      • 저온 Plasma(O₂)를 이용한 PET직물의 표면개질에 관한 연구

        In order to study the modification of wettability and tactility of the poly(ethylene Terephthalate) (PET) fabrics which are woven bathochromic PET yarns, low-temperature plasma(0₂) has been irradiated on the PET fabrics in various conditions. The results obtained from this study were as follows; 1) The etching ratio of plasma-etched PET fabrics is proportional to irradiation time and output. Also, the effect of etching is remarkable under gas pressure ranging from 3 torr to 5 torr. 2) The properties of wettability and tactility of PET fabrics etched with low-temperature plasma(0₂) are improved.

        근전도 유발 신경근 전기자극치료가 뇌졸중 환자의 상지기능에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: This study examined the effect of EMG-stim related to the functional recovery of the upper extremity in chronic stroke patients with an intensive massed practice protocol. Methods: The subjects were assigned randomly to either the EMG-stim group (n=10) or sham treatment group (n=10). Both groups received conventional physical therapy, occupational therapy and FES, five times per week over a four week period. In the EMG-stim group, EMG-stim was applied to the hemiplegic wrist and finger extensors for 2 sessions for 30 minutes per day, 5 times per week over a 4 week period. As the pre- and the post-test, the following four motor tests were assessed as the function of the upper extremity clinical functional test: extensor digitorum strength test, Box and Block test, Fugl-Mayer Assessment, and Jebson-Taylor Hand Function Test. Results: In the Box and Block test and Fugl-Mayer Assessment, there were statistically significant differences between both groups as well as between pre- and post-test. The extensor digitorum and wrist extensor strength were similar in both groups. In the Jebson-Taylor Hand Function Test, there was a significant difference in simulated page turning but not in the other subtests. Conclusion: Intensive massed practice with EMG-stim intervention applied to the hemiplegic upper extremity is an effective therapeutic method for chronic stroke patients. However, a variety of intervention methods designed for stroke patients in clinical settings are needed.

      • 알칼리에 의한 폴리에스테르 직물의 발염

        This study was performed to investigate the behaviors of alkaline discharge of 'disperse dyes absorbed in polyester woven fabric. The variables invoved in the present study were; 1) pH and types of additives for the padding liquor, 2) viscosity types of alkali salts and their concentrations, and types of hygroscopic agents and their concentrations for the printing paste, 3) steaming time and temperature for the discharging process. The alkaline salts used were potassium carbonate, sodium hydroxide, and sodium carbonate. Sodium hydroxide showed less strong dischargeability than potassium carbonate and also changed shade of illuminant color accompanying a loss in the tensile strength of the fabric. Hygroscopic agents allowed to obtain stronger white dischargeability which was also depended on the types of alkali salts.

        일부 뇌졸중 입원환자들의 사지 실행증 분포 및 특성

        Purpose: Apraxia is characterized by loss of the ability to execute learned, skilled, sequential purposeful movements which cannot be accounted for by elementary disturbances of strength, coordination, sensory, lack of comprehension, attention, and willingness etc. For an accurate diagnosis and treatment of patients with apraxia, an understanding of the prevalence rate and clinical characteristics of apraxia is necessary. The purpose of this study was to estimate the apraxia prevalence rate. Methods: The apraxia prevalence rate was investigated via an apraxia assessment tool in 137 stroke patients, and the clinical characteristics of general stroke patients and stroke patients with apraxia were compared. Results: 14 (1 left hemiplegia, 8 right hemiplegia, 5 quadri hemiplegia) of a total of 137 stroke patients were diagnosed with apraxia. The group of stroke patients with apraxia showed lower values of mmt, mbc and fac than those of general stroke patients. Conclusion: The apraxia prevalence rate of stroke patients was approximately 10%, while the clinical function of stroke patients with apraxia was generally inferior to that of general stroke patients.

      • 라셀 편성물의 물성에 미치는 염색조제의 영향

        This study report an effect of mixing auxiliaries prepared to improve the added value of the raschel lace cross-knitted spandex. In other to accomplish the aforementioned objectives, renewable mixing auxiliaries were compounded in this present study. The results are summarized as following. The concentration of mixing auxiliaries(MA) was related to dyes concentration, so MA 2% o.w.f. and MA 8% o.w.f. were used in the dyeing with 2% o.w.t and 3% o.w.f. acidic dyes. Tenacity of cross-knitted spandex was decreased about 20%∼-4%. Strain of spandex was increased, and Young's modulus had decreased in adding MA. MA was not affected elastic recovery of spandex.

