts functional elements through prior research to derive their characteristics and criteria and analyzes five interior applications based on the derived criteria. According to the analysis, (A) was checking the user interest area at the start of the app, (B) was providing related images according to theme-specific categories, (C) was able to color-adjust objects and shadow objects through VR, and (E) was able to utilize both VR and AR for more furniture implementation. Therefore, we hope that applications that can utilize both 3D functions as well as providing information through images will be developed, and that functional research will be conducted to enable many appications.

      • 생체신호 반응을 통한 공간감성 평가

        As the number of people suffering from neurological aftereffects increases, healing in residential spaces closely related to humans is becoming important. In particular, since it is a symptom of aftereffects related to stress and emotion, it is expected that healing methods through emotional stimulation in residential spaces will be helpful. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate empathy in residential spaces through uBioMacpa devices using optical pulse waves during bioelectrical signal experiments. The research method used four images of 10 college students to conduct an emotional evaluation of residential spaces through surveys and bioelectrical signal experiments. As a result of the study, the most influential factor in each space was the color of ‘material’, and the emotional vocabulary for the four images was ‘ordered’, ‘bright’, ‘original’, and ‘open’. Finally, as a result of the pulse wave experiment, both the stress index and the standard deviation were slightly reduced in “case 1”, and when both the stress index and the standard deviation were slightly increased in “case 2”, stress was reduced and the body’s defense function was expected to increase.

        Anti-melanogenic Effects of Cnidium japonicum in B16F10 Murine Melanoma Cells

        멜라닌은 자외선과 같은 외부자극이 가해지면 피부 기저층에 존재하는 멜라닌 세포에서 피부를 보호하기 위한 방어기전으로써 생성이 된다. 하지만 과도한 자외선 노출로 멜라닌이 필요이상으로 생성이 되면 기미, 주근깨, 검버섯과 같은 색소침착 및 색소성 피부장애를 유발할 수 있다. 최근에는 부작용이 적은 식물 추출물을 대상으로 미백소재를 찾기 위한 연구들이 활기를 띠고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 서식 염생식물인 갯사상자 추출물을 이용하여 B16F10 흑색종 세포에서 피부 색소 멜라닌 생성 억제에 미치는 효과를 확인하였다. 갯사상자 추출물 처리시 tyrosine 및 L-DOPA 산화를 농도 의존적으로 저해하였으며 세포 내의 멜라닌 생성을 담당하는 tyrosinase, tyrosinase-related protein-1, -2 발현을 억제하였다. 이는 갯사 상자 추출물이 α-MSH에 의한 세포신호 전달 경로인 GSKβ/β-catenin 및 PKA/CREB 조절에 의한 것으로 밝혀졌다. 따라서 갯사상자 추출물은 GSKβ/β-catenin 및 PKA/CREB 기전을 통해 멜라닌 합성을 억제하여 미백 효능 지닌 천연물 유래 기능성 화장품 소재로서 활용 가능할 것으로 사료된다. Melanin is a pigment produced by melanocytes to protect the skin from external stimuli, mainly ultraviolet (UV) rays. However, abnormal and excessive production of melanin causes hyperpigmentation disorders, such as freckles, age spots, and discoloration. Natural cosmeceuticals are a new trend for treating or preventing hyperpigmentation due to fewer side effects and biocompatibility. In this context, the current study focused on Cnidium japonicum, a halophyte with several uses in folk medicine, to evaluate its potential as a skin-whitening agent. The effect of C. japonicum extract (CJE) on melanin production was analyzed in melanogenesis-stimulated B16F10 melanoma cells. The results showed that CJE successfully inhibited the oxidation of tyrosine and L-DOPA by tyrosinase and subsequently decreased the production of the key enzymes responsible for melanin production: tyrosinase, tyrosinase-related protein-1, and protein-2. This effect was confirmed by decreased intracellular and extracellular melanin levels in B16F10 melanoma cells after CJE treatment. Further experiments to elucidate the action mechanism revealed that CJE treatment suppressed melanin production by inhibiting the activation of glycogen synthase kinase 3 β (GSKβ)/β-catenin and protein kinase A (PKA)/ cAMP-response element binding protein (CREB) pathways, which are the upstream activators of melanogenesis. In conclusion, the present study suggests that C. japonicum is a potential natural source of bioactive substances for the development of novel cosmeceuticals that can act against hyperpigmentation.

        신경계통 후유증 치유와 주거공간과의 관계에 대한 대학생의 의식 분석

        As COVID-19 is prevalent for a long time until 2022, the number of people who have experienced the aftereffects of COVID-19 is increasing. Since most of them experience the aftereffects of the nervous system with close experience in space, this study attempts to grasp the relationship between residential space and the healing environment from a neuroarchitectural perspective to heal the aftereffects of the nervous system. As for the research method, a survey was conducted on 160 college students at Y University. As a result of the study, the independent sample t-test was found to be significant in color, texture, shape, and all other areas to heal memory and concentration decline according to gender, and it is judged that there is a difference in creating a healing environment in cognitive aspects. In addition, depending on gender, most aftereffects differ in the importance of visual and nature-related healing environmental factors, so it is thought that visually influencing various things and creating an environment close to nature will play an important role in curing aftereffects.

