        운동선수와 성악전공 학생간 폐기능 분석

        In order to investigate of the pulmonary functions difference in aerobic exercise athletes, voice major and common students each 4 from middle-distance runners and long-distance runners, 8 voice major students and 8 common students were tested the pulmonary function. The results obtained were as follows ; 1. IC was significantly(P<0.05) different among all groups. Athletic group was significantly(P<0.05) higher than common group. 2. MVV was significantly(P<0.05) different among all groups. Athletic group was significantly (P<0.05) higher than the other groups. 3. FVC, FEV₁? and FEV₃? were significantly(P<0.05) different among all groups. Athletic group was significantly(P<0.05) higher than the other groups in all tests. 4. PEF, FEF0.2-1.2L and FEF25-75% were significantly(P<0.05) different just in FEF0.2-1.2L, and athletic group was significantly(P<0.05) higher than voice major group.

        운동야기성 산화스트레스 지표로서 TBARS 및 MDA 분석법 고찰

        Exercise-induced oxidative stress can be explained by analyzing various oxidative stress markers in blood, and TBARS or MDA assay which has been widely used in the study of oxidative stress is accepted as a general marker of lipid peroxidation. However, TBA assay also has been criticized as an unsuitable method because of several methodological problems and inconsistency between the results. First, TBARS in not the representative substances for MDA because TBA is not specific to MDA, Second, there is no standardized TBARS analysis method until now. So, plasma MDA concentration could be various depending on which method was applied. Third, plasma MDA concentration could be influenced by various physiological conditions such as plasma volume decrease by exercise and metabolic process of MDA in human body. So, it can be overestimated or interpretated broadly, if these points were not considered in analysis process. Thus, it is necessary to use more precise and reliable analysis method such as HPLC than TBA aasay for more accurate MDA analysis in oxidative stress related studies. Above all, there is no single method that is universally used to determine oxidative stress. Therefore, to analyse two or more oxidative stress blood markers together could be helpful for more objective and accurate study.

        1회성 키네시오 밸런스 테이핑이 퇴행성 무릎관절염환자의 통증, ROM 그리고 근파워에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to provide basic Information of taping treatment for knee tendinitis. For that purpose, Kinesio taping was conducted with elderly female patients, over 65 of age, suffering from degenerative osteoarthritis to examine the effect of Kinesio taping on pains, ROM and muscle powers of the patients. For the experiment, 19 patients volunteered and 9 patients were put into the experimental group and the rest 10 were put into control group, and the former were given 1 session of Kinesio taping treatment, and difference of pain, ROM, knee muscle power before and after the treatment was measured. The data were analyzed with SPSS using 2-way repeated ANOVA. Paired simple t-test and Independent t-test were used when revealed a significant interaction. In terms of pain, the experimental group showed significant reduction after the treatment. In terms of ROM, the experimental group showed significant increase in their left knees after the treatment and both group showed significant increase in their right knees after the treatment. In terms of muscle strength, the experimental group showed significant increase in their right/left flexion and extension after treatment compared to the control group. These results suggest that one-time Kinesio balancing taping is effective for pain relief of degenerative osteoarthritis patients and can improve their ROM and muscle strength.

        복부 중심성 운동과 운동중지가 비만인의 체력에 미치는 영향

        This study is to investigate the changes of physical fitness of obese students as they were performed abdominal centered exercise and detraining for 4weeks separately. The results of this study were as following: In muscle strengthen tests, the test of left grip strength and back strength had significant differences. In the case of left grip strengthen test, the level of pre exercise was significantly stronger than that of post exercise and the value of post detraining for 4weeks was significantly higher than that of post exercise for 4weeks. In the test of back strength, the levels of post exercise and detraining for 4weeks were significantly higher than that of pre exercise. Side steps test had significant difference, which is the values of post exercise and detraining for 4weeks were significantly higher than that of pre exercise. The levels of sit-up of post exercise and detraining for 4weeks were significantly higher than that of pre exercise. In the test of flexibility, that contained trunk extension and sit & reach test, both tests had significant differences. In the test of trunk extension, the value of post exercise and detraining for 4weeks were significantly higher than that of pre exercise. In the test of sit & reach, just the level of post exercise was significantly higher than that of pre exercise. In the balance test, right balance had only significant difference, the value of post detraining for 4weeks was significantly longer than that of pre exercise.