      • 착색직물 자투리의 탈색에 관한 연구

        This study report the decolorizing technology of coloring waste pieces for a recycling on the cutting fabrics in a sewing factory. In order to achieve an aim as beforementioned, I should be applied the oxidation method 1 and the reduction method in the present study. The conclusions obtained from the this study were as follows. The new experimental decolorizing machine was developed which served as noticeable effect in the decoloration. Coloring waste pieces with the 100% cotton were obtained the desired effect as applied oxidation method 1. Coloring waste pieces with the P/C were obtained the desired effect as applied oxidation method 1 and reduction method. A part of coloring waste pieces was recycled as the knitting goods, fabrics and yarns, and also another part of coloring waste pieces was recycled as the socks and gloves. But some part off about 1% of the whole) coloring waste pieces which made as dope dyed yarns recommended which was not recycled. The most economical concentration of oxidation agents was 6 p/l, and the optimum decolorizing time was 40 minutes in the oxidation method 1. The most economical concentration of reduction agents was 10 M. and the optimum decolorizing time was 40-60 minutes in the reduction method.

      • 초음파가 폴리에스테르 직물의 알칼리 가수분해에 미치는 영향

        The use of ultrasonic in wet processes such as dyeing and finishing offers various benefits in terms of energy savings, reducing time, and improvement of product quality. In this study, we applied ultrasonic wave(28kHz) to accelerate alkali hydrolysis of polyester fabrics with sodium hydroxide. The alkali hydrolysis of PET fabrics were done with treated several times(20, 30, 40, 50, 60min.) and temperature(50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100℃). Weight loss, frictional static charge, tensile strength, K/S value and surface characteristic of PET fabrics hydrolyzed with NaOH by ultrasonic apparatus were investigated and so that we studied it is possible that ultrasonic can have great potentional for commercial applications. The results are follows 1. The rate of weight loss increased about 2~3% with ultrasonic wave. To get the same rate of weight loss by alkali hydmlysis with ultrasonic waves resulted in 5~6min. shorter time and 3~4℃ lower temperature than the alkali hydrolysis without ultrasonic wave. 2. PET treated with ultrasonic showed a clean micropore stricture in which PET decompositions were removed completely and had somewhat higher static charge and air permeability than sample without ultrasonic wave. Decreases of tensile strength and K/S value were depended on the rate of weight loss rather than the use of ultrasonic wave.

      • 착색직물 자투리의 탈색에 관한 연구 : 인도네이아 착색 자투리의 재활용을 위하여 In order to Recycle Cutting Fabrics from a Sewing Factory in Indonesia

        This study report the decolorizing technology of coloring waste pieces in order to recycle the cutting fabrics from a sewing factory in Indonesia. With a view to achieve an aim as abovementioned, I applied the oxidation method 1 and the reduction method to the decolorizing of coloring waste pieces by using tumble dyeing machine. The conclusions obtained from the this study were as follows. Coloring waste pieces with 100% cotton materials were obtained the desired effect by oxidation method 1. Coloring waste pieces with P/C materials were obtained the desired effect by oxidation method 1 and reduction method. Some of them were recycled the goods such as fabrics, knitted fabrics, yams, and also another part of them were recycled the goods such as socks and gloves. Some part(about 1%) of the whole which made as dope dyed yams recommended which was not recycled. The most economical concentration of oxidation and reduction agents was 10g/ℓ, the optimum decolorizing time was 40 minutes in both method. A difference in decolorizing effects was not found between tumble dyeing machine and decolorizing machine in this study. And then, decolorizing differences were not shown between a domestic goods and Indonesian goods in this study. I found it easy to decolorize more Indonesian goods in it than domestic goods.

      • PET직물의 plasma중합에 의한 농색효과(Ⅰ) : HFB의 기상처리 Vaporphase Treatment of HFB

        The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of polymerized treatments on bathocromic of. feet of Black-dyed Maya PET fabrics treated with hexafluorobenzene(HFB) by the use of low tern perature plasma equipment. In addition, several physical properties including water repellency of the sample were examined. The results were as follows : 1. The optimum reactor pressure was 0.11Torr at lOW of discharge output, and 0.10Torr at 15W of discharge output for ]min. of polymerization time to get maxitntun bathocromic effect. Bathocromic of feet increased with discharge output and polymertzcxl time. 2. Apparent color intensity was 116.15% which can save the used dye more than 50%. 3. The air permeability decreased due to IIFH low-temperature plasma treatment. While untreated samples had very large amount of minus charges, treated samples had decreased amount of minus charge depending and had plus charges later on the plasma polymerization t Bated condition. 4. The watts repellency increased but, the oil repellency of plasma polymerization treated samples unchanged.
