전자무역 : 거래비용측면에서 전자신용장 활용전략에 대한 연구

무역거래에 있어 화환신용장은 수입업자에 대한 신용도와 구매대금 지급의 보장기능으로 가장 많이 사용되는 결제수단이었다. 그러나 실무에서 절차상의 복잡성, 수익자가 개설은행에 대금지급을 청구하기 위해서는 신용장에 지정된 서류를 반드시 구비해야 하는데 요구되는 필수서류와 부가서류들의 준비과정과 비용 및 신용장 요구조건과의 일치에 상당한 복잡성이 존재해왔다. 이로 인해 대금결제과정의 시간적 비용적인 측면이 문제점으로 제기되어 왔다. 이러한 기존의 무역거래 절차상 지연 등에서 오는 문제점 등을 거래비용측면에서 전자신용장을 활용함으로써 개선하고자 하는 인식이 요구되는 것이다. 본 연구는 거래비용측면에서 발생할 수 있는 시간적 비용적인 측면을 극복할 수 있는 방안으로서 전자신용장을 활용하는 전략을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 기존 신용장과 전자신용장의 문제점 파악과 거래비용측면에서의 활용전략을 제시하고자 한다. This study is to present alternatives of strategical utilization of e-L/C in respective of transaction cost. Documentary credit is most used for trade importers` credit quality and the guarantee of the purchase price as the form of payment in export and import business dealings. The beneficiary must provide the documents required in a letter of credit in order to claim payment documents from the issuing bank, this leads to certain complexity during the procedure in practice, the preparation and the expenses of significant requirements and additional documents as well as in completing demands from the credit. In a result, there has been issues raised about the aspects of time and cost during the payment process. The outcome of such problems caused by delays in the existing trade procedure is the public to require the use of e-L/C in order to improve problems from the ‘Transaction Cost’ side. This study provides e-L/C`s use to overcome the problems that are appearing from ‘Transaction Cost’ side as the aspect of time and the cost. In order to do so, we have to identify the problems in the original credit and e-L/C. Thus, provide the propose strategy of e-L/C from the Transaction Cost aspect.

The purpose of this study is to find out current problems facing the Commodity Trust of Internet Shopping Mall and to suggest proper solutions. the Commodity Trust of Internet Shopping Mall recently emerged as ubiquitous business environment that is not this only sales promotion but the Commodity Trust. Now we should have focused on the cooperation among the organizations in the Commodity Trust of Internet Shopping Mall; need various kind of government aids; need marketing-oriented and professional skills to build and enhance the growth of trade show exhibition industry. Accordingly, the important thing is an exploratory study of assessing the Commodity Trust of Internet Shopping Mall etc.

전자상거래 효율화를 위한 채널통합방안 연구

In this paper, a conceptual framework describing the dynamics of click and mortar businesses is provided. It directs our attention to the many potential sources of synergy that are available to firms that choose to integrate e-commerce with their existing traditional forms of business. It further emphasizes the many actions that firms can take to minimize channel conflicts and help achieve the benefits of synergy. Finally, it describes four categories of synergy-related benefits from the integration of e-commerce with traditional businesses, including potential cost saving, gains due to enhanced differentiation, improved trust, and potential extensions into new markets. The utility of the framework was demonstrated using the case of an electronics retailer that has chosen to tightly integrate its large chain of retail stores with its Web-based electronic store. The framework was also used to develop a series of propositions that can guide future empirical research. The discussion points to the need to develop new types of metrics to better judge the contributions of e-commerce channels, and provides some guidance for future empirical research that can test whether, and under what conditions, integrated click and mortar business models work well. Thus, the purpose of this study is to present the combining physical and virtual presence in e-commerce.

전자무역결제의 신뢰성제고를 위한 Identrus 활용방안

The growth in EC will continue, irrespective of the medium or the type of environments established by organizations. Global electronic trade has been increasingly spreading all over the world due to the rapid development of internet and IT. For expanding the use of electronic trade, electronic payment based on electronic trade payment system is essential. The importance of trust is based on the potential use of the technology to increase information sharing. Last, it is necessary that the payment and performance guarantee function are added to unified global authentication system. As for now, Indentrus system is the most appropriate model for it. Thus, the purpose of this study is to present on the international trade trust for improvement to Electronic Commerce.

TAM모형을 활용한 물류운송업체의 AEO활용 성과에 관한 연구

The global logistics security regulations centering on the United States have been greatly reinforced and have provided the basis for the AEO system. The increase in certification benefits, such as simplification of import and export procedures and inspection, easing of financial burden, and reduction of fines according to the certification level, is interpreted as the cause of the increase. Therefore, this study intends to explore the influence of logistics transportation companies on system utilization and performance in order to enhance competitiveness through strengthening internal capacity of logistics carriers and building advanced systems. To do this, We conducted an empirical analysis on the variables affecting the AEO utilization performance of 172 domestic AEO certified companies. As a result of the analysis, AEO utilization performance was loaded with audit performance and management performance, and the relationship between perceived ease and AEO management performance was not statistically significant. However, there is a significant relationship between AEO characteristics and utilization intention, AEO utilization, and AEO utilization performance. It is interpreted that the grater the utility and utilization intention of AEO system of domestics logistics carriers, the better the AEO utilization performance will be.

The risk management industry has grown considerably in the past few years. Risk managers are entering the ranks of senior management, becoming a part of the decision making process and the oversight of its operations. Risks are inherent in any project. Furthermore, risk taking is essential to progress, and failure is often a key part of learning. Although some risks are inevitable, this does not mean that attempting to recognize and manage them will harm opportunities for creativity. Risk management is, and will remain, very much reliant on timely, clean and comprehensive data. Therefore, this paper was designed the current state of risk management practice, and planning the strategy of effectiveness risk management for company.
