Objectives. To figure out and establish the basic data that can help to improve the cognition and management of oral healthcare in international marriage migrant women (IMMW). Methods. Subjects were 200 IMMW living in Changwon, Hananm Sancheong area, Gyungsangnam-do. Questionnaire survey was performed from January to March, 2011 in each translated languages (Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, Filipino and English). Oral health examination was conducted on 63 voluntary participants. Data analysis was performed using SPSS (ver. 18.0, Chicago, Illinois, USA) and MedCalc (ver 11.5, Mariakerke, Belgium). Proportion and means of the major characteristics were compared with chi-square test and t-test, and, the rate of over three minutes toothbrushing by the subjects` characteristics were presented with odds ratio (OR). Results. Their nationality was Vietnam 43.5%, China 20.5%, Cambodia 11.5%, Philippines 9.0% and Japan 7.5% and their years of living in Korea was 1∼3 years for 28.5%, 3∼5 years for 23.5% or lesser than 1 year for 22.0%. Mean age was about 29.1 years, and 66.5% of them had no job. 67.0% of them had experienced a visit to dental clinics, and 88% were satisfied with the offered services. Their recognition for the need of dental care and dissatisfaction of dental care were relatively high as 73.5% and 50.5% respectively. The reason for the dissatisfaction of dental care was fear for pain for 35.0%, financial burden was for 34.0%. Difficulty in communication and worry about ignorance were rather low. Mean time for toothbrushing was about 3.2, and brushing after meal was relatively good. However brushing at the rate of over three minutes was as low as 36.5%. On oral examination, they had a lot of oral health problems; periodontal disease was about 74.6%, caries were 71.4%, missing teeth was about 52.4% etc. The rate of prosthesis and filling treatment was as low as 36.5% and 38.1%, respectively. Experiences to visit dental clinics and oral heal education; the rate of dissatisfaction for dental care had no significant differences according to the number of years of stay in Korea, school, job and income level. OR (95% CI) of the desirable toothbrushing rate was higher in the over college educated group [2.20 (1.10∼4.41)], but, rather lower in the ever visited group [0.39 (0.21∼0.71)]. Conclusions. Though they were relatively young, most of them had a lot of oral health problems due to poor oral care. Their major difficulties to access dental care were identified to be due to the fear for pain and economic problems rather than problem of communication and ignorance. In order to assist their oral health improvement, considerations on their economic and language barriers are needed. Enhancing the interest and motivation for their own oral health management is also needed. Community based efforts to support their cultural adaptation and self care would be strengthened through practical education programs and by participating in various activities.
스포츠매니저의 직무특성이 직무만족 및 이직의도에 미치는 영향

The purposes of this study were to analyze the relationships among perceived job characteristics, job satisfaction and turnover intention of sport managers and thus provide fundamental information that is conducive to facilitating the establishment of job redesign and personnel management strategies for sport organizations. In order to accomplish such study purposes, this study utilized a survey method with a total of 300 sport managers who were employed from 5 different types of sport organizations. The survey questionnaire consisted of 4 dimensions including subject`s general information, job characteristics(Hackman & Oldman, 1980), job satisfaction(Goo, 2003) and turnover intention(Jeong, 2001). Valid 258 questionnaires were finally analyzed through SPSS 14.0 using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, exploratory factor analysis and multiple and simple regression analysis. Then following findings were derived from aforementioned research. First, job characteristics had significant effects on job satisfaction of sport managers and among 5 sub factors, task significance, task identity and feedback factors had significant effects on job satisfaction. Second, job characteristics had significant negative effects on turnover intention and task significance, skill variety and feedback factors had significant effects on turnover intention in this study. Third, job satisfaction had a significant negative effect on turnover intention of sport managers. In conclusion, the relationships among study variables were verified in the field of sport industries and organizations and suggestions were provided to help establish personnel management for sport organizations and conduct studies related to sport managers` job characteristics.

In a regional trading blocs of Free-Trade Area(FTA), member countries remove tariffs, but each member determines its own tariff structure towards nonmembers. This create an incentive for nonmember countries to export their goods to high-tariff members via members with low tariffs. To prevent this problem of trade deflection, each member must apply Rules of Origin(ROO), which specify the conditions under which a good may move, duty-free, among member countries. ROO generates distortions in the world trading system via the restrictive impact, but the work of designing global ROO within the framework of WTO is still in its introductive phase. This study explores the possibility of making them to promote the desirable goals of the international community at large. This study suggests employing asymmetrical ROO and cumulation of origin to promote valuable aims for the international community. Asymmetrical ROO may alleviate the problem of asymmetric factor endowments pools, and cumulation of origin could stimulate co-operation and enhance peace and stability in embattled regions as Korean Peninsular.

연속된 두 장의 사진에 의하여 구현되는 에피폴러 기하는 사진측량에서 중요한 구속조건이며 입체시를 가능하게 하는 필수적인 요건이다. 수치사진측량에서 에피폴러 영상은 상호표정인자 또는 절대표정인자를 이용하여 생성하며, 각 사진에서 표정인자의 영향으로 에피폴러 영상은 실제사진과는 다른 형상을 가지게 된다. 본 연구에서는 에피폴러 영상을 생성하는 방법을 독립적ㆍ종속적 상호표정, 항공삼각측량 그리고 초점거리(f)를 매개변수로 변형한 새로운 관측방정식을 이용하는 방법 등으로 분류하고 특징을 분석하였으며, 표정인자와 에피폴러 영상의 상관관계를 분석하여 변형이 최소화된 에피폴러 영상을 생성하였다. 또한 촬영기선에 의한 회전요소 중 Ω(omega) 및 Φ(phi)의 영향이 최소화된 영상을 구현할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다.