        청소년들에게 있어서 스포츠참여동기, 스포츠가치관, 생활만족 간의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationships among motives for sport participation, values for the sport, and life satisfaction in adolescent students who had been participated in sports activities. The subjects were 300 adolescent students in middle and high schools of Daegu, South Korea. Subjects were asked to complete questionnaire by self-administration method, and 287 questionnaires were selected as valid samples for the final data analysis. Frequency analysis, validity and reliability test, factor analysis, and multiple regression were performed using SPSS program, and the statistical significant level was set at p<0.05. Motives for sport participation have a significant influences on values for the sport and life satisfaction. Especially, it is appeared that health and social factor of motives for sport participation’s sub-factors have comprehensive influences on values for the sport, and health and interest factor of motives for sport participation’s sub-factors have comprehensive influences on life satisfaction. Values for the sport influence on life satisfaction, and physical and social factor of values for the sport have influences on all factors of life satisfaction. However, personality factor do not have an influence on all factors of life satisfaction. These results suggest that sports participation has positive effects to establish values for the sport and life satisfaction in adolescence, and established sport values through sport participation also has a positive effect on life satisfaction.

        복부 중심성 유산소 운동 및 복부 맛사지가 복부 지방면적 및 피하지방두께에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to develop effective exercise program for reducing abdominal visceral fat. The subjects were 10 middle school students of abdominal obese type who were above BMI(24), W/H ratio(0.90), body fat(30%). They were performed abdominal centered aerobic exercise and abdominal massage simultaneously for 4 weeks. The result of the study were as following: 1. Changes in Weight, Waist/Hip Ratio, Body Mass Index There were no significant differences in Weight, WHR, BMI. 2. Changes in Skinfold Thickness There were significant differences in chest, abdomen, subprailiac among 6 position. It is not effect of exercise program but effect of warm-up as walking jogging. 3. Changes in Abdominal Fat Area There were no significant differences in VFA(visceral fat area), SFA (subcutaneous fat area), Total Fat. 4. Changes in Body Composition There were no significant differences in LBM(lean body mass), Body Fat(㎏), Body Fat(%). As the above results, the abdominal centered aerobic exercise and abdominal massage for 4 weeks was no significant effectiveness, Contemplating the results, the study that is prolonged period is needed, because most items showed low variation in numerical value.

        복부 중심성 유산소 운동이 비만 남자 중학생의 복부지방면적에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this research is to find out the effects of four weeks of the aerobic exercises concentrated on the abdomen and of four weeks of rest just after the four-week exercises upon the body composition, blood pressure, heart rate and blood plasma and the abdomen fat area of obese middle school male students in order to develope the effective program of curing obesity of obese students. The results show as follows: 1. The rate of body fat has been reduced significantly low after the four weeks of rest, compared to the period before the exercises. As for the abdomen fat area, all of subcutaneous fat area, visceral fat area and total fat area has been reduced much lower after both the four weeks of the exercises and the four weeks of rest, compared to the period before the exercises. 2. HDL-C has shown the phenomenon of increasing as the periods went, compared to the period before the exercises. But it hasn't shown any significant differences. LDL-C has been reduced significantly low after the four weeks of the exercises, compared to the period before the exercises. TC has been reduced significant low after both the four weeks of the exercises and the four weeks of rest, compared to the period before the exercises. TG has shown the tendency to decrease continuously but hasn't made any significant differences. Glucose has decreased slowly as the periods went, and has shown the significant reduction after the four weeks of the exercises and the four weeks of rest, compared to the period before the exercises. 3. Heart rate has shown the significant differences between the period before the exercise and the period just after the four weeks of the exercises, and between the period just after the four weeks of exercise and the period of the four weeks of rest. Diastolic blood pressure has shown the significant differences before the exercises and after the four weeks of rest. Systolic blood pressure has shown the tendency to decrease according to the periods, but hasn't shown any significant differences.

        중량운동이 비만여성의 신체조성 및 체력에 미치는 효과

        This study focused on providing information to develope weight training program for obese women(n-7). The results of this study are as follow; 1. Weight, body fat, percent body fat, BMI present impressively decrease after exercise. All of the items present difference at (P<.05). 2. Triceps, biceps, subscapular, suprailiac, thigh of skin-fold are decreased after exercise. Only biceps presents difference at (P<.05). 3. Back-strength, grips strength (left and right), sit-up after exercise are increased. Back-strength, grips strength(left), sit-up presents difference at (P<.05). Considering the weight training program of mid-aged warren, it bring physical-fitness increasing and skin-fold decreasing or the women. These results present that application of weight training for mid-aged women is very effective to keep body composition and physical fitness.
