생명보험 서비스 품질과 보험설계사의 역량이 고객 행동 의도에 미치는 영향: 고객만족의 매개효과를 중심으로

모든 산업에서 서비스 품질은 점점 더 중요해지고 있으며, 이는 서비스 품질이 고객만족과 관련되어 종국적으로는 소비자의 재구매 의도 및 구전 의도에 영향을 미치기 때문이다. 생명보험 산업에서는 고객만족에 영향을 미치는 2가지 주요 서비스가 있다. 즉, 생명보험 산업에서는 전사적 내부 수준의 서비스와 개별 보험설계사 수준의 서비스가 고객 서비스로 가장 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 전사적 내부 수준의 서비스 품질 차원과 개별 보험설계사 역량 수준이 고객 행동 의도에 미치는 영향이 고객만족에 의해 매개되는지를 조사하였다. 분석결과에 의하면, 서비스 품질 차원 중 일부와 보험설계사 역량의 1개 차원이 고객 행동 의도에 고객만족의 매개역할을 통해 간접적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 서비스 품질의 신뢰성 차원과 보험설계사 역량의 전문성 차원이 고객만족에 더욱 유의한 영향을 미침으로써 종국적으로는 고객 행동 의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 고객만족이 생명보험 서비스 품질과 보험설계사 역량의 일부 차원들이 고객 행동 의도에 미치는 영향력을 매개해주는 것으로 밝혀졌다. The service qualities of all industries have become more and more critical since service quality is associated with customer satisfaction, and consequently repurchasing products and transmitting positive word of mouth. In the life insurance industry, there are two main services which directly affect customer satisfaction. One of them is produced by a company-wide perspective. The other one is produced by individual insurance consultants. This study investigated how a company-wide service quality dimensions and insurance consultants’ competency dimensions affected on customer behavioral intention with the mediating role of customer satisfaction. According to the analysis results, some service quality dimensions and a insurance consultants’ competency dimension indirectly influenced customer behavioral intentions when customer satisfaction played a mediating role. Especially, reliability among serviced quality dimensions and expertise of insurance consultants’ competency dimensions had significantly more effects on customer satisfaction, and then it also affected customer behavioral intentions. Therefore, it was identified that customer satisfaction played a partially mediating role between service quality or insurance consultants’s competency and customer behavioral intention.

고등학생의 부모양육태도, 셀프리더십 및 계획된 우연기술과 진로적응성의 관계

본 연구는 고등학생의 진로적응성에 영향을 주는 변인이 무엇인지를 찾는 데 목적이 있다. 연구문제는 다음과 같다: (1) 고등학생의 부모양육태도, 셀프리더십, 계획된 우연기술, 진로적응성 간에 어떤 관계가 있는가?; (2) 고등학생의 부모양육태도, 셀프리더십, 계획된 우연기술이 진로적응성에 어느 정도 영향을 미치는가? 이를 위해 상관분석을 실시하였고, 중다회귀분석과 단계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 첫째, 진로적응성, 셀프리더십, 계획된 우연기술은 서로 유의하게 높은 정적 상관이 있지만, 부모양육태도는 다른 변인들과 유의하였으나 낮은 상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 진로적응성에 계획된 우연기술이 가장 큰 정적 영향력을 보였고, 다음으로 셀프리더십이 정적인 영향력을 보였으나, 부모양육태도는 유의한 영향력을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 하위요인들 중, 계획된 우연기술에서는 낙관성이 셀프리더십에서는 자연적 보상 전략이 가장 큰 정적 영향력을 보였다. 이러한 연구 결과는 앞으로 고등학생의 진로적응성을 높이기 위해 진로교육 및 상담에서 계획된 우연기술과 셀프리더십을 함양할 수 있도록 지도할 필요가 있음을 시사한다. The purpose of this study was to find out variables which have an impact on the career adaptability of high school students. Two questions were addressed: (1) Is there a relationship among high school students` parental nurturing attitudes, self-leadership, planned happenstance skills, and career adaptation? (2) How much do high school students` parental nurturing attitudes, self-leadership, and planned happenstance skills influence career adaptability? The data were analyzed using correlation analysis, multiple regression, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The major results showed that: (1) Highly significant correlations were found among career adaptability, self-leadership, and planned happenstance skills, while lowly significant correlations were found among parental nurturing attitudes and the other variables; (2) Career adaptability was affected the most by planned happenstance skills, followed by self-leadership, but not by parental nurturing attitudes. Among the sub-factors of the variables, the optimism of planned happenstance skills and the natural compensation strategies of self-leadership showed the strongest influence on career adaptability. The results indicate that planned happenstance skills and self-leadership need to be enhanced for increasing the career adaptability of high school students in career education and counseling.
