        드론을 활용한 재난관리활용의 문제점 개선에 관한 연구

        드론은 취미생활 및 농약 살포, 배송 등 다양한 분야에 활용되고 있다. 하지만 재난관리 분야의 활용도는 상대적으로 미미하여 구호품의 운송, 동영상의 활용 등 제한된 분야에서 일부 기능만을 사용하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 특히 재난을 전문으로 하는 기관이나 재난 전문가의 드론에 대한 이해 부족으로 활성화에 어려움이 가중된다고 판단한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 드론의 조종법에 대한 개략적인 특성과 재난관리 분야에서 드론이 활성화가 되지 않는 원인을 분석하여 제도적 측면에서는 법적규제와 활용 측면에서는 카메라, 열 감지카메라, 적외선센서, RFID 등 센서 기반 등의 융합 적용상의 문제점을 도출하고 이에 대한 개선방안 방향에 대해 제시하고자 한다. Drone technology has been used in various fields including personal hobby, pesticide application and shipping etc. However, only few drone technologies are used in restricted fields such as transportation of alimony goods and utilization of video because of the limited utilization aspect of disaster management field. Especially, disaster specialists the lack of understanding of the drones seems to increase the difficulty of activating drone technology in disaster management. The theme of the thesis aims to share outline of drones control method and education plan. This project also analysis the reasons why drone has not been used in disaster management with the fact that drone can be a vital part of emergency management. We propose improved application plan to use drone technology and future development direction in disaster management by deriving problems in terms of institutional aspects(regulation and education) and sensor-based application problems camera, thermal camera, infrared sensor, RFID

        공동주택 실별 공사금액 분석에 관한 연구

        This study is about the cost estimation of an apartment housing in new project and analyzed the actual project cost that has been classified according to the work types as the room costs from historical data. It was conducted to present utilization of the findings from the analysis. To do this, a systematic analysis for the room costs was established, and conducted comparison analysis for room costs for apartment buildings of 3 different construction firms. The results made out from this study can be summarized as follows: 1) It has presented systematic classification of room costs estimation for the work type project cost and established a system for room costs by analyzing performance statement, 2) and actual costs for room costs derived from 6 different case studies of 3 construction firms were analyzed to help finding out similar-scaled costs differences in terms of respective to proportional room costs. 3) The estimation of room costs suggested in this study can be utilized for the outsourcing and materials management according to the cost estimation of an apartment housing in new project and the degree of building progress.

        3D 수치 모델링 기술을 활용한 종교시설 첨탑 안전성 점검 사례연구

        Among religious facilities, the location of the steeple is often difficult or impossible for administrators or experts to check for safety, so it is a structure that is in the blind spot of management. In particular, the church steeple is classified as a structure, not a building, and is not included in structural review or permission, so it is operated without basic procedures to secure safety from the construction stage. As of 2021, there are 78,000 spires in religious facilities, and in the case of Seoul, there are more than 1,000 spires 6 meters tall or taller. In 2018, a spire fell on the road in Daegu and a passerby was injured, and in September 2019, a spire in Seoul fell to the roadside due to reeling with strong winds of 30 to 40 meters per second. However, it is difficult to visually determine whether a defect has occurred due to the difficulty of access by the inspector due to the installation location. In this study, 3D modeling technology using drones was applied to spires that are difficult to access, to check whether defects occur in areas that are difficult for inspectors to access, and if defects occur, model the size, area, and discoloration of the defect and then describe the modeling results technically This is an example of analysis.

        경사면 변위계측과 드론의 협업을 기반으로 한 사면 안전관리 방안

        Intensive torrential rains occur frequently according to the climate change, and natural disasters such as the collapse of facilities and landslides are gradually increasing, which leads to enormous damage to environment and human society. Expecially, in residential areas or road slopes, it is very crucial to understand the signs of collapse as they lead to significant injuries. In the case of road slopes, measurement sensors are installed on steep slopes to monitor the changes of the slope in real time. However, the sensor-based monitoring approach has a limited performance in monitoring a wide section of a slope without a blind spot. Thus, this research proposes a collaborative approach to deal with the existing problems. This research is expected to improve the existing measurement for identifying the signs of the collapse by the convergence of drone s numerical information technology, groundwater presence prediction technology using thermal imaging camera, and 3D post-processing technology.

        Indoor gymnasiums and dome stadiums are mostly made of fixed hard structures, which leads to economic loss due to the continuous operation of ventilation and lighting equipment. When the roof of a large space is installed by retractable method, it secures comfortable environment by natural light during the daytime and reduces ventilation costs. The retractable spaces can be constructed in hard and soft structures. In the case of soft structures, cables and membrane are the primary components. In order to install the cables, it is necessary to determine the location of the central part where each cable meets. However, the existing approach depending on only some workers shows a limited ability in investigating the appropriateness of the installed cables. Therefore, this study aims to propose a method to determine the installation location of the soft retractable structure cables based on the numerical data derived from drones. Factors that can inspect the construction quality of cables and membrane materials in the construction stage and construction completion stage were identified. Based on the construction guidelines of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport of Korea (MOLIT), standard specifications, and relevant similar cases, the applicability of the method using the numerical data of the drone was investigated.