        강원도 영서지역 소나무 마을숲의 생장환경과 관리방안

        본 연구의 목적은 마을 주변의 전통 소나무숲을 선정하여 숲의 구조와 생장실태를 조사하고, 양호한 생장과 보전을 위한 관리방안을 수립하는 것이었다. 연구대상 소나무숲은 강원도 영서지역에 분포하는 12개소를 선정하였다. 숲의 조성시기는 개소별로 최소 50~최대 200년 전이었고, 소나무의 평균 흉고직경과 밀도는 각각 27~52㎝, 0.5~9.3주/100㎡이었다. 생장기반인 토양환경은 소나무 생장에 대개 양호한 편이었으나, 토성이 사토로서 보비력이 낮은 2개소의 경우 토양양분이 현저하게 낮았다. 일부 숲은 복토, 답압 등으로 인해 근계생장 장해에 따른 수세저하가 나타났다. 수간의 수피탈저 및 공동피해가 6개소에서 발생하였고, 그 원인은 인위적 외상, 전정 부주의, 동해 등이었다. 병해는그을음잎마름병, 갈색무늬병 등이 6개소에서 발생하였고 피해정도는 경미하였다. 충해의 경우는 솔잎혹파리에 의한피해로서 피해정도는 6개소에서 경미하였으나, 2개소에서는 상대적으로 더 현저하였다. 이와 같이, 연구대상 소나무숲의 생장저해를 야기하는 주 요인은 양분부족, 복토 및 답압, 수간훼손, 병충해 등이었다. 이들 원인별 문제점을 개선하여 해당 소나무숲을 보전할 관리방안을 모색하였다. 관리방안은 유기물과 석회 시용, 복토 제거, 토양굴기와 자갈포설, 목도설치 또는 우드칩 포장, 목책 및 보호틀 제공, 수간 외과수술, 수세강화, 수간주사 등 생장환경을 개선하거나 수간훼손과 병충해를 제어할 대책을 포함하였다. The purpose of this study was to survey structures and growth conditions of Pinus densiflora village groves, and to establish management strategies for their desirable growth and conservation. Twelve village groves were selected in western Gangwon province for the study. The age of the study groves ranged from 50 to 200 years. Average dbh (diameter at breast height) and density of trees for each study grove were 27~52㎝and 0.5~9.3trees/100㎡, respectively. Soil environments were favorable to Pinus densiflora growth in the majority of thestudy groves, but 2 study groves with sandy soils showed considerably poor nutrient contents. Low tree vitalitywas found in some of the study groves due to poor conditions of root growth from soil fill and trampling. There were detachment of cambial tissue and damage of stem cavity at 6 study groves, which were caused by artificial injury, careless pruning, and frost damage. Light disease damage by Rhizosphaera kalkhoffii and phomopsis blight were found at 6 study groves. Light pest damage by Thecodiplosis japonensis was also found at 6 study groves, but the pest damage at 2 study groves was relatively considerable. Thus, major factors limiting normal growth of Pinus densiflora village groves were infertility, soil fill and trampling, stem damage, and disease and pest. Desirable management strategies were explored to solve growth-related problems and to conserve the study groves. The management strategies included fertilization of organic matter and lime, removal of soil fill, soil plowing and graveling, wood-trail installation or woodchip mulching, supply of wood fences and protective frames, surgical operation for damaged stems, vitality enhancement, and trunk injection to improve growth environments or control stem damage and disease/pest.

        지역형 스마트팜 공간환경디자인 방법

        본 연구는 스마트팜에 대한 개념과 사례를 살펴보고, 이를 통해 지역형 스마트팜 공간환경디자인 방법을 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 현재 대표적 스마트 팜으로 인정받고 있는 사례를 중심으로 지역 환경과의 관계에서 공간 환경이 어떻게 계획되어 있는지 조사·분석하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면, 공간환경계획 시 햇빛에 대한 노출과 투과성 재료와 친환경재료 등으로 지역 환경을 최대한 활용하여 경제성을 높여야 한다. 또한 외부환경 유입을 위한 계단식 형태와 식물 재배를 위한 단열 및 보온, 공기질 개선을 고려할 필요가 있다. 빛과 열순환을 위한 공간환경이 구축되어야 하며, 사용되는 인공조명을 통해 아름다운 야관경관을 연출하는 것도 고려되어야 한다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 지역성을 고려한 공간별 세부적인 공간환경디자인 가이드라인을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the concept and case of smart farm, and to propose a regional smart farm space environmental design method. To this end, we investigated and analyzed how the spatial environment was planned in relation to the local environment, focusing on the cases that are recognized as representative smart farms. According to the results of the study, the local environment should be maximized by using sunlight, transparent materials, and eco-friendly materials when planning the space environment. Furthermore, it is necessary to consider the gradual shape of the inflow into the external environment, insulation and heat retention for plant cultivation, and improvement of air quality. It should also be considered to create a spatial environment for light and heat circulation, and to create a beautiful landscape through artificial lighting. Based on the results of this study, detailed spatial environmental design guidelines for each space are presented.