        도로비탈면 상시계측 실측치와 드론 사진측량에 의한 3D 모델값의 정확도 비교분석

        계측기기만을 이용한 현장 상황대응의 재래적 방식에서 벗어나 온라인‘첨단기술(Hi-Technology)’과 오프라인의‘직관적 경험(Hi-Experience)’을 융합한 하이브리드(Hybrid) 재해관리 기법의 유효성을 검증하였다. 이를 위해 대상 현장에 매설된 상시 계측기 GNSS(RTK) 5대를 지상기준점(Ground Control Point, GCP)으로 사용하였다. 또한, 인근 지점에 크기 불변 특징점(Scale Invariant Feature Transform, SIFT) 4곳을 추출하여 검사점(Control Point, CP)으로 활용하였다. 이를 통해 현장 실측치와 드론기반 3차원 측정 결과치와의 정확도를 각 좌표값의 차이의 평균 제곱근오차(Root Mean Square Error)를 이용하여 분석하였다. 결과적으로 드론에 의해 획득된 3차원 수치 모델을 정밀하게 후처리 분석함으로써 피사체의 모든 지형지물이 변위추적의 객체로 활용할 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 포인트 클라우드(Point cloud) 기반의 3-D 수치 영상은 현장 그대로의 모습을 초실감, 고정도 가시화 함으로서 직관적인 경험에 공감할 수 있는 친화적인 솔루션을 제공하며, 단순 신호처리 기반의 계측기기 하드웨어 중심의 재해관리를 탈피해 인명피해/예산 절감 등 비탈면 유지관리에 최적의 플랫폼을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 특히, 특정 위치에 설치된 특정지점(Pin-point) 센서에 의존한 국지적인 정보의 한계를 뛰어넘어 기술생산 중심에서 재난관리의 중심으로 신속하게 전환될 수 있는 매개체가 될 것으로 기대한다. This paper is to verify the effectiveness of‘Hybrid Disaster Management Strategy’ that integrates‘RTM(Real-time Monitoring) based On-line’and‘UAV based Off-line’ system. For landslide prone area where sensors were installed, the conventional way of risk management so far has entirely relied on RTM data collected from the field through the instrumentation devices. But it’s not enough due to the limitation of‘Pin-point sensor’which tend to provide with only the localized information where sensors have stayed fixed. It lacks, therefore, the whole picture to be grasped. In this paper, utilizing ‘Digital Photogrammetry Software Pix4D’, the possibility of inference for the deformation of ungauged area has been reviewed. For this purpose, actual measurement data from RTM were compared with the estimated value from 3D point cloud outcome by UAV, and the consequent results has shown very accurate in terms of RMSE.

        WASP4 모형의 매개변수 추정 - 팔당호(八堂湖)를 중심으로 -

        WASP4 모형을 팔당호(八堂湖)에 적용하여 모형의 매개변수 추정을 수행하였다. 추정방법으로는 수질항목 및 매개변수들을 몇 개의 군으로 나누어, 각 군이 매개변수들을 시행착오법에 의하여 순차적으로 추정하는 방법을 사용하였다. 모의 수질항목으로서 엽록소 a, 질소 순환용소들, 인 순환요소들, BOD 및 DO 등을 포함하였으며, 복잡도 4에서 수질을 모의하였다. 1989년 및 1990년 월별 댐유입량 및 방류량 자료를 사용한 계절별 물수지 분석에 의하여 모형의 경계단에서의 유량 입력자료를 산정하여, 수질 측정자료의 계절별 평균치와 함께 계절별 매개변수의 추정 및 검증에 각각 사용하였다. 수질항목 및 관련 매개변수들을 계열별로 분류하여 추정하는 것이 많은 수의 매개변수 추정에 있어서 효율적인 방법임을 알 수 있었다. 모형의 보정 및 검증 결과, 유기물의 비점오염원(非點汚染源) 및 저면용출량(底面溶出量)에 대한 정량적 평가가 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 특히 경안천(慶安川) 유입수역에서의 저면용출량(底面溶出量)이 상당한 것으로 나타났다. Model parameters of the WASP4 applied to Lake Paldang were estimated. The methodology is based on grouping water quality constituents and relevant parameters and successively estimating each group of parameters by a trial-and-error procedure. Chlorophyll a, nitrogen cycles, phosphorus cycles, BOD and DO were simulated at the complexity level 4. A water budget analysis using the monthly records of reservoir inflows and outflows in 1989 and 1990 was made to determine seasonally-averaged flowrates at model boundaries. Estimated flowrates were used, together with the seasonal average of water quality measurements in 1989 and 1990 for the calibration and verification, respectively, of the model. Grouping water quality constituents and associated parameters proved to be efficient in estimating a number of model parameters. From the results of model calibration and verification, it was found that quantitative evaluations of nonpoint and benthic sources of organic matters are essential. Benthic sources near the entrance of the Kyeongancheon were the most significant.

In order to achieve the purpose, the similarity between nuclear power plant dismantling and construction demolition work was analyzed, and a work breakdown structure was established to derive risk factors for each cutting work type and structural and job risks based on expert interviews. As a result, this study developed a practical risk breakdown structure that can be used when dismantling nuclear power plants.
